EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! This is a REAL hometown business interested in making and keeping customers. The work that they do is done to make sure their customers keep coming back. I tend to be a very skeptical person when it comes to auto experiences. Collision Specialists has earned my trust and my business!

Jeff and his team went above and beyond! They fixed up my truck earlier than expected, performed excellent work, offered great flexibility and also the use a loaner vehicle - every last thing you could hope for when working with a business! Jeff the owner of collision specialists is a very professional but personable guy that makes a bad accident not so bad. We could not drive the car, Jeff was there to tow the car and take us away from the accident and make us very comfortable. I would suggest this business for any service. A+

A huge thanks to Jeff on speedy and professional service involving a recent truck/deer collision. Within one half hour of calling, Jeff arrived at my vehicle, made a repair and had me back on the road within the hour. He turned what could have been a long frustrating day into a very short delay. On one of the very frigid winter nights, the owner saved me! I was passing through Fennimore on my way to Chicago. When I stopped for gas my car wouldn't start up again. I called to get a jump, and he was at my service in 15 minutes...on a Sunday evening. And he didn't even have me get out of the car in that cold weather. Friendly, dependable small town service. Took my vehicle to get driver side door fixed from a small fender bender.Did not get my car back for 10 days for minor repair, i was told it be done on wed,it was fri, the owner was gone nd then had to wait til sun to get my car back. so the customer had to wait.. wow.. drove it for 3 weeks , i open door to get in and the door handle falls off the door they fixed, it did not fall off before, same door, they worked on.the 3 other door handles have not falling off.why did the handle of the door they worked on fall off? i took it back,he barely looks at it n says o a screw is rusted, we looked into it farther in which he should have, there is a a peice that has been broke you can see where it is suppose to be attached nd besides the door leaks air down at the bottom, never did before they worked on it.if you look at bottom of door ,it loos like some kind of oil or some kind of spray on it, i was told its dirt, lotta dif from dirt n the oily film that still there. it appears there shiny metal by the hinge , from rubbing , o i would be told it dirt or rust if i took it back . was suppose to call me, still waiting for call, it is not my place to keep calling . after the fact , after the fact i took it there,now i've been told by several people,to never take your vehicle there for repairs, if i only known that sooner, but i was trying to do business locally. so now i have to get door handle fixed n have to check why its leaking air.very very disappointed n will highly not recommend.
