I absolutely love taking our vehicles here. They are thorough with their inspections, are great at breaking down the problems your vehicles may have, and set up great plans for the fixing process. They worked diligently with our insurance company and have always been honest with things that we need to have fixed right away or could put off for a little while. They also take into consideration how much my husband has to travel for work, and always make sure to do a super great evaluation of his vehicle to keep him on the road safely. You feel like family after a short time of being here. Will continue to keep coming back!

Interstate Auto handled the body work on my Toyota rav4. I could not believe how great of job they did. The handled the entire process for my repair including working with me, my auto insurance company, and all the work on my car.Body work: immaculate, looked better than it did before my accident. True artists.Working with me/my insurance: communication, scheduling, follow up, and everything in between was perfect 10/10.I'll be back for auto work and would recommend them to everyone.

Integrity and quality work is what I think of when I think about this shop. Getting vehicle work done can be unnerving because it's hard to know if you're being taken advantage of. I never have to worry about that at this shop. I've had mechanical work, body work and have bought vehicles from this shop and totally trust them!

Whether it s a mechanical repair or body work, this place is awesome. I ve taken my vehicles there many times for all sorts of different issues. They always fix the problem with only replacing what is necessary and are one of the most pleasant shops I ve ever worked with. We re very fortunate to have them in our community.

We feel so blessed to have found this shop. We were on our last leg of our cross country trip and my daughter was driving and accidentally missed the sharp right turn through the construction and drove us down and up a ditch. The car miraculously seemed to have minimal damage but we wanted to have it checked out before we drove it further. This place was the closest and it only took a few min to get to.These guys were so kind and immediately put the car up on the lift and checked for any major damage. We were very blessed and lucky and there were only a few small dents here and there but nothing that would inhibit us to finish our trip. All the workers were so kind to us and didn t even charge us for their time. We felt so grateful to them for helping to calm our fears and get back on the road again as fast as possible. Also grateful that angels must have been watching over us. The steepness of the ditch we went in should have caused more damage than it did.

Interstate was recommended to us by another mechanic in Eau Claire to deal with a timing code. I was working with them from across the state, getting one of our cars fixed. They were great to deal with and prompt getting our car back on the road, can't thank them enough for taking a look at it earlier than our appointment!

Such a great place! My car broke down on the way from MN to IL and they were amazingly helpful and friendly. Great family run place filled with people who genuinely care about you and your vehicle. Recommend them 100/10!!!

Amazing service! I took my car to get inspected and had to have it towed there. Towing service was faster than expected and they even drove my car back to my house when I was comfortable doing so. Gave me honest advice and didn t make me pay for inspection. 100% recommend!

Service was great and professional. I dropped off our suburban Sunday morning when they were closed due to the transmission going out as I was passing through. By Wednesday that same week they had diagnosed, gotten the new transmission in, replaced it and had us back on the road. Friendly staff and quality work. Wouldn t be afraid to use them again.

I took my Rav4 Hybrid here after I swerved from a deer and needed some body work done. I took my car in for an estimate the same day I called, and the professionalism was amazing! They told me it would take about two weeks for repairs, and offered me a ride to my home which was kind as I just moved to the area. They quoted me a price, and after two weeks when I came and picked it up, it ended up being 800 dollars cheaper! That surprise almost brought tears to my eyes as I know the way businesses like this get paid. They helped me understand what needed to be done, and I loved the aspect of going to a family owned business. Thank you so much for taking care of a young girl that doesn t know much about cars, and not taking advantage of her like other auto places have of me. One technician even offered to call my mom because he s very familiar with Toyotas to help my mom understand what needed to be done, and most places the techs aren t allowed to talk to customers. I can tell they absolutely care about their customers, and will go the extra mile no matter what to make sure I m satisfied and taken care of. I will recommend this auto body shop to everyone I know. Thank you, my trust is 100% with you for any future repairs I need done.

Normally I m worried that a shop will take advantage and overcharge me, but with the way Interstate Automotive is run, I know I have nothing to worry about! They re a family business that treats you like family. They care about you and your car s safety. I appreciate this shop and all they ve done to help me. I approved an estimate for $2100 based on what I requested. This place has famtastic customer service skills. They are knowledgeable and they happen to be decent tippers when it comes to food delivery also. They have the "Cars" replica's out front. Kid's love them. They didn't have to spend their time and money making them for other peoples enjoyment. I have talked with the owner on a few occasions and he comes off as a great guy. They have hooked my mom up on numerous occasions. I literally can't say enough good things about them.

Had many years of service done here but no longer. I always accepted and never complained that the price was always way higher than what they quoted but when it came time for them to stand by they're work Mike would always just blow us off and say "yeah will look into the warranty and call you right back"-and never call us back. I called Mike multiple times with the same answer and never heard back. I said heck with this place and take my business elsewhere. Once they have your dollar they don't care. .BEWARE

Awesome. Great customer service. Excellent mechanical skills. Really go the extra mile. They tow cars and Semi truck. Get vehicles out of ditches and even flip semis right side up. If you ever need vehicle repairs. This is the place to go. You need a tow. This is the place to call.

Got myself in a bind on a Saturday. Gave these guys a call. The owner answered and was very helpful and gracious. Checked to be sure I was ok. And got me a tow within a very reasonable amount of time. The tow truck driver was great and helpful, and it was a great job done.

These guys are the best! I had nearly impossible to figure out trouble with my 2007 Suburban. A few shops tried but the weird electrical problems persisted. The Chevy forums I searched said I was "In for it" at the dealers. At Interstate, they not only figured out the massive electrical problems but fixed it for a fraction of dealership costs since they are certified Chevy and Ford guys - with all the tools and diagnostics. They found used parts when it was appropriate, saving me 75%! I can't say enough about their quality of work and their service in general.

I will be back here 100% - they were fast to get me in for diagnostics, had a loaner vehicle available, and extremely reasonable on pricing. I could not have been happier with the services they provided and they were extremely helpful along the way.

This is the best place to take your car in town. The team there is always very helpful and does a great job working on the cars. Highly recommended.
