I had my oil changed at another auto shop and was told I needed brakes. I took my vehicle to Annen for a brake job and they called me to say I didn't need brakes. It is nice to know there are honest mechanics out there who don't do unnecessary repairs. I have used Annen brakes before and will go back again. These guys are the best!!

Rude, unprofessional and absolutely the most condescending people I have ever spoke to. I called two days in advance to schedule my car for an alignment and was not given a time I was told to drop the car off right away in the morning. I then called the day of my appointment and asked what time I'll be able to pick my car up and was told that I was already going to be late for my appointment that was scheduled for 8:15. I was never given an exact time and I was given nothing but attitude by the person who answered the phone when I was inquiring about how long it would take today since I do have to arrange a ride and have three children to pick up from school, and why I was not given the time. I was given the excuse that things could be rusty or break and blah blah blah and I'm not falling for that. You guys know exactly how long it takes to do a four wheel alignment and nothing more nothing less. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere and if you care about your time money or respect I advise you to do the same. I was respectful and simply was trying to have my vehicle scheduled for a service and asking a few questions . What kind of a shop has a problem with that?

I stopped in today to inquire about inspecting my squeaky rotors, that have been replaced by another mechanic within the last year. The gentleman was kind enough to immediately test drive and hoist my vehicle up to give a quick overview. He ensured me everything looked great and that tire shine products may be a potential culprit. Very friendly and honest experience, would recommend this shop to others as I have always heard positive feedback.Service: Brakes

If your employee never spoke to me the way he did, I would have not been angry at all. And If this was my business I would have done everything I could to make sure my customer was satisfied.The same wheel the rotor was replaced, the brake line was damaged and brake fluid was leaking slowly.

Our vehicle needs are always taken care of. Rob and his guys are always honest. We feel confident in their work and always know that things are done right and only the repairs that are needed are done. Rob is truly one in a million!

I can't say enough good about Annen Brake Service and car repair. I just know I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for repairs. Very honest and very reasonable. Cannot thank them enough for all they do to keep my vehicle running in tip top shape. Love Annen Brake! These guys are completely honest and dependable.I have been wanting to write a review for over a year to help anyone out there looking for reliable service.There has-been a couple of times the dealership would recommend somthing so I would of course takemyvehicle hear. And a few times they told me, it was not needed. I had an issue with my brakes and they got me in right away. A bit lacking in sharing or asking when and what I wanted to do about it, but since I had previously had the two front brakes and rotors and one caliper done, and they figured the other one in hindsight should also have been done at the same time, they didn't charge me labor this time. Good call. Great efficient work overall!

Service exceeded expectations. Annen Brakes checked my car for problems I didn't know I had and informed me about them instead of hitting me with an unexpected expense; After making sure that the problems were minor and not a hazard, of course.

Very accommodating and friendly. If a job is beyond their abilities they will tell you. I feel confident going there though since I just bought a brand new car I likely won't be seeing them as often.

Had an oil change from another source who did not put components back together correctly. I stopped late in afternoon and vehicle was checked and out vack together.I have been customer since I moved here based on referral from local friend. I can't say enough about how fair and honest Rob is down at Annen brake service. They don't rake you over the coals and fix your vehicle for an honest price. There are good people and Rob@ Annen are good people

This place was recommended by a friend who said Annen Brake Service does only what you ask for and I feel confident knowing they are not trying to rip me off just because I am female anddon't know much about cars. They also take the time to explain any questions I have.

Needed new rotors 10k miles later, don't go here. I paid for new brake pads and rotors, i'm thinking they only changed the brake pads, the car started shaking when braking less than 5k miles later. Had to take it someplace else to get it done again. Waste of money.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I brought my car in yesterday and it was having major issues. They fixed my car and it is better than new. It was a lot less than I expected to pay. Very honest and very nice people.
