I had my transmission fail just after purchasing my 2016 S6, and the shady dealership I bought it from wouldn't honor their warranty that I paid for. Luckily C.A.R.S Inc was able to have a new transmission installed and programmed. This is a monster of a job according to Audi, taking almost 30 hours by book. These guys had the old trans out and the new one installed in 2 days! I'm extremely thankful to have my S6 back on the road. Well worth the price to have it back. Thanks guys!Service: Transmission

I highly recommend C.A.R.S. to anyone who has euro car in the Fond Du Lac area. Ben is super knowledgeable and has been working on euro cars for a very long time. Prices are reasonable and they have even given me free service on my Audi! German cars are there specialty. It's probably been 15 years, but Ben did a full stage 3 setup on my 2001 S4. It was a pain-in-the-butt installation, and the parts had some fitment issues, but Ben contacted the manufacturer and got everything sorted out on my behalf. That car put out some crazy power; I regret selling it! Ben is an excellent mechanic, a fine human being, and was a good friend to a punk 18-year-old like me. I'd recommend this place to anyone crazy enough to buy a modified late-model Audi. It's going to need work, and this is just the spot!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

These folks are outstanding. A few years back I had one of my local customers recommend me taking my Audi there for maintenance. I do not regret taking them up on it. Ben and Jen are great, and have facilitated maintenance and repairs on my vehicle as well as my wife s for the last 3 years. 10/10 would recommend them and their business for any euro car owner. Since going there I won t even bother taking my vehicles to the dealership unless it s for a recall. Their rates are extremely reasonable and they stand by their work. My wife had a water pump blow out on her q5 a year ago, and the relaxed part malfunctioned a year later. Ben took care of us and replaced the part super fast. I can t stress enough that these folks are great. I ve had numerous poor experiences with Bergstrom and shelled out plenty of money at North Shore for service. If you own a European car take it here!!

Ben is so knowledgeable and so amazing. He explains every detail to me and he works with me when I have emergencies. He fought for my warranty to cover my timing chain replacement on my s4 when they originally wouldn't which lowered my out if pocket price by thousands, taught me how to change a blinker and rear brake lights. Love his works. Great place

We have 2 bmw s for years and have been relying on CARS for all of our work. They have taken great care of us and our automobiles. We also have an American car and they have done all the work on that as well. They have made automobile issues so much easier to deal with. My 2000 VW New Beetle had some major issues on the hwy driving up to Minocqua; took it to a Certified VW dealer in Wausau to have it fixed. While the shop in Wausau did what they thought was needed..further issues happened weeks later after they supposedly "torked" something too tight. Eventually a spark plug tube blew. Took it to CARS and Ben did an amazing job diagnosing the issue; along with finding parts for my 2000 New Beetle...some that were no longer produced anymore. Did his homework though and with all his resources..found a part for my beloved Beetle and we're back on the road again!! Would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you're driving a VW!!Service: Engine repair

Repair work is done in a timely fashion, they always call with what the problem is prior to completing repair work and email estimates. They are always friendly and the techs are very knowledgeable. Price and very reasonable. You'll appreciate their work!

This place is great if you want to get ripped off. My friend a single mother of three took her daughter's car in for running ruff. They charge her $180 for a 2 hour diagnostic. Running codes to find out cylinder four was miss firing, swapping coils and plugs with cylinder 3, and test driving. They told her she needs all new injectors for $850. Checking codes and swapping coils takes minutes. The coils don't even have a bolt holding them. And I didn't get the car out of the lot to know the car was still shaking like crazy. I took 2 minutes to pull the PCV hose the see it's full of oil, and so was the intake. $180 dollars for what. Plus they alrdy replaced the rear main seal. The main culprit is over pressure. Which is the PCV's job! Now the new one is leaking. These guys are hacks. $180 and they never checked the PCV before decieding it needs new injectors? I cleaned them and the intake, new plugs and the updated PCV. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had crazy experiences with some other mechanics in the Fox Valley area, I mean some guys really don't know what they are doing, and WORK to PROVE that ASE certified means nothing!C.A.R.S knows German vehicles. It's really good to have those guys in the area. They finally fixed everything right. I would trust them to do the most complex work any time. They give sound advice, and take all the time needed to explain whats going on with the vehicle.

Bought a porsche cayenne s a litlle over a year ago and i have came to them for all my vehicle needs from simple to complex, they treated me good and fair on there prices. I would recommend to anyone in the area with a foreign vehicle.

went in to get my check engine light read and they wanted to charge me $45.00 just to check it for that i just took my car to Meyer import had it checked for free and they have been in business way longer then this place I dont recommend coming here go to Meyer import for anything euro
