Called for information on aprt they didn't have and asked about possible pricing on car to be scrapped...as female I will always appreciate good honest help...when they tell.me I can get more money or pass less somewhere.....I'll return when I can

Best salvage business in Eau Claire. Honest, pleasant an prompt in getting what you need. Needed parts had it in stock. Their competitors wanted $103 more for the same part, an it was 3 years older! Check this business out first for your needs.

They got me the part I needed the same day after I told them it was important because it involved my job. It was later in the day and the woman I talked to said she'd try to get it done and she did. Installed the part and working perfectly. Customer service is 5 out of 5 stars at this business. Thank you guys so much!

Friendly and professional all around! Was notified when parts were available for pickup and they even transferred it to a closer location that allowed me to pick parts up.Parts came exactly as needed and in much better condition than expected with proper hardware to install on my vehicle.Highly recommended!

Service was great! They were very smooth on getting over 10 clients' parts with only 2 working employees in front. The part that I bought was new and costed less than 1/4 of the price for the exact same part as any parts store. I called other salvage places and they either chose not to sell them or they charge fuuullll price for a used one. Thank you for helping me out Conrads!

I have always had very good experiences with Conrad's and actually have been a customer in one way or another for for 20 years I also get a military discount of 10% on what I buy and I don't have to go all the way to Mondovi to get my park because I'll bring them into Altoona so that is a very helpful facts And I can hope to continue with them for many more years. Christa is an awesome saleslady!

Not good customer service. I called looking for information about them picking up a vehicle to salvage and I was basically getting the feeling that my questions were annoying to the guy I was talking to. I have no idea about this company but I absolutely felt I was bothering the guy and that is not a good experience for any customer.

Great staff from Menomonie to Eau Claire to Altoona. I have a hard to find parts for Chevy S10 Tahoe LT (1994) And they do their best in locating those parts for me. Great prices as well!!!!!Thanks Guys!!

I like going g to ASAP TO GET GOOD USED AUTO PARTS AT A FAIT PRICE AND THEY ARE JUST LIKE NEW PSRTS BUT THEY ARE USED, the price is lower then you have to pay at a part store..

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This location is a storefront for their salvage yard outside of town. If you need a part from the yard they can usually get it here same day for pickup.
