No appointment was needed for an emissions test and it was done in less than 5 minutes. The attendants were quick to ask if I needed help and did not try to sell any additional products. When I asked how much I could pay or tip they explained that they were compensated from the vehicle registration, so I had already paid. With quick service and honest workers this is a place I would go back to in a heart beat.

Went in for a tire leak, no appointment and not able to drop off. They were able to get me in and out in about an hour. Professional and courteous service. I m from out of town, but would come here again, and recommend anyone needing service in the area to check them out.

Theel Auto has kept my 2001 Honda running for years and I expect the same for several more. From body work to brakes to exhaust they have always done great work at a fair and reasonable price. Ever since Joe took over 4 years ago, I know I can trust them keeping my vehicle safe and on the road. My brother and elderly mother have used them as well and their patience and kindness with my mom will always be greatly appreciated. I went to Theel Auto for my admissions testing. I hate doing this kind of thing because depending on where you go it feels really awkward. It feels like you are in the way. I didn't feel like that all. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Showed me how to pull in and where to go to complete the testing. It only took about 4 minutes to complete the testing. Highly recommend

Highly recommend! First Class shop and Team, I am from out of town and my starter went out the night before I was supposed to leave.Joe picked it up with there tow truck and had it in the shop and fixed the next morning.A Big Kudos to Joe and the rest of the crew at Theel Auto!Thankyou for the great service!John Kaasa

So i bought a used car from a different dealership and its been having constant issues. Theel auto always is able to get me in within a week or less to fix my problems, their wait times are reasonable and they do their very best to help you out when your car is breaking down as fast as they possibly can and help with loaners for the day if needed.

We had a brake line leak on our class c camper, they got it in right away and fixed within two hours. Very pleased to know that they will work on our motor home. Was reasonable, friendly service.

I have had our vehicles in several times over the years we have had some good service and some very poor service, guess it depends what mechanics work on the vehicles. A simple oil change was performed only to find a stream of oil up my entire drive when returning five blocks from the shop. The technician said they had a failed o ring, performed another oil change but no compensation was giving for my time. Having done this task over a dozen times myself the o ring was not pushed on past the threads of the oilfilter housing before being tightend on. Just speculation. O rings are very durable. On another occasion I had a check engine light on and was hearing noises near the engine. The technician said we need a muffler because some debris was rattling around. The vehicles was only 5 years old. It was returned with a cleared check engine light. The noise was still present when i picked it up and still sounded like it was coming from the engine area. The engine light came on again and the vehicle was brought back in. We had a cracked fly wheel. After picking up the vehicle again the check engine light was still on. Being concerned I asked if it was cleared. The technician said he cleared the light. Now I was confused because they need time to register faults before coming on. I left the vehicle in there care to assess the problem, taking again more time. The technician said everything was good, cleared the light and we had no problems, but this took two weeks, using a rental car there or just being without a vehicle. Recently we took the vehicle in for a engine light indicating a evap valve needed to be replaced we decided to have the valve replaced and a decided to have the rear shocks done at this time as well. We got the vehicle back and it was making a sputtering sound as if the gas wasn't consistently flowing the check engine light again reappeared we took it back and was told there was a crack in the line it was replaced at no charge, after a couple of days my wife was driving the vehicle and she started losing brakes, fluid was all around the rear brake and the brake line was all tangled around. This was within a week of getting it back from the rear shock, (which is right next to the break line),and evap valve repair, in which time the vehicle was hardly driven. Theel auto stated that it wasn't caused by there mechanics and we had to pay the cost for repair. He did say he was upset his technician didn't notice the problem. We decided to never use theel auto again they have poor attention to detail and seem to cost us time and money with uneeded repair or substandard service, unfortunate because they are in our home town.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Ive purchased several vehicles from theel love them and their service! Purchased a car in the fall and didnt need to run the a/c until it warmed up several months later. After driving the vehicle for months i turned on the air and it didnt work. They replaced the condenser and filled it with coolant for free. The kicker they gave us a rental for the day so we could go about our day in town. If i could give them 12 stars i would and im somewhat hard to impress!!!!!

We have bought and repaired roughly 200 vehicles over the past several years. We found one on theel auto and thought we would give them a try. First, they didn't make it easy to purchase. They wouldn't let us send a regular check and required certified. Which was fine but then they received the "certified" check and we had a hauler to pick up the vehicle but they wouldn't let it go for 5 days until the "certified" check cleared. This delayed us getting the vehicle for 1.5 weeks. Next we buy all our vehicles over the phone and we ask many, many specific questions about damage. We want specific details. For example, we asked if the radiator support was damaged at all or need to be replaced. They said it was ok and wouldn't need replacing. One end of it was completely broke off. There were about 6 things they did not tell us about (several noticeable dents on the "good" quarter panel, a very noticeable scuffed rim, a damaged door molding with a key pad, and a couple of other things). They were not willing to help with anything. We even sent them pictures which they said to send but then would not help in any way and the sales guy wouldn't even come to the phone to discuss. With additional parts that we weren't aware of and several hours of extra labor we didn't know about this will cost us around $1200 total. (We would have been completely happy if they just covered the cost of the radiator support for $150 and would have dealt with the other costs and all the extra labor) We will never buy from them again. I will say again we always buy our vehicles sight unseen and ask very specific details. We wouldn't have minded if it was one or 2 very small things but it was about 6 things (very unexpected cost and labor).

Had my truck serviced here recently to have a 7-way plug installed. I had bought a plug but they went out and bought another one (without my consent) to install and charged an additional 70 dollars. Repair time was double what was originally told and they didn't even bother to put my spare tire back under my truck. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

Very friendly and very helpful. Went for emissions test & was able to be seen right away! They aren't taking appointments for emissions right now, just show up

Cost is unbelievable to chang 8 spark plugs cost over 400.00 wow not good I also had an appt. At 9.00 I didnt leave till12.18 soooooooo mad while I was waiting a man had his battery changed only took 10 minutes but his bill was almost 270.00 he was ready to fall over. Never again don't go there horrible

I drive to Thee auto they had a vechile for sale. I found out it was a salvage title and the frame had been damaged in a accident. He said they had fixed it. I said you want full price for a vechile with a salvage title? That was in a accident?? They did not disclose what had been all wrong with the vechile prior until arrival. It was a waste of time and effort when asking questions. I would not recommend the time or energy. If you want a vechile that s been in a accident. Thee auto is the place for you.
