This is the only place that I go for vehicle parts. Every time that I call, they are happy to hear from me and happy to help! I do most of the work on my vehicles on my own so, being able to do so with the affordable prices that they offer makes it so much more worth it. The entire staff is very friendly and super easy to work with but, I have give a huge shout out to Luke! He is very knowledgeable about both vehicles and the merchandise that they have on hand and is able to quickly and accurately find the parts that I need. Anybody out there looking for working, affordable parts, give them a shout! You ll be very happy with the outcome!

Called in to see if they had the part I needed was greeted by Tony who was patient with me and very knowledgeable. He even tried to get all the parts I needed together to help me save on shipping. Can't wait to get my parts and will update when they are received.***Update : This has been the best experience ever! Parts were shipped extremely fast over the holiday weekend. Tony messaged me on Friday saying they pulled the part and were shipping it out to me. I had it on Monday! Boxes were packaged extremely well. It took some time as I needed additional parts that I couldn't get from a donor car and were made custom (did a conversion) but after testing I'm extremely happy with my purchase everything worked and was exactly as described. Definitely a trustworthy company and anytime I buy used parts again I know where I'm going to look.

I don t know what some people experience that they give a low star review! Called in this morning about my 2019 Subaru Legacy radiator and passenger side mirror and they had the parts at reasonable prices and said they will ship then right to my door!Thank you! Definitely will be back if I need more parts!!

We needed a transmission for my daughter's vehicle and purchased one from Luke at Remington. It was an unbeatable price and the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend them for your part needs! I will definitely be using them in the future!!

I am no one in the business world anymore. I am old and retired. This puts me at a disadvantage when i am out in the world looking for a special part. At Remington i called in-as a complete stranger. I was treated , by Luke, as a valuable customer. I received kind and courteous service immediately. I was given a most excellent price on the part i needed. It doesn't end there. Shipping was EXTREMELY reasonable, i received the large item very quickly and it was packed really well. It was honestly the best experience, I have had with a business of this nature. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I can't speak for everyone there, but Tony is THE bomb diggety. Very nice. Helpful for current need, but more importantly went to bat for me regarding an engine Warranty I was struggling with. (I hate Warranty companies) That meant the world to me. Customer service at its best.! Thanks Tony. Tell your boss I said you deserve a big raise. I'm sure he'll listen to me. I am much more likely to call Remington again now.

Worked with Luke to purchase a color matching replacement door for my Honda Pilot. The price ended up being significantly cheaper than having to go through auto body repair - and you can never get the paint matched perfectly - whereas the salvaged door matches perfectly, likely having been painted by the exact same machines that painted my Pilot. Shipping was quick and the shipper took extra care in packaging the door on a pallet with wrap to ensure that it was delivered in perfect condition. It only took about 30 minutes to replace the door so I couldn't be happier.

Very friendly/helpful, pricing is great, and parts were removed carefully. The facility is also very clean and organized, something that is outside the norm for most salvage yards.I run a shop and deal with salvage yards weekly, Remington was a breathe of fresh air compared to what I usually deal with.On a side note, Wyatt was very helpful with ordering parts, and Luke was accommodating and went the extra mile, even though he didn't have to. In today's age I'm used to the "not my job, not my problem" approach. That's not how Remington auto rolls and I appreciate that.

I'm from Ohio. I was looking for a radio. Ultimately I received the wrong radio for whatever reason. I ordered it incorrectly perhaps. Either way Luke worked diligently and persistently to see to it that I received my refund. I trust Luke and look forward to working with him again. Luke, Thanks for all you do!!!!! Kenny

Sales guys are awesome they're at Remington. Luke got back to me in a very timely manner for any additional parts that I needed via email. Watch your parts upon pickup. The yard crew could give a little more TLC when removing prepping parts for pickup. The red delivery cart had rashed into the doors and hood that I picked up which resulted in spending more time fixing panels before installation for a customer. A solution to that problem would be to use pipe insulation and wrap all the metal pipes on the delivery carts. Even something as simple as wrapping it in tape. Looking forward to doing business again.

Always have had a good experience here while I ve done a number of rebuilder cars over the years. In the past I ve bought from out of state and had items shipped to me, but now I ve been dealing locally with Luke, who has been great. He s always returned my inquiries quickly, and been very accommodating for after-hours pick ups, or shipping in specific requests for paint color from other yards if he doesn t have it. Will continue to give them as much of my business as I can!

Wyatt needs a raise! He really came through for me. I needed a headlight assembly and not only was it priced right, the shipping was very reasonable (and fast!) too!(and the part was exactly as described!)And I have to mention the packaging, it was outstanding! Worked with Tony wall to get an engine and some other parts. Very nice place. Clean and organized. They did send out a bad junction box but went above and beyond to make it right. Still in the process of getting the motor replaced so my review might change if I have problems with it. If I do I have confidence that they will make it right. If I lived closer I would be there to get all my used parts from them.

Remington auto salvage is the ONLY place I would trust to buy parts from in the Chippewa Valley. Dustin was my sales associate and went above and beyond in customer service to help me. They delivered my engine safely, quickly and it was a free.There was a small concern about the 2007 Lincoln MkX engine but the owner Bob called me and the shop owner where my vehicle was and took care of everything over and beyond the kind of service you see these days. I was actually amazed to be treated with so much care as a customer and a satisfied one at that. These are upstanding people and the employees are great. Totally happy with my purchase and the engine was in great condition, very clean and thoroughly vetted. Can't thank you guys enough!

Had what I was looking for ~ a plus BUT.... Quoted me 1 price. Different employee quoted me a more expensive price and wouldn't look at the other quote.
