I had already previously went to another dealer and Was directed to Diamod Auto parts. But talking to Nick, he guaranteed me that he had the right part for my vehicle. 2014 Nissan Cross Cabaret Convertible Front driver side window Which is pretty rare out here. They Just don't have this particular piece because they no longer make this vehicle anymoreWell, I needed to have this part shipped from Wisconsin to Indiana. Nick right out the gate told me that he didn't do this it had to be picked up and I wanted this shipped I was very adamant about it. He told me that I was taking a risk by doing it, but He was basically looking out for my best interestBottom line, the window arrived safely. Thank you so much, Nick, for your customer service You guys are the best.I'm telling all my friends about you, Nick. I really do appreciate the back-and-forth over the phone. Excellent customer service skillsBut here's the best part. I was calling the next day to get a tracking number from him. And I hear a ring at my front door and it's UPS delivering my product.

It is very easy to deal with the staff. The only concern we had was that the tires we were given are for a small truck, and we have a minivan. The tires also were not stored correctly, so they are off balance.

We were racing at Road America, and unfortunately had an accident in which we needed a driver side mirror and it was nowhere to be found nearby, luckily Andy helped us out and got us a mirror last minute and dropped it off at the front of the shop due to the closing time and it helped us be on track the next day. Thank you very much. It was much appreciated.

2nd time buying parts from here , but 1st time dealing w/ Andy and I gotta say he's by far one of the most helpful and extremely nice person I've dealt with . I Highly recommend asking for him for great service and great deals.

They gave me a call and after traveling for a couple of hours, I arrived and found that the engine miles were not the same, they changed the price and delivery day. I do not recommend their callcenter service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a salesperson by the name of ANDY. He went above and beyond to help me get a very hard to find item. I see the bad reviews here... But give them a try.. Terrible experience! Was a few days after the warranty was up on the car part bought from this place & it was completely done for and they would not budge and offer anything. Literally by a few days from the warranty expiration. NEVER AGAIN.

If you like dealing with shady salvage yards this is the place.This place pretends to have insurance quality parts when really they are rusting away on a rack outside in the snow.Please do your research before dealing with this Business. The sales manager Todd wouldn't even return my phone calls.

Awesome experience. I worked with Tony to find a replacement transmission for my daughter's Subaru Outback. He took the VIN and quoted a replacement. Once ordered, they delivered the transmission to my mechanic and picked up the core after the service was complete for no extra charge. Great communication throughout the process and now the car is up and running again. I highly recommend Diamond for quality parts and great service.

Called about used tires. Nick would not send me pictures of the tires. Drove 40 minutes, bought them. Was told they had 80% life on them. Got them to my tire person, who said they had dry rot between the treads and couldn't install them. Drove 40 minutes back to Diamond. They took the tires back but it took about half an hour while they came back from lunch, swore at their computer, had an attitude. Not impressed.

Needed a fuel tank for my truck, found one on the website and inquired about it. Got an email back saying before they could pull it I'd have to pay. Easy enough, right? After I drove to the shop and paid for it they then informed me that it wasn't there that it had to be shipped from a different facility and they'd have it the next day.The next day came and no tank. The third day came and still no update and no fuel tank.This was Monday and it is now Thursday and no update.If I could give less than 1 star I would.

For large items there reasonable. Small items there outrageously priced. And not willing to help you out with a simple quick pull from a vehicle that would take about ten minutes and I could pick it up while I was there said it would be at least two hours before they could get to it so I had to get it shipped. The door I got from them was supposed to be insurance grade which is the best you can get got there and it had a terrible rust stain on the whole side of the door so I had to paint it anyway. I would definitely suggest going with a different yard if you can.

Paid and bought a part from them. After a conversation with the salesman part was shipped out and when I received the part, it was incorrect. E-Mailed the salesman and explained to him what happened and he stated he would "make it right," then tells me the actual part was 65.00 more and he wouldn't be able to send it to me until I shipped the old one back. I decided I wasn't going to give them more money and got the part from somewhere else,, money was refunded but did not recieve money back that it costed me to ship. Will never do business with these guys again they hardly made it right and who knows if they'll ever give me back the money it costed me after they sent me the wrong part. Wish I could give them negative stars.

The customer service here is garbage. I called four different times to ask questions and see if they would have a part ready for me. They told me they had what I needed. The price was good, I should have been set. A few days pass by and I finally have time off work. I called at 10 in the morning and told them again what I needed. Victor said he had a 2008 r32 door in the yard, they just needed to pull it. He told me it would be ready in three hours. I live in Madison which is 1.5 hours away, so three hours is no big deal. I actually show up four hours later and guess what? They pulled a 2002 door. I asked how they could have pulled the wrong year when I called FOUR times. Victor told me it happens, with a smug attitude. At this point I'm pissed. I ask him if they have the 2008 door there at all. Victor says they have it, but it's damaged. I was lied to over the phone multiple times about this, by Victor. I wasted my day off trying to get this done and this guy couldn't care less. He basically shrugged it off, and didn't even apologize for wasting my time or money. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Victor, you're a douchebag.

Had a very positive experience with Diamond Auto - called them up about a side mirror for my Subaru. Andy clarified what I was looking for, confirming color code and model years, then confirmed that they had one in stock. We confirmed price, then I gave them the go-ahead and confirmed I could pick it up the next day. Later the same day he called me up and let me know that it was out and ready.Upon getting there I stopped in, got the work order and walked over to the shipping area to see the Mirror. It was in great shape. It was then handed to me, after which I walked back to the front office and paid for it.Very positive experience for me - I'll definitely keep them in mind for any further part needs.

Bought motor august 26th 2020 and not even 10 months later it blew up on me. Within 60 days it was having issues and not running right. Definitely be careful when purchasing motors through them.

I had a great experience with Diamond Auto Parts and Tony Thompson. I can't tell you how many places I found that had the pickup bed we were looking for that ended up NOT having the bed themselves. These companies couldn't answer a single question about the beds. Tony had the bed pulled and took pictures himself to send to me. He also checked for rust because that was a huge problem with other beds that I found. Tony stayed in touch while I argued through the details with my insurance company and the insurance company's approved body shop which took a while. I would not have a problem suggesting this company or Tony to others.

I've worked with Andy for 10+ years. He's always taken great care of me and my used car sales & repair business. The prices are always fair and he always goes the extra mile on hard to find parts. Any warranty issues or problems have always been handled promptly and professionally.

This place is a joke. Jacking up prices to sell parts to insurance companies. They and other companies like them are the reason why it costs so dang much to get your car repaired. Update: Had to block them and report them on Facebook. Talked with the owner he was polite but he defended the whole thing. They will continue to get there asking prices because insurance companies will pay it and our insurance rates will continue to go up the cycle will continue. Guess that s the American way!

I have been looking for an AC control unit for my car which has proven very difficult to find. I came in and asked them if they had it. Unfortunately they didnt have it but they were more then willing to help. They had ordered it and got it in 3 days later and the price was unbelievably cheap. I was expecting to pay at least double what they sold it to me for. Best prices and best service. I will be coming here if i ever need a part again

Cars show up as available... You message them but it turns out they're not available and offered me a different car that parts won't work with mine... See the car I wanted parts from newly posted again so simply asked if it is available or not... Whoever is in charge of the messenger said "what parts do you need" when I've said multiple multiple times and even sent pictures with the parts circled... Mind you I was at work so when they finally replied I was working...I couldn't reply until a few hours later when I was done and they reply with "good luck on your auto parts search" sarcastically and snobby for not replying instantly. They then blocked me on messenger so couldn't even reply to say hey I was at work I'm now able to reply. So be warned if you have any questions you'll get some clown blocking you on Facebook messenger for their page if you don't reply instantly. Incredible.

Sold me a highly questionable alternator (made a scraping noise while spinning and visibly had rust on the stator) so I immediately took it to an auto parts store to have it tested before bothering to install it. After several attempts it was found to not be working.Took it back to Diamond Auto Parts and they first accused the parts store of deceiving me. I explained I've recently had several alternators tested at the same locations and witnessed passing results. They mentioned they'd put it back on the shelf to be sold to someone else. Super sketchy, and due to this methodology I certainly wouldn't ever buy anything from them again.I'd say avoid if you have other options, as it seems fairly likely you'll get a part that doesn't work.

The prices were far better than their competitors or others listed on eBay. The place was clean and the service was great. I've had poor experiences at other auto recycling/salvage yards, but I would definitely go back here. Highly recommended.

Diamond is a good yard. I liked when they had the self serve yard. I would find what I needed right away, and never had problems. Prices were more than reasonable, sometimes there was no charge for particular small items. Recently the yard has been closed to the public, which sucks. But that was someone who screwed it up for everyone, and insurance said to close it. Helpful people for finding parts now though

Big shout out to Cody of Diamond Auto Parts. I Went in on the spur of the moment for a tail light assembly for my 2013 Chrysler 200. He went and took off the part from a scrapped 2013 Chrysler that they had in the yard while I waited. I couldn't ask for better service. Excellent prices too. Definitely recommend to other people reading this review.
