Visiting our family in Edgerton from out of town, we suddenly had an engine problem yesterday (Sunday). When I started up the car, the engine was missing, valves tapping, and running very rough. I had no idea what was wrong, so called first thing today to ask if they could check it out, which they agreed to do despite being busy.They test drove the car, ran a computer check, and everything seemed fine, so they cleared us to continue our trip back home without having to pay the evaluation fee (which I had already agreed to). It was probably just a sticky valve.... but something I had never experienced before.Although they didn't have to do any actual repairs, I did rely on their expertise, and had a very pleasant customer experience.

Very rude and don t talk with respect look how they responded. Telling me what to do and to explain myself. Like putting 1 star and writing here isn t enough. Very clear that telling someone to explain themselves is very disrespectful and saying Identify yourself. With cap letters like I m supposed to listen to you again. Gezzzz Treat people with respect and kindness. Think before you speak or type.

Out of all the mechanics I ve used, they are hands down the best I ve ever had. This is our go to mechanic. Chad is very knowledgeable, professional, and never rips us off. We appreciate how honest they are here. They are always very busy, which says a lot for their service:)

I have been bringing all of my vehicles here for years. I've needed alignments and brake work, diagnostics, engine and transmission replacements, A/C, to name several. Even my Classic '67 Plymouth (my precious) has been to Drivelines. I have never left disappointed or questioning any of the repairs made. In fact, in my experiences, I've always been dealt with in a timely manner with having expectations exceeded on the price, repairs, and peace of mind.Thank you Chad and Susan! I appreciate all your help and service!

Chad has been an awesome mechanic for my wife and me for many years. We have had a Mazda, Toyota, and a Chevy, and Chad has fixed them all. He has always been honest with us, telling us when a repair is needed for our safety. He has also told us when a repair was only for a more comfortable or quieter ride.I also appreciate the fact that when Chad says a repair is needed, he will tell me how soon it is needed and how much it will cost. On one occasion, he underestimated the cost of the repair, but he honored his word and did not charge more. I respect that about Chad.Finally, there are the "little" things Chad and Susan have done for us over the years, like surprising us with our car washed and waxed or providing a ride to work while the car was being repaired. For all these reasons and more, I gladly give Drivelines five-star rating.

A very pleasant experience with owner/mechanic Chad and Susan. Found the shop by chance after several other area mechanics brushed us off on a Friday prior to a long weekend. Our overheating 1999 Jeep eventually needed an engine replacement which Chad handled superbly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I had a clutch replaced in my S10, I could not be happier with the experience, I was given an honest and fair quote and they stuck to it, calling if anything else was found, which of course for these types of issues usually are. I have had the truck back for about a week and a half and drove to Oklahoma, no problems at all. Very happy with the work and attitudes, nice people, will be sure and go there again if needed.

Called with a broken down truck and no way to get it to the shop, Chad walked to where my vehicle was and fixed it on the spot. Will always recommend there service!!

The price was right, but absolutely terrible customer service. I dropped the truck off one evening to have the mechanic look at it the next day for a brake line repair. I left my wife's phone number so that she could talk to him the next day while I was at work. The mechanic initially didn't want to do any work without talking to me first, seemingly only because my wife was a woman and I was "the man with the truck". Repairs on the brake line were ultimately made. My wife went to pick up the truck and upon going to pick it up, the mechanic told my wife that the truck "needed some major work" and gave a list of problems with the vehicle. Upon asking about how much it would cost to make these repairs the mechanic stated "you don't even want to know" and refused to even give an estimate. Upon asking whether or not the vehicle was safe to drive back and forth to Madison or not, he simply shrugged, again not giving an answer. It seems like the mechanic here is overtly sexist. Don't go here if you are a younger woman and a new custome... or at all. There are other places where you will not be treated like an idiot simply because of your gender. Never going here again.

Perfect experience both times. Drivelines replaced my brakes and ball joints, exceptional work. Great to have honest mechanics still at a very reasonable cost.
