We had an excellent experience with Eldorado. Of all the different dealerships we explored prior, this by far was top experience for us.First off, Abby and Tony were very accommodating to us in many respects. They made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. More specifically, during the test drive of the RV we wanted to purchase, Tony was educational and made sure we "tested" the rig out so that we were comfortable with size, drivability, and functioning through all different road types.Next, it was doing business with a hand shake and mutual understanding. In-house financing was the most competitive relative to other avenues I had explored.Lastly, delivery and follow through was great and I know that I feel comfortable asking them for help after the fact for anything that comes up as camping newbies.

Tony and Brent are excellent to work with, patient and willing to answer any and all questions. ETS came highly recommended to us from a few different sources due to their quality products and staff as well as standing behind what they sell. Very happy with the trailer as well as the service and will recommend them to others.

Excellent place. Great selection and a nice clean lot and shop. Top notch customer service while remaining cool as a cucumber while solving any issues that arose. Tony, in particular, exhibited excellent character and was highly knowledgeable and very accommodating. The store is well stocked and clean and tidy with lots of take home literature and nice displays. The stock of trailers are neatly parked in organized rows, which I appreciate, and it all leads to a feeling that they actually care. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I believe they have a very bright future.

I had a fantastic experience with these folks.We traded a renegade in on a newer haulmark.they valued our trade fairly,came to California and delivered our new rig and picked up our trade. We absolutely love our new rig and are enjoying it this summer for two months on the road!Highly recommended family operated straight shooters.

Needed tires for my trailer and they had what I needed for a good price. They have much more than trailers. They have lots of accessories for trailers and RV s. Great service and will be going to them with any trailer needs in the future.

I recently purchased a used toterhome from Eldorado. I worked with Abby and Tony, who were both very patient and helpful with my RV-newbie questions. I did have a few minor issues after purchase, but it was a used unit. Over 3 months later, I haven't seen another similar vehicle for sale that looked like a better deal than what I got.

Just purchased our first trailer at ETS, came recommended from our friend Kyle. This place is foever our "go to" for any trailer needs. Prices are good. Professional, knowledgeable staff. Tony and Brent were so easy to work with. Tony took care of all our paperwork prior to our arrival making purchasing a breeze. Brent helped us hook up and get on our way quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will return for trailer accessories, and maybe one day upgrade. Highly recommend!!

Very patient and helpful employees. I showed up an hour before they opened up on a Saturday morning and they still took time to help me get done what I needed to get done. It is definitely worth the trip to El Dorado if you have any kind of needs that they can satisfy. Everyone there has always been on point and know what they're talking about when they explain something.

I was in the market for a new enclosed 7x14 trailer for my construction business. After a ton of online research, a friend of mine told me about Eldorado trailer sales. I bought an aluminum Neo from them at a price that I considered very fair compared to other trailers that I saw online. Plus I got everything on the trailer that I wanted including: 4 ladder racks, an aluminum ladder mounted to the front of the trailer for getting to the top, power hookups, a window, and a fuel door. I am very content with my purchase!

I've been an RV owner for 5 years. Having learned the ropes, it was time to upgrade. My RV "mentor", who races cars, is a hot air balloon pilot, and has criss-crossed the country for 60 years in RVs told me to call El Dorado Trailer Sales, with the qualifier that, "They are like no one else in the RV business."That was three weeks ago, and having dealt with El Dorado through the purchasing process, his comment has surfaced in my mind many times.El Dorado has refined customer service to an art form. They wouldn't dream of taking advantage of a customer (even in these times when high demand has made RVs hard to find). El Dorado consistently bets on the long haul, and from my experience their website statement that the bill of sale represents the beginning of their relationship with their customers is entirely accurate.Their knowledge of the products they sell has been comprehensive. They knew the answer to every question I asked (and there were plenty). After the purchase it became apparent that through their decades of business they have built a network of suppliers and vendors who regard El Dorado's staff as family. I discovered this from comments the Volvo and other representatives volunteered about them during post-sale explorations.El Dorado has earned all my future business, and that of anyone I care about. The truth is I feel privileged to be their customer.Trying to put the experience into words, the purchase process exceeded my expectations 100-fold. While they were pleasant and helpful before the sale, after the sale is when they truly blossomed.In summary, purchasing from El Dorado was a very professional and secure experience. But more importantly, buying from El Dorado represents a portal to a network of steadfast support from their suppliers and manufacturers that is sincerely unimaginable to someone who has not experienced it.

Was the first place we looked for a new snowmobile trailer. Staff was very knowledgeable in the neo trailers, went to a different dealer to look at other brands. We went right back to Eldorado!!! Best staff and best bang for your buck!!

Called in looking for a new enclosed trailer, they said they had a few. Salesman was not happy when I asked some questions about the trailer and he couldn't answer them. So I asked him to retrieve the specs on it and very rudely says maybe, hold on. After he found specs, there was a question I asked which required him to go measure the trailer, and said he would call back. Never called back!! Terrible customer service, I took my business elsewhere
