I am very disappointed with this location. I purchased a great car from them in 2021 . I bring my car in for oil changes frequently, keep up with all maintenance on my vehicle. Last Thursday is now my last time having them service my vehicle. I had my tires rotated like I do with every oil change. A day later I hear a noise coming from my tire. I was out of town. I had a mechanic near me look at my car. He turned the tire to see the caliber bolt was missing. Not only is this scary but extremely dangerous to drive. I contacted the manager in the quick lane department, she had to speak with the service manager. He definitely needs training on customer service! He does NOT like people and it shows by how he treats customers. I was told they are using this as a learning experience to check before putting tires back on a car. Are you kidding me? I could ve had an extremely scary accident! I also have a noise coming from that same tire after the bolt has been fixed. I usually have a great service and recommend others as well. Not anymore, I will be taking further action with the BBB. I should not have to pay $215 for a bolt that is no longer in my caliber after having an oil change/tire rotation by quick lane in Eau Claire, WI! DO NOT RISK your safety at this place. They do not care about customers! Only the dollar! Clearly making more problems for customers, so they have to go back. SAD!

Always been good for oil changes and tire rotation except last time, wouldn't rotate tires because there was a little corrosion on lug nuts and tried to sell me new ones, must not do to many rotating of tires because most lug nuts have rust on them, just stupid !

Gave them 800$ to look over my excursion. They didn t do anything I wanted besides program two keys an put a cap m an easy to get to coolant line. Truck came back with a broken windshield that they said wasn t their fault and nothing for my drivetrain was looked over or even mentioned when I picked the truck up and the whole front end has had issues.

It was easy to make an appointment online. The waiting area was very comfortable. The customer service was excellent and it took less than 30 minutes for an oil change, air filter and in-cabin filter to be changed. I will definitely continue to get my oil changed and other scheduled maintenance done there.

Sadly, I keep going back to this place of business not for reasons anyone would think. Services isn t always the best, but prices are fair. The reason I would not recommend it to anyone is because of the condescending attitude they has towards customers. They don t own the customers! Customers make or break a business. Let me remind those in these big corporate business, we make you who you become. But when you get too big in the ranks and forget how you got here, it s time to reevaluate the relationship. There are many other shops that will go the distance to keep your business from the first to the 100th visit. Take this for what it is worth. The service advisors were friendly and service was quick for an oil change. Before even knowing my engine type or vehicle mileage or reviewing the type of oil options available, I was informed that I would be receiving the synthetic blend. It was a little off-putting that it was assumed that I didn't need to be informed of my options nor that I was capable of making my own decisions for my car maintenance.

Service has definitely gone down hill. Hopefully things start to improve. Was directed by the service department to stop a quick lane to have new battery installed. Was told upon arrival at the quick lane they do not do battery installs due being short staffed. After some discussion quick lane decided they do still do battery installs. Short 2 hour wait and battery is installed. Looking over the invoice I asked about the BSM reset that Ford recommends when changing batteries on new vehicles. Quick Lane attendant explains they have never heard of such a thing. Politely explained the service department said it was necessary or I could have electrical issues and shorten the life of the battery. Was told to take that up with Service department. Drive 50 feet over to service and yes it needed to reset. Got the reset done and was on my way. I know every place is dealing with being short staffed and operating with new people but some basic level of training needs to maintained. Place has become very disconnected and does not hold itself to the standards of a Ford certified garage

I had some great experiences at Ford Quick Lane but recently they have not carried their A game. They use to have a great customer service rep. that would call all over for you for tire quotes and get you a great deal, even if they weren t the cheapest, they would inform you. I would go to Quick Lane even if I had to pay more just because of that service.

Called them n gave them my car info. They told me everything was good to go. I got there n waited 1 hr to find out they don't have my filter n it was going to cost me another 20 ontop of that for their mistake. Never going there again

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, they got rid of their nitrogen machine for tires. Only affects those who have nitrogen in their tires, like myself.
