They weren't open when I towed a car in. No sign on the door, just nobody in sight at 11am.

I had a brake line go out on my truck while visiting in Florence. Rick took a look at it and explained the repair and that it may not be so simple. He got it up in the air to get a better look. He was able to do the one line for me. Which was great. He got me back on the road for a reasonable price.

On a recent trip to Florence, WI area with our family our minivan's brakes began to grind. I hoped I could make it home (160 miles away) and knew after a day of driving it would be a huge risk. I contacted 2 service stations in Florence and was told they could not fit me in to their schedule due to my time constraints. I then drove by KNEPPERS SERVICE, INC and stopped and spoke to the owner Rick Knepper. He sympathized with our situation. I know he had other work that was waiting, but he said he would take on the job! We had our van fully repaired with new front brakes in just over 3 hours!!!! His shop labor rate was a bargain and he was very reasonable on the parts. It has been several days now and everything is great! I would definatley recommend Knepper's to anyone needing repairs in the Florence County area!!! Rick was a great guy and very considerate.
