Overall, I've had good experiences here. Between the 2 Eau Claire locations, they've had what I need in stock and helpful staff. Whether it be for my newer cars or my collector car. I have used their tool rentals on several occasions. That is a very helpful service they provide to keep my repair costs down.

It used to be a great location. I used to exclusively shop here. However over the past couple years the store has gone down hill. One time I went in a girl told me they carry zero fuel or vacuum hoses. Which I know isn't true. The most recent trip one of the employees saw me. Walked to the back, vaping the whole time, and proceeded to talk about the days events to another worker just off view of the counter instead of helping me.It used to be a very customer forward location. Now I'll just go to Napa down the street where they'll help you no matter what. Some real professionals right down the street.

I stopped at this location today (11/12/23) after Advanced Auto Parts couldn t help me. I had my 4 year old with me and needed help getting my battery checked. Cade at this location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to check what was going on while being patient as I handled my daughter. He not only checked and cleaned my battery thoroughly, but when we realized it was a starter issue, he called a mobile mechanic to get this issue taken care of ASAP. He truly made our otherwise kind of hectic and crummy day so much better, just by being kind and giving us the attention necessary to make sure we didn t end up stranded. I m so appreciative for the service we received today from Cade.

I stopped in with a part they did not carry, since it was not manufactured: the end elbow of a crankcase vent tube on a Victory Motorcycle. The Manager personally went out of her way to find me 3 different options, open each and compare, and resealed the unfitting options. What I purchased fit like a glove. When I returned later, she was eager to hear if what I bought had worked for me.I cannot stress the level of personal interest, support, and professionalism offered by this store. When I have any auto parts needs, this store will be my go to.

We are traveling and our car suddenly just stopped on the road. The employees were really nice they help us to call a mechanic, while we are waiting the employees tell us to stay inside the store ( the weather outside was 0 �F). Then the mechanic told us that we won t have the material that we need until the next day, those employees then help us to get taxi and told us where can we rent a car. Over all the employees were really really nice . Highly recommended.

Great place ! Curtious and helpful. They took the time to help me find a part and even put it in for me. Store is full of parts and knowledge. Lots in stock and handy. Also lots of parking, handicapped accessible also.

We are traveling from out of town and our headlight went out, so I called O Reilly and said to bring it over to have them replace the bulb. Upon arrival I talked with a different employee and he mentioned that his mom had the same vehicle and the bumper would have to be removed in order to replace the bulb. Since I ve replaced this bulb before I knew that was not the case. He offered to sell me a bulb but would not be able to replace. So I left and went up the street to Grease Monkey and I explained we were traveling and they had my bulb replaced in less than 5 minutes without removing the bumper. Absolutely dissatisfied with O Reilly

I had a question, with specifics, was met with an "uh" and then a fellow worker said they "can't even look that up". So I proceeded to look it up myself while they talked about TikTok. Found exactly what i had asked for, just took a while to locate with no assistance. Not impressed.

Awesome employees! Helped me figure out why a new bulb was no longer working. I had a melted harness connector they discovered and thankfully had the part in stock for me to purchase. Problem fixed! Thanks O'Reilys!

Horribly customer service! This store has horribly employees that will scam you of your money for wrong parts. There are many other worthy local auto parts store that will treat you better. A friend went to order parts for a vehicle, never got a call to inform that it was in. He had to call, picked it up, shady employee indicated that he will give him a huge discount, even though my friend only had a $5 off coupon. Friend paid in cash, employee pocketed the money, no sale on the computer and no receipt given. Turned out the ordered parts were not right for the vehicle, tried to return the parts to get the correct parts, employee denied ever taking any money from my friend. Manager refused to do anything without a receipt. District and Corporate store refused to do anything as well. Police was called. "He said, she said" was the excuse from the store manager. Of course, there are no security system in place. Employee's excuse was , oh, it was busy and had forgotten to take money from them. When is an auto part store ever busy? Who in there right mind, would call the police for a free part that was handed to them. Employee, the manager, and Corporate store refused to make things right. My friend was left with useless parts and out $500. Don't get SCAMMED, spend your money elsewhere. Shady employees!

I bought a muffler from this store for $65. It lasted a little over a year and broke apart just outside of the 1-year warranty period. I told them my situation, but they didn't offer me any sort of compensation for a new muffler even though being mine broke for no good reason. Thankfully there are many other auto parts stores in town so I don't plan to shop here anymore. Good riddens.

Horrible customer service, especially over the phone. Every single time I call this place with questions on parts, the guys at the desk always blow me off on the phone. What the hell? You've gone nothing better to do right? Stop treating me like I'm wasting your time. Thankfully I don't have to put up with these pricks now that there's an Auto Zone across the street. To the owners of this store, please get some better managed staff. These guys act like rude little children.

This was the only place I ever went to for parts when they first opened and for wears. Now the new employees have problems looking up the parts on their computers and then can't find them in the store some of the time even with help of a coworker. They lack of knowledge of Information you ask them questions an you get the answer of oh really. Unfortunately I have taken most of my business elsewhere. I'm sorry for the bad feedback. I hope in the future they hire more employees with an automotive background.

I came to o'reillys to buy Au joint and met the most informative nicest guy at o'reillys on Claremont he actually climbed underneath my truck to find know what you join I needed nicest happiest most informative person I've ever met and ladies he single.

Great place to find anything you need to clean repair or anything else for your vehicle. I go there myself and I'm picky on things I want and use on my vehicle. need I say anymore.

I bought a starter and the one they sold me was bad. IT blew my head gasket which turned a $120 fix into a $1800!!! When I returned it and told them what happened, the young guy behind the counter said, " that sucks"!
