When we had an overhaul done. Our bill was just over $46,000!! They would not set up any kind of payment plan. Had to be paid in full before getting what our source of income was picked up from them, very stressful time for us and others should be aware they don't do payment plans and even if you can get an account the amount you can put on it is miniscule and hardly worth getting.

What a morning! My sister and I had an appt. in Wausau this a.m. We got as far as Edgar and the air pressure in one tire went from 38 to 17. Stopped at E.L.M. Repair, explained our problem being a serious time commitment and a failed tire. They put on the spare, and we made it by the skin of our teeth. When we returned, the tire was fixed. Great service, more than fair charge, and we say big thank you to all involved.

ELM worked on my privately owned fire engine. They did an incredible job with the repairs (extremely fast and quality work) and also even made sure it was inside during a snowstorm. I will definitely be back!

Was towed in with a electrical issue with the starter. Checked in, was told it would be late morning/ early afternoon... by 9:30 they had my drive shaft back in and I was in the shop. They were very professional, knowledgeable and had me back on the road to pick up my husband's load since he went to deliver mine, by about 2pm. The bill was alot cheaper than we thought it would be. Thank you Kurt for fixing the issue to get me running again. Next stop our mechanic for a new fuse box and wiring harness!

This is what a truck shop should be like in every aspect of its purpose. Starting with the excellent facility, clean and spacious. The owner and the staff is very attentive to detail and the experience/ knowledge level is very high. Big parking area to drop the trailer, and roll in early to stage, if needed. Small truck stop with a good restaurant next door.Definitely one of the TOP shops in the Country

This place is a giant rip off. Had my truck in the shop there. To get the air charge cooler changed , new turbo, ac condenser. They told me they ll call me back with a price on the turbo but never did. Then way over charged me for a turbo. Then when asked if the price of turbo is correct they said the prices just increased that much but if I check around everybody else is about half price for the same turbo. Never taking my truck back there again

We picked up a van for sale (knowing it needed tires, but hoping we could get it home) and halfway home one of the tires was about to blow. Called the closest place even though the van wasn t diesel. E.L.M. was so nice about trying to find someone to help us because they didn t think they have a tire small enough for us. Surprisingly had a tire for us and on Friday at 5:45 pm they got us in and out in about an hour!

Needed a quick repair. Had to wait to get in and was kind getting anxious about the time frame on the simple repair. They did not over charge me on labor and my faith restored in a honest shop, professionalism, and the business in general.

Excellent service! Due to traffic and unexpected unloading delays I missed my appointment. They still got me in right away and did my service. They found a few other things wrong and brought it to my attention. No pressure tactics or sales pitches....they just wanted to let me know what they found. I felt they were very reasonable. The shop is very clean, techs are very professional, and the service managers are top notch in my opinion. I will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend them!

Excellent experience going here. Needed to have a Dyno to see where my blow-by was, had some oil leaks fixed, a bit of wiring repaired- they did a great job. I would much rather take my truck to them knowing they are thorough and don t half fix it!!! Cudos for such a great job

Professional service. Responded to an emergency breakdown of our heavy fleet truck on a Sunday. They communicated with me every step of the way about the needed repair and options to prevent a similar breakdown in the future. Great service at a fair price!

Was expecting a great service, but it did not happen. Make sure you check each item line by line because they tend to forget. Watch out for the work that can go wrong and does at 250 miles down the road, for instance, fog light and bumper were not installed correctly. Common sense items were clearly overlooked which an oil sample could have diagnosed which I requested, but they forgot. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP they do not standby their work.

Had my truck there several times in August, they fixed what they could in a quick timely matter. Reprogrammed my ecm, when was told by the dealer it couldn't be done. When we broke down in casper Wyoming we called Evan. He went above and beyond anyone else. He called around found a service truck, got us off the shoulder of the ramp. Than he even helped the repair guy get us going. If you want exceptional service and reliability this is the place to go.The shop is thorough and quick with all repairs. The most honest shop we have ever been to.Thanks you guys have saved us lots of down time already. The best shop around hands down.

Didn't require truck work but tire pressure light came on in my passenger car tire and employee checked all four tires and added air as needed at no charge. Would highly recommend their friendly service personnel.

We have taken many of our trucks to ELM, they have top notch knowledge of the repairs and equipment they work on, excellent customer service where they always go above and beyond, and are extremely fair with their charges. They work hard to get us back on the road quickly and stand behind what they do. Excellent company with amazing employees!

This is a first-class diesel/heavy-duty repair facility. Evan and Mary Lang care about doing right by the customer and go out of their way to do each job right, the first time. If you're looking for an honest, family owned and operated truck repair shop, E.L.M. won't let you down.

Nice people that's about it. Put new balancer on crank. Motor had over 2 million miles, started to break bolts off which is understandable. So then decided they would replace crank shaft pulley. They had to cut it off which I understand is time consuming, but not 24 hour time consuming. When all said and done at 2000.00 in parts (understandable) and 2300.00 in labor. That stated they had 24 hours in labor and reduced it down to 20 hours of labor. I'm not a mechanic but I do a lot of my own work. I was originally going to take truck home with parts and do it myself, but they fitted my truck in. Should have been a 2 hour job with everything cooperating. This did not happen. All I want to say is... 24 hours is way too excessive in labor. Was hoping to do more business with them, but will decline to take my truck there now. Better have deep pockets! I still can't see how it would take 10 to 12 hours standing under truck to cut pulley of as I said torch removes a lot of material quickly. And was never told that it could run into that much time. Had I known that I would have taken it home did it myself self a hell of a lot quicker. And that's not just a thought. As you said shop was busy took longer And have a feeling I paid for shop space be in tied up. Either that or incompetents one peice should not have taken that long not to mention how does one know what goes on behind closed doors as ime not allowed back there. As I said a few times could have cut with cut off wheel full length of the 4 1/2"inches shaft down to bolts soaked them with penetrating oil. And still had parts of pulley to pull on. But I'm just the owner paying the bill. And furthermore how does one know how many hours you have can't bother to put hours on bill just wat you decide in labor. Talked to many mechanically inclined people and know one can figure out how it come to be that much labor. So I guess we'll disagree to disagree. If you feel your justified then I guess. There's no problem be reassured don't make it a habit making this much of a stink about a bill but know one give me a idea it taken that long. I figured 10 to 15 hours labor as you said should be 3 hours max so it's hard to fathom how cutting off pulley and pulling out seal and pounding new one in. cleaning up shaft installing pulley and dampener could come to wat I was told 24 hours labor. And I'm guessing a few that read that are mechanically inclined whould agree. And thank you for the use of the car did bring it back with more gas than it had when I took it. Sorry that we see things differently.

I can not stress enough how dissatisfied i am with this business, they had my truck for 3 months and still didn t complete the work to completion, but I have it at my local ram dealer and they have diagnosed the problem, and have told me they can complete the repair, I have already paid over 26k for repairs I would have thought when you pay what you were quoted it would be repaired!!!!!!
