Chris is awesome! I know he will always be honest with me on price and does AMAZING work.Unlike some of his larger competitors, I know he can be trusted to always be honest with on what my vehicle needs.Won't go anywhere else.Kudos Chris and staff!!!!

Was looking for a new mechanic and Precision was recommended by some friends. I was very happy with the service. Just an oil change and tire rotation but they checked things over and didn't try to upsell anything. I'll go back.

I have an older 92 Corvette and there's only one place in our area that I trust to take care of her. Being new to the area I checked all the social media sites for a good mechanic. I was referred to Precision from a woman at my chiropractor office, she assured me this was the place to go, as Chris the owner, was one of the most honest mechanics out there. I was amazed to find only good reviews online and made an appointment to have my brakes checked. I met Chris when I brought my car in and sure enough, the nicest man I've ever met. He inspected my brakes within minutes and told me they were in great shape and not to worry. I asked what I owed him, as all the other shops in the area quoted me $20-$45. He told me, no charge, with a smile. I will definitely be going back!

Again if I can give 100 stars I will. A place to trust for ever. Repair was Less than what I was quoted that even included an oil change which I called in at last minute for the oil change. Double checked everything at the end this is now my go to. Thank you guys so much forgetting my daughters vehicle back on the road.

Chris and Colleen were excellent to deal with! They gave me great advice, price, and service on 4 brand new tires (much better than you're typically dealership). You walk into a pleasant area and are greeted with a smile. I love the classic photo behind the counter reminding me of going there as a child with my dad when it was a Chrysler Dealership. Colleen and Chris are friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the quality service. I also trust them. They back their work and don't do unneeded repairs. I am by no means an auto expert. We took my car in because I thought the brakes may need work. After they went through it they told us the brakes are fine and 'no charge'.

Two years ago, I had to have my car towed to Precision Auto for a transmission. My car is a 2007 Honda and I didn t want to spend a fortune on a new one, so they installed a used one which came with a warranty. It was my first time going there and both Colleen and Chris were awesome! I needed to take it back for a minor adjustment, which they took care of right away and it s been great since. Early summer, they added Freon for air conditioning. Chris mentioned that the compressor may need replacing at some point in the future. When my a/c went out, he looked at it and said sooner rather than later! Even though my husband did the work, they were polite to me and when we had them add Freon today, they were welcoming and just so nice! Colleen is excellent at her job, as is Chris and the crew. I've had my car in a few times, and each time was better than the last! I had all four tires replaced about a year ago now, hands down the best deal that I could find anywhere! Chris really worked with me to say in my budget and make sure that I had a good quality tire! They were able to get me in for an alignment right away as well. I love having the option of just dropping off my car and picking it up later in the day so I don't have to miss too much of work. I will always be one of their customers! Also, who doesn't like going into a shop and it actually smelling AMAZING thanks to Colleens Scentsy warmer!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I was looking for a reliable and honest local auto repair shop. I thought that I would try these guys. I was not disappointed. Colleen and John were friendly, professional and trying to be as helpful as possible. They repaired what was wrong timely and were reasonably priced. They also were able to identify and repair a problem with the car that no other repair shop could find. Their honesty and trustworthiness is something that is rare today and quite refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and will continue business with them.

Not only fast service but amazing service! Colleen and John were very informative and kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle. When it was found that crazy noise coming from my vehicle was a very simple fix, I was not charged except for my oil change. Very honest people and super friendly staff! Thanks again guys! You have a forever customer!

Very friendly and polite. I usually work on my own vehicles, but have taken both vehicles into precision since they opened. They keep in touch and don't do work without approval for cost. I had an ABS light on and they could have charged for anything, fixed it for next to nothing. Certainly earned my respect and future business.

Great people! Great work! Great prices! I brought my car from Orlando for Precision Auto to work on my vehicle. I gave them a due date by when I needed it done by (and it needed alot of work) and they had it ready for me a day early! Staff is amazing and very informative. I got a call everytime something changed and was explained exactly what had to be done to my vehicle and why! Precision Auto has deffentaly found another life long customer! I recomend this shop for any automotive need!!!

Chris and Coleen were so personable! I bought 4 new tires for my SUV and steered me in the right direction. I went for the higher priced tires and they told me the cheaper set was a better quality of tire. # PA&Thasyourback

They spent so much time simply trying to diagnose my problem. Once they did find the problem I was shocked as how inexpensive my final bill turned out to be. In addition everyone is extremely pleasant

Very friendly staff. They go the extra mile to acomodate my busy schedule. They use quality parts. Their service technicians are very educated and take the time explain to me what I need worked on. I have been a cutomer of their family businesses for over 20+ years.
