Don t take your vehicle here this guys work very sloppy here are the pictures to prove it I just had my truck repaired at this place but it s nowhere near the standard a shop like this should have

Alright.. I had some time to process this and think how to better put this words/warning.We brought our car (fairly a newer model) and what we got was the spray job (as expected) but with it came the clown show of how everything was put back together.Dirty liners, other parts that were put together just because they thought they were but nothing lined up. As it wasn't enough (this is were it gets better) we are told that the air bag system in our BMW is faulty and there is corrosion involved in one of the parts by the seat; and made it out problem. Really!The car had nothing of such. What it was and found out from the BMW dealership was that it a pinched wire causing the issue. On the left side of the liner where they had put back (I already mentioned dirty) The implications of it is that it had to be in our claim (so was the windshield they broke) and they were off the hook for the damage.The moral is simple, if your insurance insist to use this guys, find the courage I didn't have and bring it to a dealer or at least someone who has the minimum amount of honesty left.And shame on you and your "corrosion" lies and use gloves like normal techs do. Latex, cheap but they do the job. Next time find better lies to fool a customer!Sincerely.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

Great service and a great experience!Called to inquire about their costs I had never been in an accident before nor had I ever filed an insurance claim. They gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They were so helpful that I immediately decided to use them. The work was quality work in a very short time period.My car looks great, can't even tell I was in a fender bender.I am very happy I choose this shop, they do great work!They even take care of contacting the rental car agency to tell them to come get the rental car so I can leave the rental car at their shop. Very convenient!!

Avoid this place. Owner Vince is very rude. Went there for an estimate he said he was too busy working with insurance adjusters and could I come back in a week. He said he would get me in right away then. Went back this morning stood there for 10 minutes while he was eating is potato chips then he finally asked if he could help me. I told him was back for a estimate and now he said I needed an appointment and I would have to come back again. I walked out and went to a shop in Delavan.

Owner had an attitude problem, brought our car here after a fender bender. Airbag light was on and off and had headlight, bumper and fender damage. They didn't fix the crooked panel gap. Was told "There's always a gap"- obviously, but not an extremely uneven one. Brought the car back to fix,and they fixed it but said it wasn't part of the estimate. Few days later the airbag light came on that we asked to be checked out. When we asked about it the owner said it wasn't on when he was in the car and if it was on it would stay on. Owner got very defensive and snapped. Started yelling at me and belittling me.

Would give it a negative 100. Billy had an attitude problem. Couldn't tow my trailer. Charged me for doing nothing. lied to me and said the axel was broken. Will not deal with this company again very shady work for a tow company. Today is Monday and I called the owner and discussed the issues and he told me normally I would issue a refund but since u left reviews on here and Facebook I will not issue a refund. Looks like a scam here. by refunding certain people to not post there experence.

I had the damage to my vehicle estimated. Dropped it off the next day for repairs and was able to pick it up the following morning. Staff is very friendly and so helpful. I definitely love this place!

Very pleased with the job they did fixing my car and with the way they treated me as a customer. Not only did they do an awesome job fixing my car they also vacuumed the inside and wash and wax the outside. Looks brand new again :)

Spent nearly $35,000 fixing numerous cars. The first time went well, but the second time this body shop used used parts on my car! Plus they did not do all the fixes they charged me for. 5 years later, all the doors they replaced/fixed rusting out. I went back and they refused to back up their work (lifetime warranty my ass) blaming the rust is at fault. So the life time warranty is a shame. The new manager they hired, said their work is not the issue and they are much better than Abra. Funny thing, when they refused to fix their warranty work I took it to my local Abra body shop and they showed me that Elkhorn Collision did not do any rust proofing inside the door skins they replaced. No wonder it rusted out. Save your money and go to Abra. Please note, Elkorn Collision's waiting room is empty. Please note Abra's waiting room is full, and at times there are weeks waiting to get in for service! Abra is nation wide and growing. Abra is that good. I have used at least 5 local body shops, and Elkhorn Collision is the worst. I am so mad and out so much money that I came on this review board after years of re-fixing Elkhorn Collision's crappy work that I had to say something to help unknowing customers. Stay away from Elkhorn Collision...also be careful they make change their name to fool customers. Do not do any business at 245 Oconnor Dr, Elkhorn, WI 53121For the folks that rated this shop 5 stars, wait a few years and your car will rust out. Also, Elkhorn Collision manager said; "Your car is old and old cars do rust out." I said rust out on only the two doors you did work on?! This moron manager must think I only drive half the car, the half that is rusting out!!!!! The other side of car with OEM doors are all original paint and not rusted out at all. Hmmmm.

Do not have your car towed by them, I was involved in an accident in Elkhorn with a deer hit! I wanted to pick up the car from them and to my surprise I had an over 300.00 $ bill, just to tow my car from elkhorn to elkorn!!!! You're only safe if you have full coverage insurance that covers towing or you'll be a victim of highway robbery.
