Tim and Annie were super helpful, kind, and quick! We were traveling from out of state and had a broken tail light. When we called them Annie said they had a last minute cancellation and to come on through! Tim fixed us up fast and it was so affordable! I love supporting small businesses like these! Service was 10/10!

Tim's has been very good each time we have gone to him. We've never had a problem with the workmanship and jobs have been finished when they said it would be and for the price quoted (if not actually a little less) We are glad to have tried him.

Beware!! Tim sold me a car he said was sound. I took it to the repair shop and found out the frame was rusted through right by the tire arm. Repair shop said it was too dangerous to drive because the wheel could easily turn perpendicular to the road. I called Tim assuming he was unaware of the issue. He just said, "It's your problem now!" I said, "Don't you stand by your vehicles? I bought this less than three days ago." He said, "That rule doesn't apply to private sales." He must consider his shop a private sale. So buyer, be wary. Should you have an issue, Tim will not stand behind his word and therefore, probably not behind his workmanship either!

Tim is a great honest guy and treats your vehicles like his own. Went over and above by giving me a ride home after dropping off my car and picking ne up when done. Approx 1 mile. Competitive rates, won't upsell or fix things that can wait unless you agree

first timer, Tim does not know me but had me come over after lunch to look at my brakes. pads and a caliper while i waited. others quoted more parts and several times his price and a spot on the calendar. sure was nice and refreshing to be treated fairly. THANKS TIMService: BrakesService: Brakes

Tim just rocks! So difficult to find a trusted mechanic, and Tim's Repair is not out to repair things just for the money. They really care and are willing to do whats best for you, the customer. I am so thankful for this repair shop. Just had a clutch done, and he went the extra mile to complete it.

Tim really knows his stuff. He found and repaired a problem no one else could find...and at a very reasonable price! If you are looking for a reputable and honest company ....you need go no further than Tim's South Side Auto. Simply excellent!

I gave Tim a try after the previous owner sold. I said I needed front & rear brakes plus brake lines. He told called me and said that wasn't needed. Only a coupling and front brakes. Later my driveshaft cracked and he got it fixed before the weekend and worked with me supplying informaction to the insurance company to have a settlement in my favor.I have sent 3 people there without one bad experience.

Helpful staff with providing a ride (local) and diagnosing underlying causes for persistent problems. Honest and reasonably priced. I trust these people and would recommend them to anyone.

Avoid this place at all cost. I had a timing belt put on here and when I picked the car up, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I dropped it off with no check engine light on and when I picked it up, the check engine light started flashing within 5 miles of driving it. I was told to drive the car like it is manual because the car bogs down when coming to a stop. I did not have to drive this car like this before I dropped it off. The code that came back from the check engine light, was a few cylinder misfires, so if this was not done intentionally when they replaced the timing belt, than it shows that this place does not check over there work and make sure they did the job correctly. Also they gave me the car back with a dead battery basically and you would think if spending $774.47 on a timing belt, the least a company could do would be to charge a battery. Really unprofessional place and a place I would avoid at all cost.

My daughter left for Minneapolis on a Sunday night when she encountered car troubles. Because we were taking our son to UW-RF registration Monday night, we gave her our vehicle. Tim got her vehicle in, diagnosed and repaired the vehicle so we could make the car swap on Monday and keep our schedule. YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER TIM!
