Had two nearly identical problems in my car and in my wife's car. Both were deer related with damage to the front of the car. I took mine to the BMW recommended store and had a fairly negative experience.We took my wife's Volvo here and couldn't speak more highly of the work they did. Great communication, great work. If you have GEICO with rental car coverage they will have Enterprise bring a car there and pick it up when you are done with it. Couldn't speak more highly of the professionalism and the quality of their work, and I had a recent, direct comparison to evaluate them against.

The greatest body shop! I spoke with Terry and Dave and they were extremely helpful, it felt like I was being treated like family. Excellent customer service, helpful, communication and friendly staff. Thank you so much for your help at Superior Auto body! I truly appreciated Terry and Dave s, and the shop s help with getting my car repairs get my car drivable condition very fast! This body shop is very good at what they do and are very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a body shop to take your car, Superior Auto body is the greatest! I highly recommend this body shop! THANK YOU!!

Had to drop our car off after we were rear ended. They were extremely helpful with letting us know what was going on with the car. After the insurance company called the car a total loss, the Staff was great with answering our questions and were really friendly. Next time we need any body work done we're going to go back.

My car was fixed in 3 days and front desk people are amazing . Especially Teri , her greeting was so good and she is an amazing person. She explained everything I detail and responded to my emails very fast.

Had a small collision where I was not at fault. The other person's insurance company stated only this auto shop was available in their listed shops, so I went with it. The first time I went was nice. They checked my car and said they needed to order parts and they would call when the parts arrive. Weeks pass but I don't hear anything, so I called again and they said the parts would arrive the following week. Another 2 weeks pass but no call. I called back and asked what was going on. The person who I spoke to said they were new and told me I would be getting a call back later that afternoon. Never got a call back and it's been over a month and a half since I first went to get an estimate. Called my claims adjuster who said no estimate was ever filed from Superior Auto Body. A whole month and a half wasted waiting for nothing. Very disappointed as this shop has great reviews. The communication was awful. I never got any updates, calls, or anything. I'll have to find another auto shop with better service. I do not recommend Superior Auto Body at all.

Incredibly supportive staff with above and beyond service! I ve walked into many auto shops feeling small or insufficient as a woman. Walking into Superior Auto Body, I felt safe, respected and trusted throughout the entire experience. Janet walked over two blocks to my car, giving me helpful insight and information about the process of getting a stolen catalytic convertor replaced. I m grateful for her kindness and look forward to working with them in the future!

This place has amazing customer service that rarely exists these days!! I had someone hit my car door when parked in a parking lot while I was in my car! I filed a claim with their ins company and chose Superior Auto body to do the repairs. From the first call to the finished service, they were extremely supportive and helpful. After almost 11 years of living in Wisconsin, I hit my first deer. My car was a mess! I didn t think it would be able to be fixed, and if it was fixable, I knew it would cost me a fortune. I had great communication all the way through the repair process, they finished my car a day sooner because it was more convenient for me, they went above and beyond expectations!! If I ever need another repair, I will go back to Superior Auto! (And they re German Shepherd people, so that s an awesome bonus!)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am above thrilled for Superior Auto. They took what was a unfortunate experience with a bear hit to my vehicle and gave me the best service personally. Suzan set me up with a loaner for the weekend until my rental car was available, which she set up as well! She made everything easy. The staff and owner was friendly and courteous. This body shop was recommended by Geico, not being from the area I was a little nervous. The owner and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed perfectly. My car looks just as it did before the accident. I would 100% use them again! If I could give this business a 10 star rating, I would do it.Superior is an appropriate name for this business because their workmanship is all of that. My vehicle needed body work and some painting. They were quick to give me an estimate, and to get it in to work on. During the process, we received email updates along the way. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get everything done and you can't tell anything was even done. They did an exceptional job. But just as importantly, I was speechless when I opened the door and found they had detailed the suburban. It was spotless, smelled like a brand new vehicle and they did this as part of their "superior" service.Our insurance company had said they were on their preferred list and I can understand why. My car was rear ended and Superior Auto body did the work to it. First off they are very friendly. Janet was great was to work with. The work they did was perfect and when the car was completed it was clean inside and out. I would highly recommend them.

One of the best car repair shops I have ever gotten my car to. The owner himself greeted me and made things very easy for me. My car was completed way before the time committed. Dave, the owner, also went out of his ways to get the extra parts I had broken off my car, and fitted them for no extra cost. I'd highly recommend Dave and Superior Auto Body works. Well I hope I never have to make a trip to the auto body shop again, but if I ever have to I'd go to Superior Auto Body.

I've used Superior Auto Body about 6 or 7 times over the past 20 years and they have been EXCELLENT every single time! They are very accommodating to your timeline and needs once they have it in their shop and getting it back to me when I need my vehicle. Each time, they have found more damage than the insurance company and they work it out with them, without anything from me. It's really nice getting text updates and phone calls on where things are at.Dave has a great team, keep up the good work!

Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs, tried totalling my car and after I went to look at it myself somehow it was fixable. Brought it to Wissota collision and they were convinced they were trying to part out my car before I even accepted the estimate. All that needed to be done was my door and fender and somehow the whole car was taken apart. Very fishy things, not sure how this has a good review. Management was horrible, do not trust Bryan he will lie to you every step of the way. I feel terrible for people that know nothing about cars, do not bring your cars here. The hands down worst experience of my life.Service: Body & Trim

GREAT JOB, problems with being sent wrong parts, an logistical parts, but once they had all the wright parts needed to do the job the Tahoe LOOKS FANTASTIC, couldnt believe it. VETS there are USAA affiliated as well , they will get my business now an in the future, great staff , help you out as much as they can with your transportation issuesServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve always appreciated the value and customer service I ve received at Superior Auto Body and they will be my first and only choice for any future work.I had a mishap with my garage door over the weekend. I brought my vehicle in on Monday for an estimate, expecting the worst. Brian took a look at the damage and was able to clean off the paint on the spot. No additional service required and he did it with a smile (at least I think he was smiling, couldn t tell under the mask). And at no charge.

Ran into a deer and our USAA insurance arranged for our car to be towed there. All of the staff at Superior was extraordinary helpful. Our car handle was starting to come off after it got frozen shut. My girlfriend called Super Auto Body and they said it wasn t something they typically do but they helped us out anyway! From the second I got there everyone from the receptionist to the owner and the technicians were friendly, kind and had overall some of the best customer service.

In the past I have received Superior service, primarily from Craig. On my most recent visit, I took my car in for an estimate on some cosmetic issues. I was unhappy with the service I received from Suzen the General manager. While looking over my car, she accidentally poked a hole through a rust spot I was considering having repaired. I understand that the paint was the only thing that was holding it together, but I was not happy. I probably will not be returning.

If you need your car to be worked on, done on time, and receive awesome service these folks are it! It was a painless process start to finish. Car came back far cleaner than when i had bought it at the dealer. Very detailed reports, great communication. Huge thumbs up to David and the team. 5 stars are well deserved here. :)

The staff was so friendly and was able to get me in the next day for my car repair! When I showed up for my appointment, they started repairs right away and the wait was super short! Overall great place for repairs with extremely nice staff. Will definitely be going back for any additional repairs!

I came in after a hit and run, dreading have to deal with getting my car fixed and deal with the situation but Superior Auto Body couldn't have been a better place to take my car.They worked with me to find a good date to drop my car off and get the work done, they offer a night drop off which is very convenient, and the whole team is professional, kind, and easy to work with.No one likes having to take a car in to get repaired but if you have to do it there's no better place than Superior Auto Body. They'll work with you to make the whole process as painless as can be and get you back on the road as quick as possible.

David Savage and his team recently did some body work on my 2009 Jeep Patriot. The workmanship is outstanding! My vehicle looks new! The work was done exactly on time, just as promised! The communication was professional and prompt! The most incredible part of my experience with Superior Auto Body was the customer service! I have NEVER worked with people who were as kind and sincere. Each time I went in, David personally came to speak to me. I was introduced to team members working on my vehicle. If you need any work done on a vehicle, Superior Auto Body is the only place in the Chippewa Valley to take your car!

Could not be more pleased with my experience working with Superior Auto Body. I got rear-ended for the first time in my life and had no idea what I was doing when I brought my car in to the shop to get an estimate. Not only did their staff get a hold of Progressive for me so I did not have to do it myself, but they also got my car in the same day the accident occurred to be fixed. My car was repaired and ready to go within a week! Without a doubt the best customer service I have received thus far!

Needed a little front end work done. Superior Auto Body was amazing from start to finish. Did real time email so you know how the work is coming along. Also called to let you know how it was going. Brian was great. They even washed vehicle inside and out. Thank you. Will definitely recommend in the future.
