Customer experience was 10/10 both of the front desk people were super nice and very helpful. First come first serve is not my favorite aspect of any shop but it makes a lot of sense when different Jobs take more or less time. Overall very satisfied with the work they did on my car, they were familiar with the issue my tire was having and took time and care to address the specific issue and not just push me through the door.

I left a review already. thinking it was deleted. they have lost all care for their clients over the years with the many changes in ownership. they have no care for their clients well being and zero pride in their work. the last 4 oil changes/tire rots that have been done, the first 2 my brakes were 6mm the last time they wernt checked at all and the time before they grew from 6mm to 7mm so clearly they dont know what they are doing or are falsifying reports. go elsewhere. you can get good work much cheaper on this town.

Hello I got my oil change and brake fluid exchange and waited for 2 hrs but I had exceptional outstanding service from greeting me when I came in from telling my vehicle looks good I love coming here you guys do a outstanding job thanks for your service and I will keep coming back

Got bought out, prices went way up (by 50% over what I paid in December), no longer honoring the free tire rotation on tires that we're purchased here. Time to move on...

We used to come here all the time for oil changes of our Altimas over the years. Have to say that since the change to no longer being able to schedule oil changes it has been a huge pain. We now also have a young child and so waiting around for 1.5 hours is not easily done. We stopped in today (around 2:30p) and were told that was how long the wait was but you also can t put your name down or anything like that either. They said we could stop back in an hour and see what the wait was then. Luckily I called first because we were then told that they were booked full the rest of the day. Will no longer be using their business.

I could not find a working air dispenser in town. I asked if they could fill my tires for me and to my surprise they filled them for free. I will definitely be coming back when my car needs service.Service: TiresService: Tires
