Amazing service! I m not very knowledgeable on cars, but my headlight bulb was burnt out. The wonderful woman working there (I sadly didn t catch her name) helped me find the right bulb and she changed it for me. None of them ever treated me poorly for my lack of car knowledge, and they were extremely helpful!

Staff is helpful, pricing is consistent with competition, and most important (to me) is they usually have what I need in stock.

Good prices and willing to help with advice on repairs. They rent some specialty tools so you don't have to buy something you're only going to use once. Technically you have to buy the tool but after you finish using it you can get a full refund if the tool is in working order. I found out today that they offer a military/veterans discount. Also still some of the best prices in town. Highly recommended!

In a nutshell, while on a trip plagued with breakdowns I was not in the best mood (Especially with two kids in the back seat excited for the waterpark)when I first got to this store after my alternator intermittently gave out for the second time in 20 miles and fingers crossed, I will never need to return however Bryce was a rock star confirming I was troubleshooting everything properly and at getting me the parts and tools I needed so I could get my truck back to working order and back on the interstate in under an hour. Great customer service is far too often overlooked and there is no doubt in my mind this location knows there stuff which is why I will continue to be an Oreillys customer.

No masks to be seen. Gave 2 stars only because the cashier was decently helpful. Disappointing to see what was a good business appear to not care for their community and employees. Statewide mask mandate is currently in place. For the sake of your health, find any other parts store to visit!

Went to O'Reilly's on Hastings Way Eau Claire WI today November 22 2022.Always a great store, well lit, well organized, and practically carries everything you can think of for your vehicles.Customer service is always on point. They go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. They show extreme professionalism, caring, and lots of patience. All the customer reps were nice today as always.I helped today by a young fellow named DREW! He went out of his way to solve my car issues and was very knowledgeable.

Big selection. The guys are helpful. Only thing that I would say is that their selection of shift knobs is very small. So if you need to replace or change your sticks knob, here is not the place to go.

Helped me many times through the years. Most recently with a used vehicle that had a mishmash of parts. They helped me get hood support struts that go from one year of hood to another year of body. And they work great!

Knowledgeable to a point.Employee read the air filter instructions before selling me the cabin air filter. Neglecting to tell me I would need a $40 piece of plastic from a retrofit kit.

They almost always have the part I need in-stock. There's only been one time that they had to order the part for me which is impressive since I have a vehicle that's 28 years old. Plus it arrived that same day. I always go to O'Reilly's for my parts.

I had a complicated part issue. Seems that my part was only used in the first year of a new model. Unfortunately their system that their company uses did not compensate for the different year part number. However, the counter people had the core I left when I ordered the part and were able to use it to get me the correct part. That's well worth it to me. I will definitely use there service again!

I often have what I need in stock while other stores don't. I drive an older vehicle so I understand some stores may not store a lot of parts for my old truck but this place seams too.The service is ok. Usually not the fastest but they often seam busy as well. So I feel a wait is worth it. The wait is not very long most of the time.

As long as you know what you need, shopping here is a breeze. The clerks are hit or miss - some know what they're talking about, and others do not, so don't ask for too much advice to take seriously. It's like asking a shelf stocker at a pet store for opinions on pet food - just dont do it. Research yourself or ask a pro.

Salesman would not match Napa on price of product. Salesman told me the product, which was an engine additive to clean fuel injectors, had a warranty and that's why he couldn't price match, but yet offered to sell the product for a dollar less. I asked what the warranty was and he could not tell me because he didn't know. Another staff member got involved and he couldn't tell me what the warranty was either. I looked it up and guess what, there is no warranty for the product I purchased. O'Reilly's is selling items claiming they have warranties but the staff has no idea what the warranty is not do they know O'Reilly's warranty programs. I will never lay down my hard earned money for a product from O'Reilly's again.

The associate we saw was very nice to the man in front of us. When my friend and I (two females) stepped up and asked a question, he made us feel dumb and told us the part we were looking for didn t exist (it did). Won t be coming back.

Most of the time they know their stuff, no one is perfect they will at least try if there's a question on what you need, Chippewa Falls has a good manager so that's a plus

Very friendly and helpful staff. Been a regular customer for many years and honestly can't think of a time I visited this store and wasn't satisfied with the overall customer service I received.

I ve been here twice and had poor customer service. First time no one greeted me or asked to help. Second time, the workers were crowded around the cash register conversing and still no one greeted me when I walked in- even when one of the employees looked right at my face. The workers continued to talk amongst each other the whole time I was there trying to find a light bulb for my headlight and none asked if I needed help. I was in that aisle for some time then heard someone else walked in the store. He was greeted and asked if he needed help finding anything. That moment I walked out the store and went to Auto-zone.

It's a good place to buy automotive parts. They usually have what you need most of the time. Once in a while you can throw them a odd ball part you need and they will still come through. I go there to get parts for vehicles. I haven't had any problems.

I like o'reilly auto parts more than i like the staff there. i own a 1/2" ratchet wrench from their brand, power torque, and when i asked the staff about a ratchet rebuild kit for it i was snickered at. I said i was serious but for some reason they just didn't take me seriously . Still i will return because no one else rents the wheel bearing press-in tool.

Great. They were out of the fluid I wanted but did have it in a more expensive type. But did give it to me at O Reilly price.

I ve been treated terribly here every single time I ve come in. I come in knowing exactly what I want/need and get an attitude from them. Usually they like to tell me I need the more expensive thing, when I know I don t. Pretty sure it s just because I m a woman. After them saying I had to get the more expensive thing today I walked out the door and went to AutoZone who treated me with respect!

Very helpful Staff, who have always been pleasant to work with. They are open late and if they need to order a part, it arrives in store fast! My go-to place for all things auto! Warranty with receipt.
