The owners and staff made this purchase a wonderful experience. As a buyer I was able to inspect the car on a lift, test drive it on the weekend, had all my questions answered and settled on a very fair price. Upon pick up the car was washed, waxed and re-detailed inside; I appreciated them taking the time to do so. License, title, registration was all completed by pick up on Monday and made for a truly hassle free experience. Thank you, Bob and Christina.Which makes me ask? Why go to Carmax and pay $20,000 for a Nissan Rogue when you can go to A and B Auto and get a beautiful Mercedes that runs exceptionally well, has more comfort features, a proven safety and reliability record, plus AWD for $2,5000? A No Brainer. Thank You A and B Auto.

I can't say ENOUGH POSITIVE things about Bob & A&B Auto LLC. I called them on a whim looking for someone to tow my car off the highway and fix it after a chunk of ice from another vehicle caused my radiator to leak and my car to over heat. I called Bob & he right away worked it out with me to get it towed off the highway and fixed right away. Within 1 hour it was towed and at his shop, fixed within 2 hours of getting the part....best thing about it ALL he stayed in contact with me, updated me each step, and DELIVERED the car back to me when it was done.I highly recommend Bob and his shop for quick, efficient, honest and reliable work for your car or car buying needs !!!!!! I will be using them in the future and definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who needs repairs or a car to buy.

I have my vehicles serviced here with Bob and his guys regularly. They do a great job and in a timely matter. Prices are fair and always great service.

Called them when they opened and told them the problem with my car. They got me in right away. Fixed the issue and then checked the rest of my car! Great people!! Great service!! Highly recommend.

These guys are so helpful. They do quality work at a fair price. They don't try to upsell a laundry list of problems they dig up. I take all my vehicles here.

SHADY-BEWARETold us to come by at 3pm to purchase a vehicle, had cash in hand. Arrived 30 mins early from 45 mins away......then watched the owner sell it right in front of us......now that is a stand up business man. My advice is look elsewhere for vehicles and repairs. Tell a buyer ro come and then back door them.....real nice A&B Auto. Wanted us to spread the word about his business...... no problem guy!SHADY-BEWARE-SHADY

Great customer service!! They have an understanding that if you treat a customer right, the customer will become a long term customer. They have a new long term customer. Bob with AB auto is highly disrespectful to retail employees. If you work in retail and are fed up with people who treat retail workers with disrespect I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Called the shop as the steering wheel on my car seemed to have more of a shake than it should. Told them the issue and stated how I am thinking it is something with the tires. Sure enough, they found the issue that the front tires were not balanced properly (Note: They did not balance the tires initially or install them). Fixed the issue with no problems and cost effective! Also, called and was told to come right up, great customer service.Service: Tires

Watch out for this one! they have sneaky and underhanded, unprofessional ways of dealing with customers. They start out friendly,informative, helpful and then change in midstream. They told me my mobility van was beyond repair due to rusted frame and when I left to make arrangements with a junkyard to have the vehicle picked up and also to get some cash to pay him, he moved my van and wouldn't even tell me where it was, who had it or allow me to see if I had any personal belongings left in it that I wanted. I never signed it over or told him to do that. I still have the title right now but I have no idea where the van is. He refuses to tell me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We purchased a Kia Optima on 4/7/23. Great experience and communication. So far the car is running great and a smooth drive. They replaced the back up camera that was glitching and windshield crack prior to pick up. Would highly recommend!

I will never take my car anywhere else! These guys helped me out with a large dent & tail light replacement after someone hit my car and drove off. I was told by several people my whole bumper would need to be replaced. After chatting with Bob he said he would be able to help me out even though they don't usually do body work. He was able to pull the dent out and Chris replaced the tail light. Everything was more than fairly priced. These are a couple hard working honest guys. I feel like mechanics often try and take advantage of customers thinking they don't know any better but you won't find that here. They definitely have a customer for life now!

Got in my car this morning and had a flat tire from a screw I ran over. Called A&B explained the situation and they told me I could bring my car in and have the tire plugged right away. Very friendly and helpful. Got me in and out very fast so I could go to work. Highly recommend will be bringing all my business here since we just moved. Great people here!Service: Tires

I've taken my Mazda there a few times and EVERY time the service has been top notch! I have developed a trusting relationship now that I feel confident in any estimate or repair Bob offers. I have had services such as ignition switch replacement, brakes, and more. I am planning to switch all of my oil change business over as well! Bob goes through hoops to get the work done timely and at the lowest cost possible! I am sending all of my local referrals their way!

After tackling an admittedly new problem they have never dealt with before, we were pleased with the service. Afterwords, however, we finally tracked down a coolant leak that was coming from the area they worked on. We pointed this out, and asked for a fair evaluation, and hoped for honesty. We were met with avoidance initially, and finally agreement, but in the end, repairs were made without confirming the source, and we were charged the full pop! It looks like we cant trust A&B . Too Bad. We know lots of people who would be happy to know someone who could do more than we can do on our own. Honestly.

I couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car and I reached out to bob, and he right away was able to figure out several problems I was having with my Saturn. He fixed them all at a great price and it was good work that I was impressed with! Works well with you to get it all done the most efficient way, Definitely recommend!!

Good work at a very fair price! I called for a quote when a brake caliper locked up on my truck, and Bob asked me to bring it in so they could take a look. He was willing to stay open a little later for me to make it after work and fixed it the same day in less than an hour. I will definitely be going back for future automotive repairs!

I had used a different highly rated shop before bringing my jeep to A&B. The shop that normally serviced the cars ive owned is always booked 3-4 days out. I decided to give A&B a visit when I saw that their ratings and reviews were higher then my normal shop. They got me in the following day to boot and I was very satisfied with the work they did. A&B is now my new 5 star shop!

Rare: Quality + Honest + Fair:: I'm compelled to leave this positive review for A&B Automotive, as it's always been my belief that once you find an honest, and fair business operator who turns out quality work, you should spread the good word. I sold a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse, as-is, believing it required a mew transmission (was misdiagnosed by a different mechanic). Robert traveled to look at vehicle, told me it was the clutch after short order, and said that if he was right, he didn't want to take advantage of me, he'd repair it and offer the car back. He called and did just that: clutch issue fixed, also replaced front brake pads, and tie-rods, fluid top-off. He sold the vehicle back to me capturing whatever I incurred in repairs, very fair man. Very rare. We were glad, 999 out of 1,000 mechanics/shops/lots would have snapped up the car for cheap, made bare minimum repairs then resold for maximum profit. I now have a mechanic I'll use for all of my auto-mechanical-repairs. Top notch, and I see from other ratings, I'm not the only customer who feels this way!

These days it is hard to find an honest and conscientious car repair shop you can trust, but Amy and Bob are just that. Bob shares his honest opinion about what your vehicle really needs and no more. I am sure they saved me money. I have recommended them to family members, and especially those who may not know much about cars. They won't take advantage of you.

I'm new to East Troy as of August 2019 and my car was about a few months away from the junk yard had I not taken it in. I was referred to A&B by one of my church members, and I'm sure glad I was. My car was fixed and runs like new again! They did amazing work at a fair price. I will definitely be using them again!

I called last Saturday morning to see if I could get my car looked at, and within the hour it was in the shop. Shortly after, Bob discovered the issue (broken coil spring) and ordered the parts. The springs were replaced as soon as they arrived. Bob and his team also went out of their way to get me the best deal, I couldn't be more appreciative of the service!

This shop is great! Realistic pricing experienced mechanics super accommodating got me in last minute and back on the road safely. We won't be going anywhere else we found are new shop of choice. Thank you A&B

My friend bought a car from Bob he was so nice to her he made sure the car was reliable. Her brakes went out and he came to milwaukee to pick it up for her and fixed the car and went out of his way to bring the car back to her. Kid's ride had a coolant leak that needed to be addressed. Called A&B and talked to the owner. He said "Bring it over, I can look at it today." By today, he meant right when we drove up. Diagnosed the problem, got the small part and coolant to replace. We were done in 45 minutes with the vehicle runnin' again at an extremely reasonable cost.
