As a Cadillac owner it was not a Cadillac experience as I've had at other Cadillac dealerships. Service manager wasn't much help at all, recieved more feedback and options from the mechanic. Needed a loaner not even offered to me. More to say than I can text here. Won't and will not tell anyone to shop for a new or used vehicle from Holiday.

Was told I would receive a call when my recall part came in, in a few days to a week. I have not heard anything at all. I even stopped so my vin could be gotten to get part. Very dissappointed!Holiday (Buck) contacted myself after review and offered to make right, they again scheduled me and followed through with repairs and recall. I upped review to 3 stars from 1, would have gone 4 had they offered an incentive for my initial disappointment, a oil change maybe 50 off my 650 bill, maybe a offer to shuttle me, something.They did competent friendly work at the end and I do thank them for that.

So impressed with their service. I have a rare Cadillac ELR and was worried about the service. Transmission issue. The service team offered me options for repair and honest suggestions.I received my car back clean and running better than the original condition . The car now shifts so smoothly. I will be back and highly recommend.

Buck was very pleasant to work with. Extremely nice, told me what was going to happen and the time it would take. I was told approximately 2 hours and they finished early! I will definitely be using Holiday Cadillac as my dealership, even though there is a Bergstrom Cadillac Dealership closer to where I live.

Did a drop off for my wife's car while on a conference trip and business (repairs) was handled by text messages...Buck was on the mark and to the exact point of what was needed and all needs were met with action n results were outstanding and hundreds of dollars less expensive than a well known competitor....thanks to Holiday Cadillac and to Mr Buck

I had to take my 2013 Cadillac SRX in for a recall. From the first call to make the appointment to the actual intake of the vehicle upon arrival I was very impressed with the professionalism of all who was involved. My service was estimated to be 2 + hours so my service provider Buck Dumanch was very happy to provide us with a shuttle service that would take us to a local restaurant. Whenever we wanted to come back all we had to do is text his number and he would send a shuttle soon. And yes it did show up very quickly. Unfortunately the service ended up being over 4 hours (I also had other concerns for them to look at) so this was not a concern. My service manager Buck Dumanch always kept me updated. By the way the waiting room was set up for comfort and convenience. And the cookies were just the best. Thank you all so very much. Duane

A "check engine" light caused this visit and, even though OnStar attempted to diagnose it, I still needed to make the trip to the dealership. As it turned out, the car needed a new spark plug and a couple of other things, so it's good I was there. I had made the appointment online, and the Service team was expecting me when I arrived... and even called me by name. That was nice! In less than two hours, they had the repair completed, and the car was cleaned and washed (even though it was drizzling outside). Chalk it up as another pleasant experience at Holiday!

From my very first contact via their website and still continuing after delivery of my new vehicle, this dealership has provided knowledge, patience, time (they all took lots of time with me!), expertise, and so important, follow-through! Kris Hettenhaus is simply all-around amazing!

I had an excellent experience at Holiday Cadillac. The car I was interested in was washed and brought inside for me to view. Mike went over the car with me and sent me on my test drive. When I returned Bill, Mike and myself went over the deal with no pressure and complete professionalism. I would highly recommend Holiday and look forward to doing more business in the future.

Deal was ok salesman very knowledgeable. I was not happy after that. Made the deal after salesman agreed to have wheels painted. Said needed to get with his buddy in body shop. Went 4 days so I called Nick in body shop he said I'll talk to salesman. And get right back to ya day later still get the run around. Found another dealer and wheels are done. All I wanted was my name on list was in no hurry. After all that. No intentions going back

I had the water pump on my Cadillac DTS implode and damage several engine-front components of my cooling system. Holiday Cadillac did a great job of repairing the damage at an affordable rate. Buck the Service Manager kept me posted during the entire process. Great customer service!

Made an appointment and was taken the minute I arrived. I took a beach chair and sat outside in the new car lot reading my kindle until they called me to say that my car was ready. It was washed. Everyone was friendly and courteous.Could not asked for better service...

I was caught in a snowstorm on a Thursday night and got a flat tire. I was working out of town and knew no one in the area. Fortunately, I came across the Holiday Cadillac dealership in Fon du Lac Wisconsin. They absolutely saved the day (and night) for me. It was a little past 5:00 pm and the service department had closed but one representative was still in the office, Kalen. Kalen not only allowed me to leave my vehicle at the dealership for evaluation the next day but, after I asked about getting a cab to take me back to my hotel, he offered to give me a ride himself! The next day he even arranged for the dealership shuttle service to pick me up from the hotel, take me to work and pick me up from work when I finished. A loaner vehicle was then offered for the weekend as the repairs wouldn t be completed until the following week. The customer service and attention to detail with the repairs was beyond meticulous! I was so appreciative of the efforts by Kalen and the dealership, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing automotive repairs. Excellent automotive service, very accommodating customer service and a true pleasure to work with!
