I had an engine light blinking on my 2021 JEEP Gladiator truck. I took it to the Jeep dealer in Eagle River, Wi. I do not recommend this dealership at all.It was minutes before anyone addressed me. When I explained that I needed to know why my engine light was blinking, I was told it was going to cost me $75 for a half-hour of service to run the codes. I was asked to sign an agreement to pay for them to run the codes. After a few minutes, the guy returned to tell me that it was going to be a very expensive fix. I asked how much and he said, "very expensive". I then told him that I had no idea how much he considers expensive and asked for an amount. I was told that it would be over $3000. He then said that he wasn't going to charge me the $75 because they don't like charging that amount and charged me $20 plus tax.As I was leaving, I asked for documentation stating what was wrong with my car. He printed off something that didn't include what I asked for and said he'd email it to me. I asked if he would like my email. He said, "I suppose that would help".As I'm walking out of the door, another customer says to me...that part is under your warranty. You have a PowerTrain warranty. I was shocked and turned back and approached the counter. I said, "The customer over there says this should be under a warranty. Is it"? They guy then proceeded to look up my warranty and said that I had a PowerTrain warranty but that my basic warranty expired.I then drove to Rhinelander and found out that not only do I have the PowerTrain warranty, I also have two months left of my basic warranty.Service in Rhinelander was top-notch. I will never again stop in to Eagle River Jeep.

Long story, but here are the details. Bought a used truck from their lot. I paid $45k cash. Engine light came on the next day. They chose to diagnose it without even putting it on a scan tool, claiming it was on when I test drove it. Turned out to be a sensor/ filter in the crankshaft area (sorry for lack of details). Shortly after, the left rear axle seal started leaking. Replaced the seal and noticed the differential was shot. Had to replace all the internals. Went weeks without my new truck! Didn't replace the brakes (after I requested immediately after I saw the leak) and they started squeeking. Exhaust started rattling right after I got it back. Replaced clamps, but the didn't solve the iissue. Shortly after, I noticed the mirror signals and heated mirrors weren't working. They replaced the modules, after saying they noticed corrosion in the plugs, but that didn't fix the issue. They never call me about the status, I have to call to get updates. Last time I went in, I told them my brakes are still squeeking, exhaust still rattles, and mirrors still don't work. Adam said that they won't be covering anymore because they've put $3k into it already. When I called the GM he said that they will only look at the brakes, but the rattle and mirrors aren't a safety issue, so they won't fix them. Their inspection sheet clearly stated no problems with any part of the truck. Apparently, they won't stand by their inspections! The GM said it's not part of their job to inspect things like mirror lights as the fronts and rears are all that's required.Oh, I forgot, the low tire lights were on as well. They dismounted the tires, cleaned and put back on, but they were still leaking. They didn't replace the valve stems, originally, so I had to bring it back for that.Beware of this place! Now I have to fix my investment that I trusted was properly inspected.

My sales rep, DJ Garner, made buying my new Jeep a pleasant experience. No high pressure sales tactics, he answered all my questions and he took the time to make sure I understood the workings of my new Renegade before I Ieft the dealership. I highly recommend his services.

Kurt in service is the most awesome knowledgeable person. He will do whatever it takes to make sure your vehicle gets fixed and fixed right the first time! I am so grateful to have someone in this industry that cares as much as he does.

I called the dealership after coming across their website and seeing a vehicle I may have been interested in. Ed S and his team took numerous phone calls and texts from me; some even while on his time off. Ed S and his team worked tirelessly to find me the exact truck that I wanted, which was no easy task and at no point did I feel like I was a burden, even with all of the calls, texts, and vehicle changes. I felt like Ed S was taking care of a family member. I have bought NUMEROUS vehicles from all over the midwest and this was by far the best buying experience and absolutely worth the 150 mile drive up. It says something when it is minus 10 degrees and you pull in to the dealership lot and Ed S takes the time and comes out and greats you at your vehicle! Buy from Ed S and his team!

Was looking at a truck there recently ..was doing good till we started on pricing.. Told me they didn't give kelly blue book prices on my trade-in and they said they figured the difference out in their pricing ..really tried to low ball me ..was sad .. Said he didn't want to add all the features on my truck to get the right trade -in value.. and the person was quite loud with me...was like arguing ..not a pleasant experience at all.. Good luck dealing with these people
