The young man we worked with was Ryan. He was extremely courteous to work with. It did take a few months to get my vehicle back but that's only because the parts were back ordered. Plus I told Ryan right off the bat that I had another vehicle to drive so time wasn't as crucial. My car runs great. I really trust Holiday a great deal. I drive a long way to have them service my car. it's worth the drive!! I purchased my last two new vehicles from them, those were also really good experiences

Replaced a tire sensor for free because I had just bought the vehicle! Have a nice comfortable waiting room that is clean and restroom was also! Enjoyed the cookies and a cup of coffee while I waited!

We bought a 3 year old vehicle with Holiday this past summer. With the purchase can the "VIP" treatment. We were told that was 2 free oil changes, tire rotations, wash and vacuums. The first time we went, the vehicle came out dirty even though it was wet. No one vacuumed so we went back in to repot that. The service counter said it had been vacuumed but the vacuum wasn't working well. We came in for the second "VIP" treatment and, again, the vehicle was only wet, not washed and no one even touched the vacuum. When I went back in I was assured it was done so I went to see the manager of service. When I explained what happened, I asked him if out oil filter and lug nuts were tightened as, to me, this was a clear sign of laziness. Will never go back or recommend Holiday.

I have been coming to this shop since 2018. I put on close to 20k miles a year on my car so they see me often for regular maintenance and repairs. I couldn t be more pleased with the service I receive. The staff are friendly and polite. They are knowledgeable and walk you through every step of the way. The shop is extremely clean. I feel like I m getting diamond status service but with budget friendly pricing. The lounge area is clean, comfortable and stocked with some refreshments and snacks. I have used their shuttle service twice to get home while they kept my car for the day, and the drivers are courteous and friendly. Also offered me a small bag breakfast of a donut, orange juice and banana. At times when they needed to keep my car for a few days I ve been offered a free loaner to use. Which relieves a huge burden of cost and stress for me. I wouldn t think of taking my car anywhere else for service. I trust their work. They keep my car protected and clean. They even wash my car before giving it back. Always topping off my fluids each time no matter what I m there for. They have gone above and beyond my expectations in every way! I will always recommend them. I m sure I ve forgotten to mention many of the outstanding things they have done for me, but you won t be disappointed. Thank you for providing me with the best service!

Received assistance right away, was offered the services I requested and not upsold. Took a walk to the next door store, came back and it was washed and waiting for me. fantastic service all around!

I am always happy with friendly and courteous service at Holiday Auto - especially staff member Koo.My only complaint is (and this was NOT done by Koo)- It was other staff who are talking too personally about previous/current customers.- We are in waiting area and can hear clearly everything staff is saying.- Keep it business-only. Makes customers feel uncomfortable.

I purchased a certified used vehicle from Holiday Ford Fond du Lac and needed a repair on a leaking oil cooler and passenger seat heating element. Parts were ordered and I came in for service. Staff were courteous, professional, made the needed repairs, provided a loaner vehicle for the day, and bumber to bumber warranty covered all charges. A great experience!

Had an appointment . Got my free oil change and free tire rotation on my 2024 Silverado RST . Guy behind counter was pleasant and nice to deal with . They pulled truck in right a way . When done with those 2 things they ran truck through their car wash for me too . All in one hour . I highly recommend them for your quick lube needs .

I was able to schedule my appointment online. When I came in, I was able to give the keys to the desk and let them take care of my vehicle. Twenty minutes later it was ready and they went over the other parts they checked with me. Everyone was very courteous!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Amazing crew here. Recently moved to California, had some issues with the car i purchased there, there were right there either through phone calls or text. Miss working these guys. Always friendly and always willing to help. Amazing service!!!

When I first called was told wasn't covered under warranty, went somewhere else they diagnosed the problem let me know it was covered under warranty, so I showed up in person at Holiday told Ryan what had transpired, he took care of the repairs which was under warranty and did it in a quick time frame, was treated very well by him like I used to get treated in the past, was very happy with this experience, was not happy with the extra cost on my part by having to take somewhere else at first since was told wasn't warranty by first person especially since I gave Her Vin and milage

Kudos to your service department for taking me in with no appointment and on a Saturday morning after my wipers were broken during the recent white out blizzard we had! I received excellent service and was grateful that I could safely drive again!

Had my Buick LaCrosse detailed and discovered they overlooked the trunk. I texted and received a text back that the service department had been contacted. People were very nice. Work was done timely. Loved the video that accompanied our service work!! BUT ... the video said we did not need filters replaced. We were charged for replacing our filters. So we called back to verify which was the correct story. Found out they WERE replaced. Got an oil change. Employees were very nice. They asked if I wanted my car washed, I said yes. It was washed good but they didn t dry it. Got a happy birthday from Kyle Mand. That was nice

So much for having a Quick lube. They prittey much run on only appointment's for oil changes. This place used to be my go to dealership but after today and the major catastrophe with my other car I brought here I am beginning to wonder.
