TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED, that I wasn t warned of the possibility, that the wheels on my Ford Truck may chip or peel, when having new tires put on. What a shock to see, on all 4 wheels

Super knowledgeable people. If one person doesn't know the answer the other one does.They have a good inventory of parts. Seems like not very often do I have to wait to get something in "the next day" Even had a Turbo intercooler boot in stock for a 20 year old Ford 7.3 diesel.Also have a mechanic shop that is in the same building so if yiu don't want to work on stuff yourself yiu can bring it to them.

Wonderful service and they don't make you pay for anything that you shouldn't have to. The auto shop that is attached help me get a very specific oil type for my car in only two days and didn't make my pay an extra dime! Wonderful experience overall.

We want to give Ron a shout out! He is an employee at this NAPA store that helped us when our car was making a funny noise and we were on vacation. He right away checked the wheels and the Lugnuts were so loose, he could turn them by hand on the front tires. So hefixed that for no cost! He literally saved our lives, as we could ve had a terrible accident! He Wouldn t take anything for it! He was our angel! Thank you so much and I hope he gets a raise!

Crooks , they charged more than listed price and got wrong parts 3 times after giving them parts number. Don't waste you're time here. Finally just gave up and took the wrong parts and left

There's a reason I drive to Rhinelander instead of staying local and shopping at Napa. This store is the reason. Napa has really lost their foothold and let the competition win customers like me over with better prices and even better customer service. Napa is like the Sears or Kmart of auto parts stores: it's only a matter of time...

I took my 2003 eclipse in for a routine oil change and 2 days later my car sounds like it fell off a cliff ... first off they put the wrong oil in my car... I have a 3.0 v6 gts ... that takes 4.5 quarts of full synthetic... they just took it upon there selves to put in regular oil.. also my oil pan is leaking oil all over my garage floor... when I called to speak to Ron the garage manager I was asked to bring it in.. when I did he wasn't there, instead I spoke to the owner who when I told him the situation with my car just proceeded to laugh at me... I asked him if he could step outside and listen to my car he continued to laugh and told me no that he was busy .( but not too busy to take my money).apparently after I got off the phone with the manager my car and me were considered a joke and somehow suggested that I wanted my car overhauled because of the situation when in fact I wouldn't let them overhaul my lawnmower.. very unprofessional, from the owner down to the employees.. I should of taken my car away from the shop when I seen that the kid that was doing the oil change couldn't even drive my car up onto the lift because it was a stick.. wow! A mechanic that can't drive ..that should of been a red light to me as well was the employee working there that is a known criminal and drug addict... I wouldn't recommend Napa in Eagle River for any work you may need done to your car let alone a simple oil change!!! You'll leave with more problems then you came with
