Could not have asked for a better experience! Kalen made it so easy and constantly gave me updates regarding the estimate, parts being ordered, late parts, when the vehicle was going into paint and finally when I could pick it up. I would not think of bringing my vehicle anywhere else!

I had my vehicle in for hitting a deer. The collision and glass center staff were very friendly and my 2022 Yukon came back clean and looked brand new. Staff were transparent with expected completion time as well as updating me on the progress. I appreciated being able to use a loaner vehicle. I would recommend Holiday collision and glass center to anyone needing repairs.

I feel they did a quality repair. Communication was also very good since they kept me up to date on the status of the repairs.The only negative was how long the wait was to get it into the shop for the repair.

Had a great experience with the Mobile Glass Department. They sent Lee Rutherford and he did an excellent job. The work that was being performed was replacement of a back window that was damaged at another car dealership. They did the job quickly and there was no mess left behind. You guys have a great leader with Lee. Appreciate the work. Will be referring people to your shop!

Very professional from start to finish! Everything went very smoothly and timely from getting an estimate, working with my insurance company, giving me a loaner car, and finally the body work. I was extremely happy with the work and the personal interactions!

As always, Holiday Collision and glass did a wonderful job. They were able to schedule the appointment and complete the work within a couple weeks from the date of the estimate. They also were able to give me transportation to use for the day my vehicle was being worked on. A great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Kalen for a couple of minor body shop repairs on my vehicle. I dropped it off on a Thursday morning and pleasantly surprised to get a call on Tuesday morning to inform me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Everyone was cordial and easy to work with. Performed excellent work in bringing my Mazda back to better than the wonderful condition I had kept it in prior to being rear-ended. They made my entire experience seamless from working with my rental company Enterprise to ensure I was never without a vehicle and the other parties' insurance company so that I was never out of pocket. They treated my car like it was their own throughout, including surprising me with a well vacuumed interior when they returned it to me. Kalen provided high touch service and a top notch customer experience, proactively keeping me posted on progress and making sure that the work was performed to expectations. He took a personal interest in getting to a successful outcome. Thanks to all the Holiday team members who played a role in this experience...most of whom I will never meet. Maybe I just had a smaller job than they find worth their time but I called up to get a quote on a windshield replacement and didn't hear back. If it's not too small a job and they're just short on staff because they're so busy, they should probably hire the appropriate amount of people. The windshield replacement is a little more important than a scratch or a dent.

They let me make an appointment and then told me they wouldn't work on my kind of car or with my insurance, and the manager Joe delivered the message in a way that seemed very demeaning. 0/10 do not recommend.

Holiday collision center was going well until the initial call to come get the vehicle. They were prompt, courteous, kept me updated on the process and timeline. The customer service aspects of the interaction overall was fantastic. From the desk workers to the intake tech and the shop Manager. All had great empathy, knowledge and understanding.The issues were with the actual work done to the vehicle. When I was called to come pick up the vehicle, there were still visible, noticeable dents from where the vehicle was hit. Also, there were clear markings from the difference from where the patch work and paint work was done. The great customer service kicked in again! I received an apology immediately from the shop Manager and he said that the work was not up to his standards at all and would be redone.After an already lengthy process, this was just another inconvenience. Luckily, the shop had a loaner for me to use throughout this process to minimize impact.After about another week, I returned to pick up the vehicle. It looked great! The damage was barely noticeable. On the first ride away from the shop, I noticed internal damage that was not there before or caused by the accident. The side panel of the driver s seat where the adjustment controls are was broken away from the seat. The tabs that keep the panel on were sheared off inside the seat. Again, this damage was not there before or caused by the accident.I called immediately and the fantastic customer service was proven for a third time. Without hesitation, the shop offered to order and replace the part that was broken. I am very impressed by the customer service with all involved! Although they wouldn t have needed to practice it as many times if the work was done right the first time and the technicians either didn t cause damage or repaired it when they did.The body work seemed lazy until escalation or incomplete at the very least. (I am not a professional mechanic or body technician and I don t know what it takes to get dents out of vehicles.). The customer service was stellar through the entire experience.There was other body work that was done and done very well. (Bumper replacement, assembly, disassembly, glass removal and replacement. Etc) Much of the work that was done and done well, just the part that needed most meticulous attention was unfinished.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to Holiday after a tree fell on it because it was one of the 3 choices State Farm gave me. It wasn t until a full month later that the estimate was given to me. During that month I was calling every week just asking for updates and requesting that once a week they call me just to let me know how things were going. They never did. The estimate was sent to me after I requested it but was not sent to State Farm for another week. The process was long and when I called no one was very knowledge about my case. If I were you, choosing to send your car to to any auto shop I would advise to choose any other option available. I would not be a patron of their business ever again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The people at Holiday Mazda replaced the front bumper on our vehicle remarkably fast.As per usual....their service and the work they performed was first rate!I would highly recommend Holiday Mazda for not only ones vehicle purchase.....but also for the vehicles long term maintenance as well!

Had dented my front bumper on my 2021 Trail Boss,took it to holiday, they recommended replacing front bumper,they ordered new bumper,repainted to match truck color, installed,billed $1600,2 weeks later I noticed the paint was peeling in 3 places on the bumper, returned to holiday,they said the paint didn't bond,offered to repaint again,there was no charge but the inconvenience,an wait, they provided a loner for 3 days,just an over all bad experience. They say "worth the trip to Holiday"!,Never again will I go to Holiday for anything! There workmanship,an culture says alot about there Company's Quality control, & Employee's workmanship.The customer pays twice for the mistakes made!

The shop was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I love the repairs they did on my vehicle. It looks brand new! I can t even tell there was any damage! The staff was great and they re so nice to work with. My vehicle was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off.
