Super friendly staff! I was a frazzled mother trying to go out of town that evening when my check engine light came on. The man immediately helped me diagnose my problem, was patient and kind to my inpatient 2 year old, and even went above and beyond suggesting and giving directions to a mechanic that could help. Super impressed!

I've worked in the customer industry for over 10 years and I can tell you that never before have I met a man that not only is willing to stay open past close time to help a customer but makes sure the customer is happy and has everything they need. That is 10 star customer service!!! Thank you again sir. Because of you I have a running car again.

I did not know what type of hose I was looking for but one of the employees there not only helped me fimd what I was looking for, but also was able to get me the part next day and figure out what it was called took maybe 10 minutes. Also helped that I brought the hose it but loved the service.

Absolutely outstanding those guys really know how to help a customer needed my battery charge because my alternator went out and they sent me with a used battery to borrow to make sure I got home outstanding service

Great automotive parts store with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. Don't always have hard to find items in stock, because they are a small town store, but easy to walk in and get the basics.

I purchased a rebuilt alternator from this Napa location and it failed after A WEEK, which ended up costing me just over $500, including towing charges. The company Napa purchased the alternator from actually reimburse me for the towing and supplied another alternator but this Napa store did NOTHING to compensate me for the costly 4 day ordeal. They choose not to help for burnt fuses, maintenance costs or time lost. Nothing. As a matter of fact, they made money off me.This owner of this Evansville Napa (who made this decision), also owns the Verona store. I will never step foot in either of these to two stores and I recommend you do the same.
