After looking and waiting for a bronco for the last couple of years I finally found one that was worth the wait. John was great to work with and so was Derek. John did an awesome job setting up the ford app and explaining the app and car to me. Thank you John for ordering my running boards and getting them on so fast ( less than a week after I purchased the car). Also thanks for the pizza place recommendation in Lake Geneva it was amazing! Derek was a pleasure to work with, he explained all the numbers to me was not pushy at all, listened to what I needed/wanted. The whole trading in a car a buying a new car experience was smooth. Joe in services was wonderful as well, putting on my new running boards and license plate front bracket. Joe called by 11:30 and let me know the car was all set. Thank you to the entire team for a nice easy car buying experience. I will be letting all my friends and family know about the service I received.

A travelers worst nightmare! Our car breaking down while out of town, 340 miles from home. We had our vehicle towed from the highway to the nearest Ford Dealership, Elkhorn Motors in Elkhorn Wisconsin. And what a fortunate happenstance that was!!! The service manager, Joe Costas could not have been more helpful and sympathetic to our situation. As a result, he willingly communicated with our Ford Dealer (Sinclair Ford) here in St. Louis and together, were able to locate the parts needed to get us repaired much sooner than later! We were so impressed with Elkhorn Motors that I told them if we lived in Elkhorn, I would be purchasing our next vehicle from them. In my opinion, Elkhorn Motors went above and beyond with their service. They were honest, upfront with everything and kept us informed of the progress on repairs. Elkhorn Motors has our highest praise and highest recommended! Thank you Joe and staff!

I highly recommend this dealership! Austin in service is Awesome! The staff really cares about us! I've had an appt. for an oil change today. I wasn't feeling well at all. I've asked to reschedule. As we were rescheduling, Austin stops and says, ya know, we have a valet service pick up and delivery,we would like to help you and take care of this today, can we pick up your car and service it for you. I was already late for my appt. 20 minutes away, I've asked for an extra oil treatment service, as well.I replied, ok but I have to have it back in 2 hours. My water pipes are frozen I have to check into a hotel. He rearranged the schedule my, friends! My car was serviced and back in my driveway on time!! Just wow! Give Austin A raise! That man loves his job! He is the best at it!! I AM so, grateful for this superior customer service! I'm from Chicago, our dealerships could learnfrom the customer service they provide here. Very impressive! Thanks Austin! Ya've got a first time customer for life now! God Bless You! Thank You So much! Austin, ya took a very bad day and turned it into the highlight of my year so far!I AM so grateful for the way that you care about your customers, thanks for caring about me! I m very happy with the service I ve received at Elkhorn Motors (Ford Dealer), especially compared to a the previous Ford dealer where I purchased my truck. They have been upfront and honest about needed work and were able to fix the oil pan leak I had from day one (3 previous replacements from previous dealer who charged me $1200 twice). They worked extra hard to make sure my Ford Pass rewards could be accessed and usable after the previous dealer put the incorrect email on my account. They also have made a loaner available for extended work. I couldn t say enough good things about this business!

Scheduling my F150 for oil change and tire rotation was easy. I got the date and time needed. Received the always friendly welcome. They got me in a little early. After their detailed inspection I needed new rear brakes. They were able to do it without rescheduling. Great place to purchase and service your vehicle.

Very happy with the service department. I did not realize that my new Bronco came with Ford Pass. Service Manager asked about, found it for me and had more than enough point to pay for oil change. Good people

When I talked to the service adviser I told him to make sure the tech didn't scratch the paint on the wheels when he took the center hubs off. I am very disappointed they scratched the wheels, you can see the tool they used to remove the center hubs took paint off where they pried them. Please call me to discuss the action required to fix the wheels. Issue being reviewed by service department. I appreciate the support and want to upgrade to the 5 star rating as everything else performed was excellent service.

I needed an EGR valve and ABS sensor replaced on my 2012 Ford Escape. Joe Costa, the Service & Parts Director, was refreshingly honest, professional and friendly, and ordered the parts and scheduled the service quickly. I highly recommend Elkhorn Motors for sales and service!

The Service Guys here are awesome and so helpful. They were patient with me in helping me understand what I needed to know. I feel they went above and beyond to help me. Elkhorn motors got us in right away to repair my door. They handle broke, and the locking mechanism with inside the panel somehow snapped. They fixed it in a timely fashion, and kept me updated the whole way through the process. Thank you Elkhorn motors for getting us back on the road.We also purchased a vehicle and received out standing service from test drive through sale competition!!

We recently had a situation when there was no response from the AC, Heater, Defrost or fan operation. We were informed within a short time that it was the Blower Motor. It was replaced and operational like new with just a few hours. Highly recommend Elkhorn Motors.

John thanks for the great customer service. It's a win win for you staying open for CJ getting there to buy car. I'm going be honest I'm not a Ford guy but I love this new style of Mustang. I thank Ford for not giving up on the V8 so soon like Dodge. Ford will become the new muscle cars for 2024 for not giving up on the V8. You will have to hang with StangMode now. Congratulations on the new car it sounds like a BEAST! CJ on 32's Gang in beast mode!
