We bought a new trailer this week from this dealership. We worked with Buck and he was very knowledgeable about trailers. He didn't call us every day to ask if we were ready to purchase. He knew we were looking at a different dealership and a different brand of trailer they didn't have. I had lots of different questions and he answered them all. When it was time to purchase the unit they gave us a great price and a fair offer for our old trailer. Our walkthrough in the new unit was done by Keenan. He took plenty of time with us, answered all our questions and fixed the one thing we found wrong. He was very knowledgeable about trailers and very friendly. All the people we dealt with at this dealership were kind and not pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Man these guys knocked it out of the park! Gave me a deal I couldn t turn down, detailed and had the toy hauler looking pretty and gave me a top to bottom walk thru so I know exactly how everything works. Carl, sales, and Eric, finance, were courteous and professional every step of the way and I can t say enough good things about my experience. I will be buying every RV from these guys moving forward. If you want a 5 RV with 5 service, go to Kunes in Elkhorn.

Kunes RV of Elkhorn is 100 times better facility than it has been in the past. We just bought a 2024 Alliance Valor 40v13 and our salesman Buck Osmond is the man that everyone needs to go see if you are in the market for an RV. Buck was up front and very honest did not lie to us one bit, this man has the up most integrity you will find in a man.Asl far as the other parts, yesterday we had a gentleman by the name of Keegan (service personel) give us our tour of our new unit and this man was so precise and detailed he let me know stuff I didn't know about the unit.Then we have finance we had Eric which is top of the line man as well went through our contract with precision so we understood everything that we was getting into.All in all in my opion Kunes of Elkhorn has done a 360 degree flip. I thank each and every man and woman that works for Kunes of Elkhorn.

From our first visit to look at camping trailer models and amenities to taking our new Delta 262RB for its first trip Kunes has there for us. TOTAL customer support that couldn t be better. I would recommend Kunes to anyone searching for a RV. Kunes will be there for you from the beginning throughout your great experience of RV ownership.

RENTAL REVIEW: I reached out to Eileen months before our trip was scheduled and had a great email and phone exchange and finally booking. She really did a great job helping me select the right RV for our trip. Five months later when it came time to rent she followed up by phone to confirm everything was in place. The day of pick up we had a great orientation and felt completely confident leaving with a 32 foot RV and heading out west. I selected Kunes because unlike RV share or some other rental app I was able to purchase liability and collision insurance and had roadside assistance coverage therefore I had zero worries. The machine we rented was fantastic, if you are a family of four request the forest river 3010. I had more space than I needed for everything you can imagine with two kids to feed and entertain for an 11 day trip and 3200 miles. The RV itself operated flawlessly and when I had a question about something as simple as filling up the fresh water I called Eileen and she helped me out over the phone. Our first RV trip was fantastic thanks to Kunes. We ll be back.

We traded in our older camper for a newer one. Our experience was so amazing!!! Tom and Eric knocked it out of the park and made the deal happen even with the few hiccups that happened!!! Thank you for such a great experience!!!

We had a great experience with Buck Osman and Devon Headrick at Kunes RV. They both went out of their way to get us what we wanted. We didn t make it easy either because of lots of restrictions at our camp site!! They both were phenomenal! We highly recommend both of them!! If you re in the market give them a call.

Worst RV repair shop. Just left with our RV that Kunes has had for almost 2 months and no repairs done. Lied too twice. Also couldn t find our RV in the system twice. Supposed to be leaving for bike week next week and no camper due to the lack of a competence shop manager. In addition, to telling us the camper was in the bay while it was really outside Shannon (manager) also said a technician was assigned. How could that be if it s still sitting in the same spot outside as 2 months ago. Horrible customer service. Will never come back. Also if you re expecting them to return your call don t hold your breath. Clearly Shannon also doesn t know how to use a phone. Don t waste your time if you want a competent company to do your work. Go to Burlington RV. Hope Shannon s manager sees this as we re one disappointed customer. Good luck

Total disappointment... we went to look at a used 5th wheel. It was listed as a great deal, and we knew there would some wear and tear, and repairs... due to listing price we asked multiple times the scope of work needed as we were driving 2 hours one way to see it. The extent of the damage and repair was far beyond what was stated (stated was a little TLC and an 8/10). The majority of the issues with this unit wasn't even known to the salesman until "after we talked to him" which during the timeframe of putting a down payment and seeing it (4 days) no one bothered to update us on any "findings". In addition we had to point out multiple serious issues they were unaware of (including water damage and a unusable ladder- we are positive there was no inspection of repair needed from the roof standpoint). We had put a payment on the rv to hold it 5 days before, and during that time they didn't even bother to vacuum up all the mouse s*** that was in the kitchen cupboards and drawers, nor clean any part of the unit.

Called and spoke with Jack in sales. Very standoffish and when asked if warranty work was completed on an Ember trailer, he said they won t do it until it s paid for by a customer.So essentially, they want to sell a unit first, THEN have a customer go through a warranty claim and hassle of giving up their trailer for an undisclosed amount of time.Instead of fixing a known issue BEFORE selling it, they want to trouble a customer with the problem.That is not good business and quite disrespectful. Ember PAYS the dealer for the warranty work so just do it while you ve been sitting on the unit for two years!Terrible to treat customers this way and his statement this unit isn t for you then is rude.Surprised with this mentality they can keep their doors open. Major disappointment.

We have had the best experience buying with Kunes RV.We purchased a 2016 keystone outback and Trevor was our salesman. (We had chats with other salesman also while waiting and they were all equally welcoming)Trevor showed us several options but we knew what we wanted; any questions we had were answered.Where Kunes really shines is their service department. Chris went thru our trailer with a fine tooth comb and when they found an issue we did not know about they fixed the problem within the time frame we had discussed for pickup.When we met Chris in person he discussed every inch of the trailer with us and explained in detail what was done and how they did it. (Be leery of reviews that say they were sold destroyed campers. There is no way this can be true as they walk you thru the camper BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING)Chris then showed us how everything works on our trailer and gave us recommendations for a watchdog/surge protector to protect our investment. (Greatly appreciated)Chris is one of the nicest, hardest working guys you will meet!The young woman in the parts department was also fabulous (im sorry I forgot her name)She made sure we had everything we needed.The cleaning/hookup crew did a fabulous job getting our trailer spotless and new smelling and went above and beyond to hook her up to our truck nice and level!!Even finance was a joy! Lol got us the best rate with less down.If any any of those bad reviews scare you..ignore them they are bull. Rest assured Kunes is the way to go for your new or used camper.

Kunes RV was great to work with. I called on a Monday morning being 7 hours away out of state, and picked up my unit on that Friday. The team led by my salesman Everard Osman were easy to work with, upfront, and straight forward with the hole process.

We purchased a 2020 Coachmen Freedom Express 259 FKDS in April. Mike our salesperson was very informative and helped us in the decision making process with suggestions and options we would of not considered. It's nice to know that at any time we have a question he quickly returns our inquiry with the answer we were seeking. He helped negotiate the best deal with us. After camping with our rig throughout the summer other Kunes Country buyers were continuously crossing our paths with similar compliments. Lies, lies, and more lies! Abysmal service - worst service I've ever experienced! Purchased a used 2021 camper last summer (2023) from Kunes in Elkhorn and noticed some small leakage which seemed to be coming from the outdoor kitchen (which we never used) only a couple of months later. Dropped off the camper in early November and was promised that they would store it indoors and that they would look at it within two weeks. Called them after Thanksgiving and was told that they needed two more weeks. I asked again if it was stored indoors to prevent any further leaking and they told me it was in Building D. Called again before Xmas and was again told they needed two more weeks and again I was promised it was still stored indoors "In Building D". I drove out to Kunes on Friday, March 15th because I was was getting concerned that something bigger was going on and was told that they have been through a lot of turnover and "were working to get their reviews better" because they knew that their service was bad. I told them that I wanted to see my camper but was told that it was "in building D which was on the other side of town and nobody was over there". They promised me that they would pull it in on Monday morning and I would "for sure" get a call by Monday afternoon. Reluctantly I trusted them. I was told by everyone I spoke to again that there was a lot of turnover and they knew they had a lot of bad reviews and were trying to fix things. On Saturday March 30th I drove down there again and was insisting on seeing my camper. That's when I was told that they don't have inside storage and "Building D" was a secondary maintenance building about 2 miles away (not on the other side of town). I spoke with Clay (the General Manager) who was absolutely useless. He blamed everyone he possibly could and ran around trying to figure out who could "take care of me". He refused to acknowledge or apologize for the multiple people that lied and misguided me over a four month period. I would NEVER buy anything from Kunes and for sure would never ask them to service anything or you may never get it back!

Looking for our first Travel Trailer and weeks of research As well as having a bad experience with another dealer , We found the exact trailer we wanted 9 hours away at Kunes in Elkhorn. Danny Robisky called us back and got to work immediately. He told us every single detail with our used trailer and even some minor flaws. He got us financed with a exceptionally great deal and out the door in record time. We had the Best Experience possible with Kunes of Elkhorn and we cant Recommend them enough! Sincerely thank you gain for helping us succeed on our new journey!

Do Not purchase or trust this dealer! Our toy hauler went in mid September 2023, 1 month before a planned trip. We were promised to have it prior to our Oct 14th trip. We'll that didn't happen! Missed our last trip, they continued to argue with us over a jack issue and were completely uneducated as to how they worked we had to provide the manufacturer info to them. As it was getting colder they said they would winterize it although it got cold and the kitchen sink froze by the time they got to it. It is now February 2024 we have not heard anything about our camper since October 2023. Extremely concerned regarding the business practices, management turnover and complete lack of knowledge we gotten from Kunes, STAY AWAY!

If you need service, go elsewhere.We contacted Kunes RV to schedule an appointment for a slide repair for our Class C RV. We waited one month before we could bring it in. We dropped it off on November 17, 2023. After a month we had not heard from them. We contacted the Service Department and they explained they ve been very busy and had several personnel issues so they haven t looked at it yet. Kunes said they would get back to us in a week. No response. After another month, we contacted Kunes again to find out the status. They again said they were very busy and had a lot of staff turnover and haven t been able to look at it. Again, they stated they would look at it within the next week and contact us. Again, no phone call. The middle of January we reached out again and they said they still haven t looked at it. The end of the story is that on February 17, 2024, THREE MONTHS after bringing it in, they never even looked at it. They never ONCE contacted us to let us know the status. Just apologies and excuses. Sorry Kunes, that s no way to do business.

Our Thanks to Shannon in the service department. Although our rig was on their lot for a week waiting for a recall repair, Shannon got our 5th wheel in for the repair and within a day and a half it was ready for pick-up. We are pleased with the correct ( A do over from another dealership) repair that was done and for his prompt response. We understand this is the time for rigs getting winterized so the shop is busy.Thanks again.

Our sales team member Austin greeted us at the front door. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs in the purchase that would fit what we were looking for. He took us out on the lot to several campers in very chilly conditions. After looking at all the options he showed us we explained that we are just looking and will be going to different dealerships to look at other options. After weeks of dealing with other dealerships they listened to what we wanted but never delivered what we really were looking for. Austin kept in contact with us but NEVER over pushed himself on us which in our opinion was a selling point. We came to take another look at the rv that checked all the boxes on Jan 29 2022 and once again was pleased with the overwhelming professionalism of the dealership and Austin, we decided to purchase that same day. On 31 Jan. 2022 we did a walk through of our new RV too see what if anything need to be addressed or fixed. Brandon a service tech did an excellent job in explaining everything on the outside and inside of the operations of the RV. Brandon took notes on what we found that needed to be fixed or replaced and told us he would make sure everything was good to go when we pick it up. We dealt with Shawn in finance and that went very smoothly as you know buying things can be very complicated but Shawn made it smooth sailing. We also spoke with the parts manager Jacque and received a tour through the store and addressed any needs we may have. If you are looking to purchase a new or used RV, KUNES is the place to purchase. I highly recommend this place to anyone, they cover all your needs!Thanks to everyone at KUNES RVThe Marsh's

We shopped several RV dealers with varying degrees of service. Kunes in Elkhorn rose above the others. From our first visit to delivery of our new RV. Austin, our sales rep, was informative, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping us find the right fit for what we intended to use it for. The financial end was a breeze and delivery day was a snap. The very thorough training on the unit and handling hook up and towing from Shawn & Jimmy was friendly and extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for more from the tech guys. The local GM, Scott and Sales manager, Chris with the business manager, Sean delivered on everything our sales rep promised. These guys are pros and really understand what a first-time RV buyer needs and expects. Highest recommendation from my wife and I. Customer Service has become a rare luxury lately, but is alive and well at Kunes RV in Elkhorn.

Great experience with Kunes RV! We worked with Nick (sales) & Shawn (finance) and really appreciated their approach. They allowed us to take our time, ask questions, and go at whatever speed we were comfortable with. As a new RV owner I was really nervous about potentially being taken advantage of. We visited several dealers and came to the conclusion that the individuals we worked with at Kunes were extremely transparent. Other dealerships may have had better offers that we later found out were exaggerated versions of the truth, and that would have come to light during the financing aspect of the sale. My only area for improvement would be the walk through. I think it is imperative to have a comprehensive walk through, especially for new RV owners. The guys we had was very nice, but couldn t answer all of our questions. All in all, great experience. We did get the extended warranty. Obviously, have yet to use it or the service dept, but will update the review if necessary. Again, huge shout out to Nick. 10/10 would recommend working with him.

Just upgraded to a Allance Paradigm could not have been happier with Kunes (pronounced koon-ezz). Robert greeted us, answered a million questions. Chris, so thoughtful was our sales rep. Scott brokered the sale and showed Hubby his personal hitch. We are still waiting for our F350 to be delivered, Kunes offered to deliver , but will be storing it for us so they can show hubby how to 5th wheel. Every person there camps, and tows. We feel like we were treated like family members. I will update with photos.

Service was a little shaky at first, but once Shannon got brought on to the team it was smooth as butter! I needed repairs after a partial lost load from a semi and this guy went out of his way to work with the trucking company and the manufacturer of the load. A+ service, will be returning!

Austin, Shawn and Brandon were amazing to deal with. Smoothest transaction I have ever had on anything titled. Austin and Shawn were able to get our deal done in less than 48 hours, and Brandon got the camper ready to roll in record time. We first contacted them late Wednesday, agreed to a deal Thursday, made the 9 hr drives Friday night/Saturday morning and were heading back home before lunch time Saturday with our camper. Austin was extremely helpful with getting us pictures and information, even did a FaceTime with my wife so she could see everything we wanted to see, and more. These guys went well above and beyond to accommodate us and our made us feel like family. Don t let me forget the faceless ones behind the scenes as well. It was a real treat to buy a used camper and have it fully detailed before we took it home. I don t have names, but the crew who handled the cleaning both inside and out did an amazing job. We shows the camper to our kids tonight and they thought we bought a brand new camper. The level of clean was amazing.

My sister's vehicle had broke down at a KwikTrip, I didn't have all the tools I needed with me, I saw a kunes vehicle park it appeared as though the gentleman was taking a quick lunch. I went up to his door to see if I could borrow a tool from him while he ate. Instead of loaning me a tool, he came over and assisted us. On his own time! he would not accept any money, he helped us to get my sister's vehicle running. William Launer, is an outstanding employee and deserves this recognition.

Our recent experience with Kunes RV deserves two thumbs up! Our service representative Jeremy was courteous and pleasant both on the phone and when we dropped off our unit. Our 2007 motor home had a small laundry list of service needs. The entire time our unit was in the shop Jeremy was very good about keeping in touch and up to date with repair status updates and suggested resolutions. When we picked up our unit, we brought our two dogs along who enjoyed meeting Jeremy and other service staff members! At first glance all repairs look good. Thank You!
