Excellent work & service! Dreher Collision is the BEST auto repair shop in theFond du Lac area ! They are very ethical, honest, and complete GREAT work. They repaired my Audi Q7. Took a little longer than expected, but worth the wait!Highly recommend!!!

I called today to see if they could install a spoiler for my car and the man who I talked to was very rude and told me to do it myself. He literally told me to do it myself.

Came in for a simple dent repair was told I'd get an email with quote, never happened. I'll go somewhere that cares enough to try and get my business rather than ignore meI make a review and now they get back to me. Lol funny how that works, saying panel needs to be replaced and that it's hard to find which I already knew it's a rare vehicle. (I also wanted to keep my original panel, so buying new/ used wasnt the option)But I've been to 5 other shops in the area and got a paper quote on the spot saying they CAN fix it...Maybe they could have the specialist look at it on the spot or have me come back when one is avaliable not snap pictures and then never get back to me just cause the new part they wanted to buy is hard to resource.. and they couldn't find it. That's all they had to tell me to begin with. Not once I made the review

If you like a company that has no follow through pick Dreher. They had my car for three days and didn't even start it. It was for a simple bumper replacement. No communication that they it was not finished. I had to call them to check on the status. No one answered the phone for 2 hours and I was hung up on multiple times. Phone problems apparently. The shop is an unorganized mess. Parts everywhere, customer invoices spread all over the counter. Have they heard of privacy laws? I think there are maybe 2 employees doing the body work and they have 10 cars to be finished in the parking lot. Go to Holiday or Jeeps in the Fond du Lac area, avoid this place.Service: Body & Trim

Always Exceptional Service.I Highly Recommend coming to Dreher's to have your vehicle's body work taken care of.I have gone to others in the past and they did not do my vehicle justice with mismatched paint and within a few months the paint is bubbling & chipping off..Chad and the team are easy to work with and the work they do is beyond perfect. I was happy with the work they did after hitting a deer. They stand behind their work and are willing to fight for you as the consumer with your insurance to have your damages repaired properly.Your Vehicle is an investment and you deserve to have damages repaired properly.

I have always had Chad Dreher do body work on my cars. He specializes in mixing paints to get the EXACT coloring. Some little ole' lady opened her car door on my Camaro with no consideration. You'd never know which door he fixed! A long time ago when my 'winter beater' was a nice looking vehicle he painted the rear side panel & found the coloring not perfect d/t sun fading over the years so he did it over for no extra cost. Knew of him as a kid. The whole family were hard workers & trust worthy.
