If you re in search of a body shop that you can trust with your vehicle, I would go with Balkens without a second thought. I had a really unlucky year on the roads, and left my car with them a few times, and my car was always returned looking like it just left the factory. I m a car enthusiast myself, and I d never leave my car in the hands of someone who wouldn t do top notch work. To top this off, the customer service is fantastic. When I bought my car in after a nasty run in with a raccoon the caused extensive amounts of damage to the front of my car, they immediately gave me a loaner so I had a safe vehicle to drive. Everytime I ve had a wreck they ll have the car in the following week which is great, the work is done in a timely fashion, they care about their customers, and the quality is a 5/5. Big thanks to the Balken crew!

My son was referred to Balken's a few yrs ago. They did a nice job on his SUV, so when I recently needed repairs I knew who to call. They have some loaner vehicles (nice), however, none were available which ended up being okay since insurance covered a rental. Luckily I only had to wait a week to get in, and then repairs only took a week. They are professional and courteous. Being up front and honest on their procedure and timeframe was refreshing! Thanks for the great repair work!

Over the years, I have had to use their services a few times due to other people causing an issue with my vehicle. They are very courteous and will help you in every aspect of repairing your vehicle. They always have done great work. I will not go anywhere else because I know that I am served beyond measure here.

While no one wants to have to deal with auto body repairs, Balken s made the process an easy one. I m very happy with the work they did and they even provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being made. Highly recommend!

We brought our car to Balken's Auto Body and were extremely pleased with the quality of their work as well as the class and character of the Balken crew. Check them out first before you go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed.

Update: they did a great job. FYI plan to pay cash or check. Card machine will charge extra. They did warn me. But good to know. End result looks beautiful. Couldn't be happier. Before picture and after pictures added nowNegative was a part came late, but necessarily their fault and they cleaned my car out for me. Not sure if that was something they just do or if it was due to the part coming late. But great experience. They had a car for me to use the entire time my car was there. They dealt with insurance after insurance sent a check. The rest they needed from insurance- loaner car cost, they contacted them directly so I could be done with it. So thankful for that.So far so good. Need to wait on insurance to ok things but they are very nice, customer service is excellent so far. I'll update things after a repair, but the first experience walking in and just getting a quote is very good. Advice, knowledge, thoughtfulness, repairing what's needed to be repaired and not trying to quote me on other things not needed, all great things you look for in a company like this were present.

Balken's does all the body work on our personal and company vehicles. I could not be more pleased with their service and quality. Always willing to accommodate our schedules, they are wonderful to work with. I would not go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

The staff were very nice and communicative about any changes in the process of fixing my vehicle. The car turned out looking brand new! A bit on the expensive side, but worth it if you can afford it.

110% going back for future service. Can t thank the team at Balken s enough for the body and paint work. Trusting a shop is sometimes difficult due to lack of communication and how they treat their customers. But Balken s will answer any questions honestly and with a smile. After I got my car back I couldn t tell where they paint matched let alone where the dents were. Amazing work for a great price. PLUS!! They even sent a hand written card to me after the work was done. I m going back this summer for a tune up and you should too!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Has done excellent work on our camper both times. We had a bad leak with the roof, then required replacing roof. Looks like new. They take the time to make sure it is done correctly. Very professional group of people. Have referred several friends to them and they were equally pleased.

After going to 3 different auto body shops, Balken's gave the lowest, detailed price. Was leary, but they offered a nice car to use while being serviced. When I got our car back, the quality was fantastic. All areas were repaired perfectly. They even sent us a thank you letter and a coupon to use at a local restaurant. They also offer a military/police/1st responders discount. I highly recommend and will always come back if we have another problem.Thank you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Totally awesome place. Brought my car in a for a fix(spoiler) but they said it wouldnt be good to do the work as it would make more trouble for the car as the sealant issue was only a very small section. Plus the area still was sealed just some came out. They cleaned area up real real nice and didnt charge for anything. Totally trust this place to give you good service and not look for a way to squeeze money out of their customers. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I hit a Turkey with my 2022 truck. It caused quite a bit of damage to the front and some dents in the front door. I have never had a better experience working with a shop. It was so painless. I dropped my Elantra off for damage done to the right rear and was handed a loaner. My car was done in about a week even though it was over Thanksgiving. There was a small bump when I got my vehicle back that ended up having absolutely nothing at all to do with what they did, yet they made sure I was happy and took it in to Hyundai for me and let me have a loaner again. I didnt have to deal with the insurance company at all once I handed it off to them. If I could give them more then 5 starts I would!

I had front end damage due to an accident. I scheduled an appointment at Balken's. Very friendly and helpful services. She helped diagnosed what all had to be replaced on my front bumper, and with insurance communications. My car has several different paint swatches, and I was worried it'd be hard to match the two red paints. In the end, it looks perfect and brand new! I appreciate them and their labor. Balkens did a great job and did exactly what they quoted. They were very easy to work with and got the job done when they said they would. (They didn't try to tell you they could fix something and then later tell you it needed a new part instead.....another place quoted they could try to fix it first and if that didn't work they would order the parts). They had a very nice loaner car to use so I had no inconvenience. They were considerably less than the dealership and did an amazing job! Highly recommend! They were quick to return calls & loaned me a car (very reliable car too!) for the couple of days that they serviced my car. They even vacuumed my car that was full of dog hair! Balken's has some of the best customer service I have seen. They are very professional and did a great job fixing up my car. When I went in they fixed my passenger door so I could open it and put a cover over my headlight so it didn't go out, all before I made the appointment to bring my car in to be fixed up after the accident I had. They also have loaner vehicles for people to use, which is very nice if you don't have coverage for them on your insurance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had an accident repair of the tailgate on a Town and country 2014 Van. The repair was done well but after we washed the car in a carwash it was leaking through the liner in the back. We finally went back and complained of the leak. They found out what the problem was and replaced parts that were affected. They did this all for no cost and even gave us a car to use while it was repaired. They were so kind and made us feel very happy with how they handled the repair.I would definitely come back for any other body repair when there is an accident.
