While engaged in an unfruitful and awkward quest with one in-state dealership, I located my desired elusive model in Wisconsin and cut ties to deal directly with Trevor at Quinn Motors. It was a night and day comparison and WORTH EVERY MILE FROM UTAH TO WISCONSIN AND BACK to work with a straight-forward, stress-free, no-fee dealership who made the car-buying process simple.I knew I would love the car, but I have equal admiration for the folks at Quinn Motors who rolled out the red carpet for our arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Trevor and other employees. We visited with co-owner Meghan, whose leadership beautifully continues the Quinn Motors family tradition of great customer care. Our serendipitous timing allowed us to participate in Ice-Cream Friday, followed by a streamlined signing process with Trevor himself in his own office (no obligatory trip to a fee-extracting finance office). We were sent on our way with a perfect dose of Wisconsin hospitality including the signature cheese curds from the local creamery!After a three-day leisurely opportunity to enjoy the hand-picked features of my chosen vehicle, in addition to quality time spent with one of my sons, my sister commented I knew buying a car took a long time, but that was extreme! Yes, but the lengthy part was my choice, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone near or extremely far! I would not hesitate to do business with them again if opportunity allows.

I am retired from having worked for more than 2 decades in automobile retail. Thoroughly enjoyed the back side of the desk and working with customers. I recently got the opportunity to experience the front side of the desk as a potential customer at several dealerships. My wife and I had decided it was time for a replacement towing vehicle for our camper, and researched vehicles on-line. Set on the size and type of vehicle that would work for us, we ventured forth and experienced several standardized sales processes. All were disappointing, frustrating and some were just rude and insulting. But then We called Meghan at Quinn Motors of Ellsworth. I explained our situation and asked who she would like us to work with there. Well, me of course! , she replied. We set an appointment; test drove a vehicle, reviewed the no-nonsense values/numbers and decided that it really wasn t the right vehicle/deal for us. But wait she indicated, I have one coming in on trade that might work well for you she told us and promised to let us know when that happened.Fast forward a few weeks I get a call from Meghan that the trade had happened. We set an appointment to look at it, even before the intake processing had been completed, and told her that it would work perfectly for us. During the following week, the vehicle was inspected, updated, detailed, and readied for us to accept delivery.We want to thank Meghan and everyone at Quinn Motors of Ellsworth for taking all the time we needed, never giving up on gaining us as customers, and allowing the sales process to be tailored to our needs. We truly felt like family in the way we were treated and my faith in auto retail has been restored.Quinn Motors has gained a customer for life and we feel that we have gained some friends. HIGHLY recommend Quinn Motors for your vehicle needs, great folks to work with! They deserve more than 5 stars!

Oh my goodness! My husband was so impressed with the customer service at Quinn Motors. He asked me to come along when he picked up his new Acadia to witness it myself. I'm from a small town in ND where customer service is everything!And you know what? My husband was right! Sara and Meghan were delightful. They truly cared about the entire shopping and buying process. Sara explained how to set up the options in the Acadia. She was super patient with all my questions. I think we found the BEST dealership in the surrounding Twin Cities area! You can bet we will return when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. My husband and I purchased a Tahoe on Black Friday. We looked at the Tahoe the night before Thanksgiving about 1/2 till close. Staff was so nice and welcoming to us. Moved the vehicle inside to see it after the test drive. Worked the numbers with no pressure what so ever. Thought about it over the holiday and went back to purchase. Staff welcomed us back, called us by name. No extra cost or package deals! Just how we liked it! I would definitely recommend the small town experience Quinn Motors gives to there customers. A+ experience

I did extensive research online before choosing the vehicle and dealership I would be using to purchase my new truck. Dylan and the team provided top notch service from the moment I reached out to when I drove it off the lot. Great to work with, good communication, and very honest about everything. I was several hours away, so I wanted to ensure I knew exactly what I was getting before driving to pick it up. Dylan did a video walk through for me of the whole truck to make it a seamless process. When the truck was ready to go, I showed up at the dealership, and he had all the paperwork ready to go. It only took about 15 minutes to get everything filled out and completed, so I was on my way within a half hour! Would definitely recommend anyone looking to use Quinn Motors.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for leasing, buying, or maintenance. I trust the people there like they're family, and they go the extra mile to make every experience with them an excellent one. I'm more than happy to drive the 50 miles from Minneapolis to Ellsworth because they're that good. My 1st time buying a new vehicle in 20 yrs., especially with all the electronics now days. Trevor and Quinn Motors were very very helpful and had wonderful patience with all of my questions, doubts, and driving different vehicles. Sarah our salesperson was very helpful with our decision on even looking at our vehicle. We had almost an hour drive to their business, and she sent us photos of the smallest defect of the used truck we were interested in. And assured us, this vehicle would be worth the trip! And she could not have been more correct! The entire staff that we encountered were very courteous and knowledgeable. We even met the owner and had a wonderful talk like we had been customers for years! I highly recommend this business!

Simply the best! My family has been purchasing all of our vehicles from Quinn Motors for several years now. Meghan, Charles, and the entire staff at Quinn Motors treat us like family. They always do their best to get us exactly what we want, and they always do it with a smile. We have several dealerships closer to where we live, but we'll always bypass them all to go to Quinn Motors where we know we'll be taken care of (and we'll always get a great deal too :)). Everyone at Quinn Motors was absolutely wonderful! After a tough situation at another dealer they were a breath of fresh air. I've never had a car buying experience that was so smooth and painless. It all started back in 1977 with the purchase of a 1977 Buick Regal. I fell in love with it and ever since then, we ve always tried to drive a Buick. This January, I walked into Quinn Motors and was a little anxious because I had never purchased a vehicle on my own. I didn t need to worry Meghan Quinn Kummer was one of the most patient people I ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I had so many questions and she even took the time to show me the differences between a few of the cars. As soon as I sat in the 2024 Encore GX Avenir, I knew I had to take it home.Meghan was so attentive and caring about everything. She worked on the numbers to find me the best deal possible, and she made every step of the way clear and easy to understand. The paperwork was flawless, and I was very impressed with everyone I encountered at the dealership. It truly gave me that hometown feeling working with them! I'm a loyal customer of Quinn Motors for 8 years. They always take good care of my car and give me honest advice. When Gayl, the service manager, advised me to get a new vehicle instead of repairing my old one, I trusted his opinion. I looked around at other dealerships, but I came back to Quinn's because Meghan helped me find the car I wanted at a reasonable price. She was friendly and professional. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to help me. Charlie, Dylan, Trevor, and Jamie were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Sarah showed me how to use the new features of my car. I also want to thank the mechanics who have worked on my car over the years. They are skilled and reliable. Once, I had a concern about my tire before a long trip. I stopped by Quinn's and they checked it for me right away. They reassured me that it was fine. I really appreciate their service and attention. I'm very happy with my new car and I will continue to be a customer of Quinn's. They offer small town service with a family feel.

After my 82-year-old mother experienced a tragic event, she was in of need a safe and reliable car. Sarah and Megan showed true genuine sensitivity and care and treated my mom like a QUEEN and like family. Which is what she needed and deserved, on top of finding the perfect reliable car for her. The Quinn Motors team knows how to treat customers. Meghan greeted us at the door and welcomed us to the dealership. I could tell within the first minute that this was going to be a different experience than other dealerships. Sarah was our salesperson throughout the buying process. In for a regular service on my Colorado. Right from when you walk in door with a Good Morning to Service Department knowing you by name and the Thank you from multiple staff when leaving. Meghan & Charlie and the whole Quinn Motors team make you feel like one of the family.
