Exceptional service provided by Derek and Wayne at Bob Adams Towing! When my wife experienced a tire blowout on I94, they were there promptly and went the extra mile to ensure her comfort and safety. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine concern for our well-being were truly impressive. With their swift response and expert assistance in replacing the tire, they proved to be lifesavers. Chris always helps me, but I can vouch for the entire staff. These guys are awesome and know their stuff! This is the only shop I will ever take my vehicles to. I have done the manufacturer shops before, but they don't do the great work and stand behind their work as much as Adams does. I have been going here for well over a decade and have only praise for them. They have fixed it all for me - from basic oil changes, to new tires, to fixing my power steering - they do it all and do it great! And right behind their building is a good restaurant to visit while they work on your vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and the people that work there. Thank you to everyone at Adam's for all you do!!

The driver was busy, found out my situation, and showed up quicker than he originally stated. While waiting, another car got a flat and parked right by me, while the driver (tow truck) was hooking my vehicle up, allowed me use of his tools to change the tire of the other vehicle.(Mine is too new and didnt come with a spare).Very quick, efficient and professional.

I ve been coming to Adam s for years with my cars for years both my beater and my 2011 BMW. My batter went bad and I had it towed to them instructing their tow guy that it needed a new battery. This is the second battery I ve had replaced on this car. The first battery was replaced without issue. Well, apparently something in their service on imports has changed. A week later, after replacing the battery I went to pick it up. As I m driving home just a few miles away I realize my electrical system isn t working correctly including my windows, my lights and apparently my cooling system. As I pull into my garage I realize this as my car is over heating. I call Chris my service advisor and explain the situation. At which point he told me he had some idea there was an issue installing the battery as some issue with the firewall . So, they let me drive off knowing there was an issue with the car battery. Now I m a week later and I call Chris and he tells me he s doing the best they can and they will try to get to it this afternoon as a customer who s been waiting two weeks on a battery I find it wholly unacceptable that my car isn t being prioritized ahead of others. At this point Chris hasn t been forthright in communicating and I find it upsetting and costly as I ve had to pay over 600$ in rental costs while they pick and choose when to work on my car that was , as I brought it in , a battery change . I m exploring my options going forward as to a different shop. At this point I would not recommend this shop as they apparently have issue understanding the cars they agree to work on .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sat there for longer than I thought I should for an oil change but that s because I didn t realize everything that they do! Very impressed with the inspection. More I know how long it ll take so I won t have any problems!

I visited Adam s for the first time last week to pinpoint my loud/leaky exhaust issues. The second I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted with a smile & felt comfortable. Adam s diagnosed the exhaust issue in a quick & timely manner & explained to me the next steps I could take to solve the problem. I will definitely be back. I called for a tow this evening. I was told they would be there in 15 minutes. He was there in 10 Gary. I was very satisfied with his service. He was fast professional dropped my car off at the mechanics. I even received a follow up call from him letting me know my car was dropped off. Great service experience today. Relocated here from SouthCarolina and the cold did damage to my still under warranty Interstate battery. They were told my vehicle and get the warranty replacement installed on the same day even though they were very busy. Appreciate it all the help Tyler and hope to use you again soonService: Battery

I ve had a check engine light on for months because my usual place just couldn t seem to pinpoint the exact problem. After paying almost 1k in services just to still have it on 4 months later, I decided to change it up and brought my car into Adams. They were so accommodating, and answered my many questions with thorough detail. I called Monday morning and they were able to fit me in to their busy schedule. Got the car towed in around 10AM and they were able to get me out with a new battery by 3PM.The place is walking distance from Starbucks and a few other restaurants and hotels as well.

On a snowy night where the roads were very slippery, a family member missed a turn and ended up putting the vehicle into the ditch. We called Adams Automotive Center to help us get the car out of the ditch. They were very prompt in arriving to the scene and were very knowledgeable and kind. They ensured that the vehicle was retrieved without damage. We also felt that they were fair with their pricing. We will definitely be using them again in the future. I generally work on my own vehicles, but any time I have a question about a repair the technicians have an answer. The service staff is always friendly and helpful with any repair estimates you need. The tow operators are quick to arrive when you get stranded and they take of your car as if it'sthere own. The team at Adams is very professional and experienced. We've been taking our cars to Adams for nearly 20 years - to date I think we've had 9 cars that they've worked on. They even advised about the latest car we should buy based upon their experience of working on various cars. Steve and Chris, the service reps, are outstanding. They listen to our concerns, give us honest and accurate information and always get our cars serviced and in a timely fashion. They are tremendously responsive. The quality of their service is top notch. Can't recommend Adams Automotive and especially Steve and Chris highly enough. They charged me $300 for a 3 mile tow and I found out Chad s would have only charged me $100. It cost me less to get my car fixed. Don t call them for a tow.

It took them 3 weeks to finally tell me my car was a complete loss. This was only after calling and complaining about not hearing from them. I'm giving a 2 star only because they took my tow bill off from the over all cost. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. In the end I paid $575 just for them to tell me it was worth nothing. I was also promised a loaner vehicle on day 1 but that never happened. I'm not one to leave a bad review on just any page but I really felt forgotten. I think there were many easy ways to keep us in the loop. I understand that the damage done to the vehicle was not their fault but the customer service was just really terrible.

My bf and I were driving through eau claire when his drivers window came off track, we popped in and within 30 seconds there was a worker helping us. After 2 minutes they fixed it free of charge. I recommend this place for anyone!! 10/10

I made the huge mistake of backing the car out without proper shoveling, leaving my car stuck in the driveway. Jim arrived promptly after calling and helped me in quick order, but more than that he showed incredible kindness and didn't make me feel stupid when I was feeling so awful and anxious about the whole situation, since I've never had to have a car towed before. He was funny and friendly and I won't forget the wonderful service!Service: Car towing

I was t-boned at an intersection and Gary and Amy went above and beyond for me. They made sure I stayed warm while the police did their thing, they hugged me while I cried, offered to look for items in my car that I couldn't find, and stuck with me until my ride showed up. They gave me so much needed support in the moment and I couldn't have asked for more.Service: Car towing

I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and was trying to call for help. Bob Adams Towing was helping tow a car right in front of me and when he was done, he drove right up to me and asked if I needed help. I didn t want to bother him so I said no I m ok and he insisted on helping me free of charge. He changed my flat tire for me and didn t take any money from me. I will never forget this act of kindness when I needed it the most!Service: Car towing

This shop was great to work with! They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. We were first time customers and they also gave us a discount, even though we had no idea about it. They took care of my truck and got me back on the road safe and sound again. My husband and I will be making here our go-to mechanic for whenever we need it.

Was on a long road trip with my elderly mom when the low tire light came on. It was just after 6am, it was dark, and cold....it was a little nerve racking!! We pulled off the road and ended up at Adams Automotive. They didnt open until 7 but there was a woman at the desk who was very kind. My mom and I came in until a mechanic showed up. I forgot his name but he had exceptional customer service skills, checked all of our tires, filled them up, and we were on our way. He gave us peace of mind and I was very grateful. (In God We Trust - was all I remember about him) :)) THANK YOU for being there for us!

Had vehicle jump and went to shop to pay asked about putting in new battery wanted me to leave it told him I couldn't I needed it for crossing guard duty so tow truck driver said he could do it got it done right away!!! Thanks Wayne the tow truck driver!! Much appreciated.
