I loved my experience at Bob's! I don't know much about cars but they really took the time to explain things to me without being condescending. Their customer service was friendly and so helpful. They took the time to even go over some scenarios so I'd have a better picture of cost BEFORE they even looked at my car. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place!

Had my 08 Ford Escape transmission repaired. It lasted roughly a year and a half I believe and had another issue. Bob s stood by their work and honored the warranty. I can t say enough about Bobs 151. The absolute professionalism from start to finish is refreshing. There is a true attention to detail and great care taken on each visit. It is evident that the staff truly care and take pride in what they do and the customer service is beyond expectations! I m very thankful to have been fortunate enough to find Bobs and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!! Thank you so much for all you do!!

It cost me $60 for them to tell me the same thing I told them 2 days before. I get that they have to charge for "diognostics" but, come on. That's all fine I suppose but, the quote for getting the transmission fixed was $1700 more than a guy down town who gave me the same guarantee and was much friendlier.

FANTASTIC!!! These gentlemen were truly that (gentlemen)! We were on our way to lake arrowhead for vacation and our minivan broke down. They had us towed in less then 15 minutes. Had our car fixed in about an hour, and kept us informed on what happened and what needed to be done. These gents made our vacation possible;) CHEERS!!!! Keep up the excellent work guys.Danielle

They fix my car, and I really like that about them :) I had a weird problem once, a leak in my SUV's rear window. They even fixed that when other garages / body shops had turned me away. I just needed a new top rear tail light. I'll be a regular customer.

Stopped in because I had a low tire light on. It was very cold out and the local gassation air pump wasn't working. So I ask Kirk to check it for me. He was right on it. Checked out all the tires and sent me on my way.

Message and called several times in the span of a week and never heard back from anyone about fixing my car took it somewhere else

Great to deal with. He didn't take advantage of the fact that we were from out of town. For the truck in very quickly, knowing that we needed to leave soon. Honest guy!

Not professional and charged me nearly 900 dollars to replace my secondary fuel pump when the primary was clearly broke and also ignored the issues I stated were wrong.

Hoilday service center couldn't figure out my trainsmisson and bobs 151 figured it out I highly recommend using them
