I tried to use this service. I know we are at a truck stop , but you need to at least help cars that come your way. My husband and I had a flat tire and we were one mile away from this location. We rode the shoulder thinking that they could at least help us change it because it was -10 outside. After waiting for someone to finally help us they said we only work n trucks. My husband asked we only need a change you can not help? Nope we only work in trucks. Needless to say we changed it right outside their shop while they watched. Will not stop again at a Loves if this is how they treat their guest.

I'm a little less than impressed with the service I received last night. Everyone was freindly, no problems with the workmanship. My issue was, I walked in the door at about 10 after 10pm with a wheel/tire issue. No trucks in the bays being worked on, two or three roadside service trucks sitting out front, nothing going on at all. One guy working on a computer says they're doing "paperwork" and "it'll be about an hour." Meanwhile there are a couple other employees eating hot dogs and stuff, doing nothing basically. Anyway, I go back out to my truck to call in for approval. Fast forward about 25 minutes to about 10:35 pm, P.O.# has been issued, everything is approved. An employee now walks out to my truck and says "it'll be about an hour until we're ready for you." I'm thinking, it's been like 30 minutes since the last time you said that. Keep in mind nothing was going on in the shop and there still isn't. At about 11:30pm, I get a call that they're ready for me. Everyone who was in there at 10:10pm is gone and a different guy is working now. I'm thinking, the first guys shift was nearly over and they pawned it off to the next guy. Like I said, not impressed. Walk in the door at 10:10 with nothing going on, walk out at almost 12:30am. 2 hours and 20 minutes to change one wheel in an empty shop. I've gotten roadside service faster. The labor itself took about 12 minutes once the guy was done putting his music on, getting his coffee and wandering around looking for his gloves and stuff. I'm pretty sure that guy just got to work, so I can understand a little delay. I just don't understand why the other shift couldn't just bang out the 20 minute job before they left.

Took that picture of dandelion outside. Just got PM and our onan generator in here. They did a great job. Good customer as well. Keep it up.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had 4 tires replaced on my back axle tandem, and truck drives much better.

Will never come back here again. Wanted a oil change was told about 2 hour wait. Went to see how it was going 4 hours later and was told that I should be in within the next 2 hours. After waiting 7.5 hours I couldn't wait no more. I only saw 2 trucks get serviced in the oil change bay the whole time and 3 in the tire bay. Talk about lazy people and lies. We as drivers have a job to do in a timely manner.THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN FOR SERVICE IN 25 YEARS OF MY DRIVING CAREER

Dealt with 3 crews, 1st crew hood and informative, let me know unable to help for at least 4 hrs. 2nd crew total fail, didnt do anything, didnt even try. 3rd crew completed repair in less than 1hr.

I called an hour before arrival asking for an oil change and grease service. After 3 hours of waiting I was finally pulled into the bay. I requested an oil change and grease to the truck and trailer. I inspected a few spots not the entire grease fitting locations. When I left I ran down the road to the rest area and did a closer look. I am not satisfied one bit. You can see where grease was not taken especially in the drive line and brake fittings. I will be calling 1st thing in the morning discussing my unpleasant experience....Service: Oil change

The worst service i met ever, after 4 hours waiting, as it was told they will tell you that they are not going to make it, because they will be closed in a couple of minutesThe shop was empty all this periodNo any call, no any update, no one s care that you have a schedule and you can not just waist the time and finally not getting the serviceThere is anyone responsible for this unacceptable attitude ?When i just came in the office after 4 hours waiting to get any updates, and they will see that you are frustrated and they will idle wish you a great nightService: Oil change

Today September 11th 22 I stopped into Love's truck stop in Elkhorn,Wi #752 to get sum worked done on my companies trailer and the staff was awesome,quick,fast and courteous and definitely worth stopping at this location if ever needing any work done. Thank you to all who was working during my visit

I have had the worst experience, how badly they treated me, I do not recommend it to anyone, especially the lady who does the paperwork.He tenido la mas mala experiencia lo mal que me trataron no se lo recomiendo a nadie sobre todo la se�ora que hace los papeles
