Sam came to the rescue. We were driving back from completing a job in our bucket truck, while driving 70 miles per hour a tire blew.When we called to find someone to help us on the side of the road Care More was the closest place. Sam the owner personally came out to help us. He was amazing, quick and kept us safe on the high way.Thank you Sam for helping us get our employees back on the road and making sure they were safe. ~ CJM Lighting & Electrical

My truck broke down while I was on a camping trip with my travel trailer. We needed to get the truck back on the road to get our trailer out of the campground when our reservation was over in two days. Care More was exceptionally accommodating by getting my truck repaired in time. They went the extra mile for me! Great customer service, friendly folks, well-done repair. Needed My tire plugged, and got stuck buying a brand new tire. Because it was supposedly flat and couldn't be plugged. what they actually did, was blow a hole in my tire. While they were trying to plug it! Their not a honest Ma and Pa shop. How stupid do you think I am. The tire that I paid 80 bucks for. Wasn't a brand new tire. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid.

I absolutely love this place! I come a lot for oil changes. When something goes wrong with my car they have always been able to look and repair my vehicle so I can be back on the road as soon as possible! They also take the time to educate me as to what the specific problem was, how it broke, and what they did to fix it! They are also super responsive and amazing at calling me with updates on how it is going. It s always stressful when your car breaks down but they make the process so much better and less stressful. I recommend this place to everyone!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This place is amazing best mechanic I've used!!!Called yesterday about my wipers not working and they made me a appointment for today and only waited for 5 min before they took my car back to find the problem. They didnt have my part but because its been raining and its my only car they called and found a part for me (which i am forever grateful) so i wouldnt have to wait for it to be ordered and not have it fixed until monday and its friday so 3 days. Then even though they had to drive to another town they still had it fixed in a hr and ready for me to go do my daily errands. If you want quality service nice professional straight forward car maintenance this it the first place you should stop. I highly recommend this place. I take my repairs to one of three shops that I trust, Caremore is one of them. Their price is competitive, repairs are trusted and I can count on them to use quality parts. They take the time to explain the repairs, charges and are very friendly. They are also local which is nice in terms of convenience and keeping money in the community.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience 2+ years ago when we made the decision to stop coming to Caremore.We went here for years and were quite pleased with the integrity of the staff until they switched owners. We had been very loyal customers, spending several thousand dollars for repairs and maintenance. Went in for a very simple fix, spoke directly to the mechanic (Sam, I believe the new owner) who assured us he knew exactly what needed to be done. We were quoted approximately $25 and gave him the go ahead while we waited. 10 minutes later the problem was fixed and we went to pay. All of a sudden there is an $80 diagnostic charge in addition to the $25. When I explained to the lady at the desk who prepared my bill (I believe she is the wife of the new owner) we were only quoted the $25 and not told about the $80 diagnostic, she would not admit she never told us about that. I explained that we would never have agreed to pay that $80, especially when the mechanic spoke to us directly and basically assured us based on what we described to him that it was the easy $25 fix. She knew we were honest, kind people from dealing with us for 2-3 years already but would not budge. She lost excellent customers that day over her pride and a measly $80.

I love this shop. Always honest and does a good job. I try to always do my own oil changes, but when I don't have time to do the work, they're ready and willing with a quick turn around. This was my first time using CareMore services for my auto repair needs. My car's a Mazda 626 1999 edition, and the brake lights had failed. I took the vehicle to the shop to get it looked at. Not only was CareMore able to fit me into their (presumably) very busy schedule at the last minute, but were able to find a hand-made solution to my problem EVEN AFTER finding out the the part needed was no longer available on the open market.I hands-down give this business a well-deserved 5 stars and I recommend their services to anyone looking for a local, high-quality vehicle repair service.

They were great. I called for a last minute oil change and they set me up with an appointment same day. Prices were good and staff was kind and knowledgeable. Pretty fast too. They are also next to a great burger joint. It was a good experience.

These wonderful people helped us out with a tire problem while we were on a day drive. Friendly and fast service and even with a smile. If I lived nearer I would definitely use them for my service center.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I paid a very large amount of money to get my car back in the same shape and it went in with the check engine light on for one thing and I got it back with the light still on and for a completely different problem! Will never go there again. They fixed the brakes and I had to return 3 days later for a loud thumping noise and they said it was the brakes- they fixed them again and used the same brand of brakes again!

I was quoted a price for an entire exhaust system,I questioned this and was told that that was the only waythey fixed mufflers.They welded a muffler in instead of replacing the exhaust systemthey billed me $181 plus labor for an $80 muffler.Charged me for clamps which were not used.I don't this this is an ethical garage -I would not recommend doing business with these people -I

They were able to work on my huge box truck with short notice and did the full brake job. I was in and out in a couple hours. From my experiences, they are a caring family business that is very personable.

I went to get my heat issue diagnosis with no other issues with my vehicle and my vehicle in good driving condition and when I went to pick it up they were taking a while to bring my car back to the front after I gave them around 20 minutes after she called me telling me I can pick it up it was still in the shop I asked for my car back and she said it will come around shortly I waited around 15 minutes and they still didn t bring my truck out so I told her it s taking a while she went to the back and that s when I heard my hood get slammed and my engine start so I was already suspicious and a young man came out and told me that my truck is still warm for me and i was shocked because I thought they didn t fix my heater so they tried to upsell me 1,400 for a heater core I didn t need and I didn t see any evidence showing they even checked my heater core and so I was already a little upset and than the next day my engine starts to stutter and have other issues after taking my vehicle to them and now I m stuck having to work on my car and trying to fix what I know was messed up by them just to upsell me and help their company I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE, I will be looking for further evidence and filing a police report if I am not compensated for this

My awful experience began as soon pulled into the unpaved, cigeratte bud littered parking lot of care"more" parking lot, I went straight to the garage looking to skip the front desk formalities and just get my oil change and leave. The young man who aproached me with an apparent scowl across his face, greeted me rather impolitely. The first words out of his mouth were," What's Cracking dawg?" This took me by surprise because I had heard from other customers that the customer service here was very Manorly and this young man was not. Before responding, I had to know this delinquent's name. He promptly said, " I'm Jaden, who you?" I am not paraphrasing, his English is just that bad. It led to short, grammatical error filled exchanges until eventually we got to my oil change where the dumbass spilled the oil on my new jeans! He went to clean them without asking and firmly touched me in the privates, this was unexceptable, wether I liked it or not. After that I just waited by reception for my car to be done, and only thought about the young man a few times the rest of the day. On my way home I had to buy new whitewash ripped jeans which cost $150!! Overall, the experience was a bit touchy, and so was the car work. Will not visit again (unless Jaden is there)!!

They are Excellent. They take the time to explain all of the issues affecting your vehicle. Those that need immediate attention and those that can be dealt with at a later date. The work is flawless.

Didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Fast quotes. Will recommend what might need to be repaired down the road without being pushy or demanding a appointment be made right away.
