Just wanted to leave a review. Bought a 2022 GMC Elevation. Kraig Peterson was our sales guy. This man is a solid 5 stars. Never felt pressured and we are super happy with Holiday Automotive, Kraig Peterson, and the rest of the team there. From start to finish this was a breeze. And the selection of vehicles were amazing but had this truck picked out from the start. Now on to the wife to get a newer car. We will always be choosing Holiday Automotive for future purchases. I had a great experience purchasing my used car with John Barber. He has helped me in the past on two other occasions purchasing used cars. He is friendly and easy to talk to along with being very helpful and responsive to my best interests and questions. I have all my service done at Holiday and have never had a negative experience. I strongly recommend him for your next car purchase.

While vacationing in the area, our truck had a service emissions code. They were able to squeeze us in and diagnose the problem. They had the parts in stock and were able to get us up and running before our leave date! Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Adam!He did a great job getting us back on the road!

The team at Holiday Automotive Budget Center is phenomenal!!! Everything from start to finish with our purchase was smooth and easy and we were treated with the best care! My wife and I had been putting off buying different vehicles for as long as we could but finally decided to take the plunge as all of ours had an excessive amount of mileage on them. I reached out to Dean Jaber, as we know each other because our daughters are friends, to put the process into motion and he, in turn, put me in touch with Kyle Mand. To say that Kyle was easily reachable is an understatement; whenever I texted him, he was very quick to respond. The same goes with calling him -- he either answered my call or else responded to my voicemail promptly. We talked back-and-forth for a day or two and then yesterday everything got kicked into high gear: we opted to trade all three ( 3 ) of our vehicles in and buy three used ( certified ) Mazdas...two ( 2 ) CX30s and a CX5. The process began in earnest at about 10 AM and, due to the efforts of Kyle and Donna Spears ( from the Finance Department ), we were able to pull this off and walk out by about 4 PM that same day with three ( 3 ) different vehicles. We could *NOT* have asked for a better group of people to work with; everyone we interacted with at Holiday was professional, courteous, engaging and genuinely nice. I certainly won't have a problem coming back when we need another vehicle and will wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend Holiday to anyone who might mention to me that they're in the market for a different vehicle.P.S. -- It was also quite enjoyable to speak with Mike Egli while we were waiting to see the vehicles we had selected. Again, everyone we dealt with was certainly worthy of a hearty and well-deserved two thumbs up !

We just bought a new vehicle from Holiday Automotive in Fond du lac. Sinjin is a great salesperson. He was very patient with us and gave us every detail about the vehicle while allowing us to make our own decision.Jordyn from the finance department was equally as patient and professional. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kraig Peterson during our latest vehicle search. My wife and I were looking for a 1-3 year old Pacifica to convert into an accessible van for our daughter, and Holiday had a near-new one available. From the beginning Kraig was honest, professional, and caring, and worked with us to find a price we were both comfortable with. He (and the rest of the team) made sure the purchase process went smoothly when we came in to finalize the sale.Everything about this transaction went well, and it all flowed through Kraig. I am definitely looking forward to working with him again the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. Thanks again Kraig!

Upgraded from a 2011 Ford Raptor with 226,000 miles to a 2018 Ford Raptor with 122,000 miles on it thinking I would be worry free for a while anyway while taking on a bigger payment. But I ve had the new truck in the shop at least half a dozen times now Had to replace sway bar links by the time I got the truck home, had a shop flash the transmission for $300 and that didn t fix the chugging the truck was doing, replaced all the spark plugs after that didn t work, now cylinder 6 is missing a couple weeks later, and driving in the first snow of the year the truck is all over the place and pulls you into oncoming traffic if you don t counter steer. Felt much more confident in my 2011 with 100,000 more miles on it than what they sold me. And when I was asking them about what they cover on their 2000 miles warranty before I went over it was like pulling teeth to get any help or answers. Like if they just ignored me enough I d leave them alone and they got exactly that. Couldn t have asked for a worse experience with upgrading at this dealership

I recently purchased a GMC Yukon from Holiday Automotive. My salesman Tyler Jackson was responsive, helpful and made my experience seamless from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles and his job. I would definitely refer him to anyone.

I had the opportunity to utilize Holiday Mazda's service center for an unexpected tire repair, and received nothing less than 5 star service. It was clearly a very busy day for them, but the team stayed in constant communication with me and the other customers who were in the well appointed waiting area.A special thanks and shout out to Tyler Hoch, Chris Twohig and Willie Beyer for making my service trip turn into an easy and stress free experience! They clearly understand customer service and went above and beyond - I would highly recommend!

My wife and I visited in January to inquire about a new Yukon or Tahoe. Chuck, the sales manager, was really helpful in showing us the incoming vehicles that are similar to what we were looking for. After they gave us a really good value for our 2017 Nissan, we ordered a Tahoe that is coming in February. I will update my review when the vehicle arrives. So far the experience and communication have been terrific!UPDATE: Jamie Schneider was incredible to work with. He treated my wife with tremendous respect as the primary buyer and did fun, thoughtful things to make her feel special. Top notch service!

John Barber was amazing and made the entire process streamline. Showed up and was meandering around the lot looking at cars and John was the only sales person to come out and check to see how I was doing and what it was that I was looking for. He wasn t pushy and incredibly genuine. Amazing team member and if it weren t for Mr. Barber I wouldn t have bought a Q7 from holiday. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone, so if you re looking at holiday please ask for him, you won t regret it!!!

Holiday has been the best care buying experience I've ever had. It's been a full year since we purchased our truck from them. At the time of purchase Joe Griese our sales rep was awesome! Easy to talk to, very transparent, and accommodating to our circumstances coming from an hour away. There have been bumps in the road since then (to be expected), but it's the way holiday handles them that sets them apart. Always responsive, always helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our issues and I've never felt like we've gotten a run around from them. Next vehicle will be going back for sure.

Hubby and I had to stop in for an emergency repair of our back hatch. They didn't have the part in stock, but the mechanic spent a good 15-20 minutes figuring out a temporary fix to get us home. They refused any kind of payment for services. Such kind business standards. Thank you!

We always have issues with holiday. When ever we get oil changes they always seem to mess something up. Latest oil change caused oil to leak from my car and an alarming rate. When they say it will take half and hour, you end up waiting for 2 hours. Save your money and go somewhere else.

When you talk about company assets I believe employees are the most valuable. This being said I would like to bring to your attention Kou Xiong in the Quick Lube Dept. He is by far an employee that goes above and beyond. During a heavy rain storm my husband and I were on our way out of town and our wiper blades needed replacing. We stopped at Quick Lube and without hesitation Kou said he could get us takin care of. He brought out a step stool and proceeded to change our wipers in the driving rain. He had a smile on his face all during this. I brought a vehicle in the next week for a oil change and didn t have an appt. The wait was a couple hours because just like me I didn t make an appt. Kou was honest in explaining the wait and that if I wanted to leave the vehicle they could do a through job. I used the courtesy van to return to our out of town office (another great experience). In a couple hours of dropping the vehicle off I received a call from Kou saying our vehicle was ready. In this world today we need to appreciate customer service employees more than ever. Thank You for all you ve done for us and I will continue to tell people about our great service we received.

Worked with Kyle M. to pick out a new Equinox. Could not have been an easier, smooth, and enjoyable buying process. Kyle worked with me to get me in something I loved, with the exact package, trim, accessories, and payment I was after.We will be back in a few months for vehicle number two through Kyle!

5/5Dan E helped us out and delivered excellent customer service. Every staff member was professional and no one pressured us to acquire anything (like for example, paint protection stuff, extra warranty etc).Holiday provided exactly what I was looking for at a market rate APR and msrp + tax/license/registration fees. No up charge or hidden fees and stayed true to the Out the Door price we initially discussed.Worth the 1hr drive to Fon Du Lac. Check out Burgers n Beignets if you're up there.

Stephanie and Seth, also Danielle on the phone were great to work with, it was a new experience for me and frustration on my part for not understanding the process. But, Stephanie and Seth work together to help me. I would tell anyone to go buy a vehicle from them. They care about you and want to help. Even when it gets frustrating they don t lose their cool. Very good people. Ask for Stephanie! Seth explained things to me very quickly and detailed even when I was in a hurry for pick up. Go see these guys, best in the business hands down. I ll be a return customer for life.I am excited about my Mazda 6 and can t wait to get some miles on it!!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first new vehicle at Holiday Mazda! John Krug and the whole Holiday team were professional, kind, courteous, and answered my many questions promptly and effectively. I never felt pushed toward anything whatsoever that I was uncomfortable with, and felt in total control of my purchase and the decision-making process from initial contact to the moment I drove off the lot with my new car. I bought a vehicle from the budget center about a month ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. In that month the vehicle has been taken in for service twice. The service advisor today gave me a loaner vehicle after seeing the extent of everything that was wrong with my vehicle. The service advisor said there was absolutely no reason the vehicle should have been sold with all the items that were wrong with it. He said some of the items underneath the vehicle were being held on by tape. He didn't feel it was safe for me to drive the vehicle home. This is after Holiday supposedly did their "used car inspection" of the vehicle. It is beyond me how these issues could have been ignored and the car be allowed to be put up for sale. On top of all the mechanical issues, a piece of trim above the tires on the passenger and driver sides of the vehicle flew off while going down the highway. The service advisor has been amazing in making sure everything wrong with the vehicle is fixed. I will never buy another vehicle from Holiday nor will I ever recommend anyone to get a vehicle from there.

This is not the first vehicle I have purchased from Holiday and the people there are the exact reason I went back to purchase my second vehicle from them. From the time you walk into the door, you are made to feel welcome. There is no pushing, no rushing, no feeling like just another sale. I was introduced to the salesman Cory Hayward and he took the time to meet me, assess my needs, listen to my wants and match me with the vehicle I purchased. No pushing me into a vehicle that I didn't like, no questionable sales tactics, no rolling of the eyes. He and everyone there treated me with respect and dignity. When it's time for a new vehicle down the road, Holiday will be my first and most likely only stop.
