This is my fourth Honda CRV. The Friendship and Service has been excellent. In fact my Salesman Kevin from Ken Vance Honda even answer a phone call from me on a Sunday . I was driving home from Milwaukee after a heavy snow fall. My wheels seem unbalanced and didn t know what to do. He told me how to take care of it. I had a Very Good Safe Trip driving home. That s Good Service! Thank You Kevin

Robert was very nice and respectful. He explained what needed to be done and gave me estimates. He also honored a coupon that had expired last week. It was a very nice experience.

Staff person was welcoming and very clear about the agreed-upon oil change & tire rotation, offering a free carwash as well which I accepted. An estimate of time required was given, but the service team took less time than that.

Ken Vance Honda went out of their way to make sure our recall service was done before we left on vacation. They expedited delivery of the parts and the entire service took far less time than they quoted.Instructions were clear and everything went very smoothly. I was extremely pleased!

Needed to replace a tire. Max found me an date to come in and they replaced it in no time! Amazing service as usual.

Not fixed the first time. They do not offer loaner vehicles. Only a shuttle that will go 15 miles. Took my vehicle to another shop that determined the issue immediately. Huge waste of time and money. On a positive note, staff are friendly.

I had a great experience at Ken Vance Honda . Jess and Rob are the reasons that I keep coming back. I make all my appts directly with them as I have had awful experiences with the Auto One scheduler s. Give Rob and Jess a raise

I brought my car in twice within the past 3 weeks and both times was offered a complimentary car wash. I didn't receive the car wash on either visit.

Brought my 2021 car in for shaking, told me needed alignment and 4 new tires...my tires were 8/32 and 10000 miles on them...I get home look at inside of my tires and front had a huge bulge on inside that they never even seen...changed 1 tire and was fine. Was told there tech must of missed it, it was sticking out 3in how can you miss it if your inspecting and doing your job correctly???

Service is OK. Service writers are usually distracted and leave out details when placing my order. I am a Service writer turned RN so I am able to remind them of additional time needed. I usually am cut off when placing order also as the service writer goes ahead with interpretation before I have finished my sentence.
