I had my rear bumper replaced. East Troy Body Works did the replacement, painting to match the rest of car & everything else behind the bumper that needed replacement. Brad did an awesome job and he went above and beyond in quality work. He even touched up areas of my car that paint was chipped or dinged. He and Sandy provided great customer service and every question was answered for me. I highly recommend them for your auto body needs. Any future body work I may need, or want I will definitely go to East Troy Body Works for service. Thank you Brad & Sandy!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my vehicle in for an estimate on some minor body damage and spoke with Brad- he gave me several options how to address it versus just quoting me the most costly method. I brought my vehicle back today and Brad completed the work quickly and didn t even charge me! I highly recommend them- fantastic people who are honest and knowledgeable. ET Bodyworks repaired the damage done to my Kia when it was broken into. Thankfully they replaced the window before the rest of the repairs could be done (& before it rained!) The repairs that were done were done very well. They were easy to get ahold of and kept in contact with me during the time my car was in their possession. They were honest, reliable and very pleasant! I would definitely use them again (hopefully I don't have to!) & will definitely recommend to anyone who may need body work done!

Small local and family owned body shop, Brad and Sandy. Very friendly and honest. Good experience Gave me a fair estimate on my repair. Even my insurance agent was surprised that the estimate wasn't much higher than they are normally used too with other places. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule since my repair was an easier job than some of the others they had to deal with. The job was done in a little over a week which included the Thanksgiving holiday. Did a great job for a fair price. Totally satisfied. This isn't the kind of business that I would normally want to go back to since it involves car repair, but if I have to then this is the place I will take my vehicle again and recommend to others. Thanks again Brad and Sandy.

Highly Recommend! I had went over a ditch/curb many months ago and the front bumper of my car popped out, damaging clips and pieces to the bumper. I brought it into Brad and Sandy, they offered me a very fair deal and I had it handled in a few quick hours. Just the other week I had driven through some thick snow and it caused one of my clips to pop out and one of the tires would grind against the guard. I brought in today and Brad replaced the clip at no charge and was very helpful. This is a small business but consist of honest and awesome people. I guarantee if I went to a large chain body shop, I would have been overcharged and gotten half the service. Thank you so much to East Troy Bodyworks.

Brought in my car for some front end damage and was BEYOND happy with not only the vehicle but with the whole process. Very nice friendly people that do very high quality work they even went as far as painting over all the scratches I had around the Vehicle and cleaning the interior of my car. The car looked just as good as it did when I first bought it. Only downside about the whole thing was it took a day longer then they thought but wasn t at fault of there own and they handled it very well keeping me updated and even offered to come pick me up and give me a ride to get the vehicle. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing collision repair. I will trust them with all future repairs or custom work. Plus they have a cute dog.

I just picked up my Toyota Highlander and was seriously amazed at not just the quality of work from Brad and Sandy, but as a courtesy, they left the interior much better than it was when I brought it in. I don't often write reviews because I feel we typically get what we pay for. But their customer care is truly outstanding; above and beyond my expectations. Would recommend them to my family, friends and clients!

We took our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country minivan to Brad after an incident with the rear hatch and our garage. During the time that Brad was working on it, I decided to have him clean up the small areas of paint bubbling around the car. I cannot tell you how impressed and happy with the job that he and his wife did. Yes, Sandy does the prep work prior to painting and the finish is better than the factory. I think even Phoenix the Rottweiler helps. The finish is so perfect that under lights, the reflection of the body lines shows NO imperfections where the panels were straightened and the rusting under the paint occurred. This is the FINEST body work I have seen. The car has 147,000 miles and with the work done, very reasonably priced I may add, this will double the life of this car. Just a warning though, Brad and Sandy, I have more projects and I suspect you will have more to do. I would highly recommend East Troy Bodyworks for any repairs to your cars and trucks. Bravo!!!After the job was finished, Sandy vacuumed the entire interior, washed the car and after driving for a few minutes, I realized that the wind noise behind my head was gone. I had asked Brad how to adjust the door or seals to reduce the noise that has existed since the car was new. He obviously made the adjustment. Wow!! That is going well above and beyond. I better check the entire car and see if there is anything else he did for me.Thank you, Brad, Sandy and Phoenix

I recently had some hit and run damage on my Nissan in Waukesha county. After asking several friends and coworkers for references, I brought my car to Brad at East Troy Body works.I couldn't be more pleased. Brad provided an estimate in about 15 minutes, and he handled all the paperwork and communication with my insurance company. His staff even coordinated a rental car during the repairThe repairs look good as new and he even took some additional time to detail the inside of my vehicle. To top it off, he completed the repair ahead of schedule and was able to save me some money from my deductible.Overall, the quality of work, combined with the great customer service, make my recommendation 5 stars. He will be my recommended body shop to any one who asks.Avoid a chain and support a local business. Take your care to East Troy Bodyworks. You will not be disappointed.

Agreed! Honest, reliable, detail oriented, great job! Recently had a bumper (chrome and a painted piece) replaced because we hit a deer with only 150 miles on the new RAM! Brad ordered and painted the part that needed painting before I dropped the truck off and then had it done for me the same day. I live nearby so Sandy dropped me off and picked me up. What a great couple! Will definitely bring my truck here again, though I hope I don't have to. ;)
