Oil changes, exhaust replacement, tires, motor work, questions or concerns on my vehicles; anything I've had these guys do, I've been satisfied. Very reasonable rates.

Highly recommended. These guys are very honest. I was told by one shop I had around $700 in repairs needed. I called Dons (recommend by a co-worker) they estimated it at about $550. I dropped my vehicle off only for Dons to call an hour later and tell me the repairs I was told that were needed are not needed. And on top of that they charged me $0 for inspecting the vehicle!

Don s is amazing. They were able to fit me onto their schedule and immediately started looking at my car. My diagnosis took 10 minutes, if that. I am a college student so they did offer to explain the situation and expenses to my parents when I called to ask their opinion. He also saw that I was waiting and had two guys working on my car so I could get out sooner.

Absolutely will come back again. My 1st experience with them today. No B.S. just fixed the problem I brought my Caddy in for. The price was fair and matched the quote. Thanks guys for the professionalism!

They were able to get me in the same day I called. They were very friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem, told me how much it was going to cost to fix it then got right to work. I was in and out in 1/2 hour and the problem was fixed. I would not hesitate to use their service again and will recommend to friends.

We've recently had several minor issues with our car, the most recent one being a wobbling tire. We've brought it here each time.In this particular case, we parked the car there after hours and left them a voicemail apologizing for doing it without notice, but felt this would be safest rather than risking the wheel popping off. They got to us next morning without complaint and were able to work around our non-stock wheels to figure out what was causing the wobble after a retorque didn't fix it. Even better, they then sanded off some rust on the hub and the problems solved.End cost? Free, with a request we consider them going forward. Same thing we got told the first time we brought it in after a stupid mishap when installing a new brake light. So, believe me when I say that they're very patient, charge fair prices for the work they do, and writing a good Google review is the least I can do.

Roger and his team are really wonderful. Having to go to a mechanic can be a stressful experience, but I've always enjoyed going to Don's Auto and Tire. When I had an old beater car, Roger was always very honest about what he thought was worth spending the money to fix and what he wouldn't do given how much I used the car. I've since gotten a new car and they've done the maintenance as well as replaced the tires-all of which went very smoothly. It's a great place to bring your vehicle!

Roger and his Team never disappoint! They have been taking care of my families automotive needs for years. I called them on Monday morning at 8 am needing new tires ASAP, a tire had blown out over the weekend and driving on the donut tire was terrifying. Roger was able to get me in the same day. I trust his recommendations and know I am being treated fairly. I was also impressed by Roger's ability to multitask and greet each customer in the store and on the phone. His customer service and ability to solve problems is topnotch! I would highly recommend Don's Auto & Tire.

After developing an exhaust leak between the catalytic converter and the rear exhaust pipe I stopped at Don's Auto. Was asked to leave it for the afternoon and they would look at it around 3. Got home and around an hour or so later got called to say it was fixed and ready to go. My leak was not severe but very loud, their service was outstanding, the repair cost very reasonable. Thanks for the great 1 day service.

Our college student daughter is over 2 hours from home. I had her go to Don's 3 or 4 times now. Always a good experience. Good prices, great service, recommended only what was needed. We appreciate their help and being fair with our daughter.

I busted a break line on a Wednesday afternoon. They were booked till Monday. They got it done the next day with a promise of maybe before the weekend. I never expected service that good. That shop manager did me a solid fitting in my catastrophic brake failure in under 24 hours. I doubt that is always the case, but well done Don's.

Went for my first oil change since coming to college and they were very helpful. Their prices are very fair and they even fixed a problem with my muffler at no extra cost! Very personable staff and I will definitely be returning for any maintenance in the future!

My brakes were causing me problems so I brought them in to Don's auto because I used to drive past it every day and figured I might as well try them. They were quick to give me a quote and had my brakes done in about an hour. They even let me see the brakes and rotors myself to be sure I was not ripped off. I had no hassle at all and was a good overall experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Don s did a great job with my vehicle and I had a great experience. I m sure that they deal with a lot of college students who don t know much about cars like myself, but I felt like a valued customer whose business was well respected. I'll certainly be spreading the good word about Don's!

I had a wonderful experience at Don's Auto. I was visiting Eau Claire to look at a car and brought it in for a pre-purchase inspection. They were very thorough and found a number of issues, as well as gave me an estimate on how much each would cost to be fixed whether there or at another shop. Their customer service was top notch, and I really appreciated their help while I was making my buying decision on the car.

Went to this place about 6 months ago to get an Alignment done. Dropped my vehicle off and 10 min later they complained because it had a lift in it. They had my vehicle for 2 hours just to tell me they couldn t get my adjuster sleeve off. Your a tire service and can t remove that ??? So nothing got done and they charged me 51 dollars. The alignment was suppose to be 90. 51 dollars to do nothing is robbery.

The guys were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The prices were listed on the board, they were very reasonable, no hidden costs. As a woman, the repair shop can be very intimidating. They were very helpful in telling me what would be easier and cost less. I highly recommend these guys for any major or minor repairs. Thanks!

My family's been going to these guys for over 10+ years. My parents don't speak English very well, but these guys have always treated them fairly. I've never felt like they've tried cheating my parents out of anything. Their work is honest and of good quality. Their service is quick and reliable!

Don's was a blessing!Traveling from near Toledo, OH to Minneapolis and something broke on my exhaust system.Not only did Roger work me in, his mechanics found a mechanical problem that my usual mechanic missed when it was in the shop three days ago!Cost was exactly as expected, service was fast, and professionalism is a plus!

Very knowledgeable. Affordable prices. Understands that people don't always have a lot to spend, and tries to find you the best deal possible. Maintained contact with me during the repairs to ask for my permission. Very respectful. I will definitely be working with this mechanic in the future.

Very disappointed....Don's auto didn't fixed my van Muffler and it turns out very bad. Luckily I didn't drive very fast... when I got to a small town slowly drive I heard something went wrong and stopped at the red light that when my Muffler fall off from where Don's auto worked on. So I had to pull over to one of the store parking lot and I ask the owner if it's ok for me to park my van there cause my Muffler fall off. So they came outside try to see if they could do anything to help.... after that we took it to a auto shop to refixed it. They told us that my Muffler was not fixed... that y it fall off. They say luckily we didn't drive fast other wise we would have accident. I had to paid twice to get my Muffler fixed. I called Dons auto and leave massage and they never return my phone call. I will never go back to them no more. They ripped me off.

They do good fast jobs here, had all new tires and back brakes done in about in less than two hours, cost about $870 on a early 2000 caravan. Owner is a pretty good guy to deal with.

RUN! These guys cause more damage than what they fix. My $400.00 repair ended up costing me $750.00. Then they tried to sell me a $250.00 brake job on top of it all. I didn't need new brakes when I took it in. Now I understand why the 2 times I was there they had no customers, and both service bays were empty.

I had a flat tire an hour from home. Doug got me in and on my way very quickly. Fast friendly service. I have two college students at UWEC and we will use Doug s now if they have any car problems while at school.

Don's is always respectful and their staff are easy to work with. I have never had them try to repair anything that didn't need to be fixed. They have reasonable prices and are the only place I take my car for repairs.

Took my car over for a little exhaust work. They were able to get my car in right away. They seem to do good and honest work. I was very pleased to find out that my bill was less than the estimate.
