This is an amazing place .! Todd and Alex have the best work ethics. In and done in under two hours. Front brake pads and rotor.

WOMEN BEWARE. This guy took advantage of me cause he assume I didn't know what I was talking about. He said I needed to replace my whole AC system in my car when it was just 1 part that was leaking. He was too lazy to preform a dye test and find the leak! So instead he was gonna charge me 2000+ dollars to replace the whole AC system he said I quote "idk where your car isn't leaking the bottom is all rusted out" I had a 2013.I got a second opinion from van horn and I only paid 500 for the repair.

Called for appointment, was accepted immediately, needed to recharge A/C. It took exactly 1 hour like Todd said, as was cool, but not cold. All process done, blows arctic air, reached for debit card expecting to max it out,(lol), don't want to post payment, but will say below $75.00, which I thought the bill would be at least double. So, I recommend this business 100%, had good time talking to owner, very down to earth.Service: Air conditioning

WOMEN BEWARE.... Called this places based on the 5 star reviews. My ac wasn't blowing cold anymore and had a light the kept going out so asked him to check that too. Once the inspection was done he called me and said his exact words "I can't find a place this car isn't leaking" (2013 Hyundai) which i knew IMMEDIATELY was not true. He insisted I needed the entire AC System replaced almost 2000 quote and said there was no electrical issue with the lights just needed a new bulb so I said I'd replace it myself. He gave me a hard time about it said he was gonna charge me more, then after I was visibly upset he said it was a joke. I should have asked him if the inspection was a joke cause almost 2000 in repairs isn't a joking matter, just be honest with your customers if you can't find an issue. He did not charge me for the inspection or light only after upsetting me.Took my car to a different place and they said they couldn't find a leak, refilled my refrigerant and my AC is blowing cold, also found the electrical issue with my light and got the part ordered for me. I can tell they were incredibly thorough and I'm glad I got a second opinion.I will never reccomend downtown auto..Services: Electrical, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Tried Downtown Auto based on google reviews and I had a wonderful experiance. I called hoping for same day service and got it. They did a detailed inspection on a truck I was interested in buying from another local dealer. The team was detailed, polite, and fast. They even patiently answered all my questions and gave me some great tips. I highly recommend Downtown Auto based on how I well I was treated.

Todd is extraordinarily trustworthy in diagnosing and suggesting service and repairs at a fair price. His attitude is pretty much that he will not perform maintenance on your car if he wouldn't do it on his. Contrary to some mechanics, he is very willing to take the time to explain the problem thoroughly in order for one to make a good decision as a customer.

Friendly staff and quick service! They honestly discuss options with you. My car ended up needing a cheap simple repair. They didn't try to sell me on more expensive repairs like others did. Nice place, honest people! Todd always seems to be able to fit in quick jobs like tire changes for customers. If you want it done right and not be mislead by larger businesses, take it to Todd and his team!
