Max-Bilt did an awesome job. I had some things taken off and sandblasted and powder coated, along with some mechanical issues taken care of. Good to go for the Jeep season!!!

Staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and did quality work for our 2013 Jeep Wrangler. We ll be taking our Jeep back there for all our regular maintenance needs as well as the inevitable future modifications!

I have had these guys do atleast 4k worth of work in the last few years. They do it right the first time and give you a call to keep ya updated on your project. No surprises. Very understanding and knowledgeable with off road related projects which most auto shops do not. Only place in eau claire I really trust with my hard earned money to keep my vehicles on the road when I don't have time to repair them myselfService: Steering & suspension repair

Customer service was fantastic, I will be using them from now on for any work that I need done!Had loud noises coming from wheels, I brought in my Jeep for a diagnostic check and they where quick to find the problem.They ordered parts and got me in ASAP and got my jeep running like new again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great experience. I had some fog lights to install. Dealership didn t call me back and two other shops in town didn t want the work. Maxbilt got me in right away. Did great work and were easy to work with. Even called with a question to make sure they were doing it how I wanted. Over all the folks here know their stuff and so far my Jeep is a new and better version of itself. The only thing I wasn t happy with is the communication between me, the counter folks and the shop. Ashley kept telling me the work would be completed by Friday afternoon. Based on that I made plans with family figuring on using the Jeep. I went to the business on that Friday afternoon and the owner was locking the door. When I asked about my Jeep he said it would be Monday because some part they needed was broken and they had to wait for a new one. When I asked him when they knew that they needed the part and ordered it, he said Wednesday. The same day Ashley promised me the repairs would be completed on Friday. So my plans had to be redone last minute. Not the end of the world but I felt the whole situation could have been avoided with better communication.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Man I want to give them 5 stars BUT....So I messed up, yes me, I ordered some lights and somehow ordered 2 sets of the mounts for them.No biggie right? Just reach out and let them know I messed up and would like to return the extra set.Yeah no, I've sent 3 emails and called. Talked to a nice lady on the phone that promised someone would get back to me the next day or two max!Time passed and nothing, sent another email.five days later nothing.Order placed Oct 10th, today is Nov 18th. over 30 days now.So I guess if you are going to use them make sure you don't mess up as you will NEVER hear from them again.Same here, first and last purchase.Service: Body & Trim

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff, fair prices for repairs needed on my jeep. Absolutely would've given 5 stars other than the fact my $300 agm battery magically died while the jeep was there. Went from 1150 CCA to 12, yes 12, overnight. Never had any issues up until that point. They DID offer to "take a look at it", but I was too frustrated to deal with them at the time, so I took care of it myself. But honestly, they did the frame repair quicker than expected, and it looks to be a good job of it.

Max Bilt has been taking care of my truck for about a year now. They initially installed a 6 inch lift kit and new wheels and tires. Since then they ve rechecked bolt torque settings, performed a complete oil change and service, and applied a Fluid Film undercoating. Extremely happy with their service and attention to detail, not to mention they re just really cool guys too. Thanks again, you ve earned my business for years to come. The owners and the staff at MBO are amazing!You can tell they care about the quality of their products/services and value their customers. I love that they're a local, family oriented small business and I can confidently recommend them to anyone (plus I'm picky about where I take my cars since I've had some rough experiences in the past). Also have to mention that I regularly find myself wearing the merch I've gotten there - definitely worth checking it out.
