Did I ever get tested on my way up north on a trip that was supposed to be RELAXING. It was pretty scary when I broke down. But Mike at Otto Towing was super! I was a mess, but felt safe as he towed my car and I to Sheboygan, Wi. Family guy and business, I cannot recommend them enough!!! Also, the brand new truck was so great, talk about a luxury tow experience, wow! Turned my frown upside-down! Recently purchased a small trailer through Otto's. Great experience. Otto's quickly respond to a request via their website and were able to provide the trailer I wanted within a short period of time. People at the shop were friendly and happy to answer my questions and support the trailer once I owned it. Great to have this kind of business locally.

My "Ford" roadside recovery left me stranded for three days on the side of the road because no local towing company was in my "approved network". After 3 days and many phone calls with my insurance and some threatening words they eventually allowed me to use Otto Towing. Tim was completely understanding and got it done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Otto Towing for all your towing needs.Service: Car towing

Swerved to avoid a deer and ended up in the ditch in the middle of nowhere late the other night. I called Otto Towing and they had a tow truck to me in 30 minutes. They were quick, professional, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

On vacation one hour from our destination and got a flat. On a Saturday afternoon when everything was closed. Tim answered our call right away, told us the best option for getting a replacement tire, and arrived on the scene in 20 minutes. He made an otherwise stressful situation manageable. Couldn t recommend more! They run 24 hours on the weekends as well!

My truck slid off the road and part way down a hill. They got out here within an hour of me calling them and got my truck back on the road. No hiccups, friendly and a reasonable price. I m very happy with the work they did.

Called and within a half an hour Todd showed up and changed out our flat tire in a jiffy. Definitely will be saving his business info just in case future assistance is needed. And not overly priced like some road side tire changes either!

My truck broke down while I was on vacation, so naturally I called AAA to get a tow. 7 hours later, AAA informed me that they hadn't found a truck to come pick me up yet.I called Otto Towing and Recovery, and within 20 minutes Mike was hooking my truck up and getting it into town.AAA might not work with them (for some foolish reason), but if I ever need a tow in the Northwoods again, I'll be calling Mike.Service: Car towing

Called Todd Otto after a slide off. He explained he was a ways away but he would be there as soon as he could. Arrived shortly and had us out in less than 5 minutes ! Friendly and courteous!
