Ordered a used airbag module. It came in and we plugged it in. Had more codes than we had before. Called them up and let them know. Went over part numbers again. They told me to chuck it in the trash, another is on the way no charge. Amazing service.

Found a wheel I needed for my Aspen thru Don Schaefer. Very reasonably priced when compared to other listing. Came in n box packaged well to protect rim. Taking into consideration it is a used wheel, I have to say it s straight not to beat up and even came with oem center cap. Very happy with purchase and thinking of getting a spare.

This review has been a year in the making when we stopped by Mr. Scharf's parts yard to buy a complete Dodge Viper from Paul's personal collection.Man - in the world of car buying, rare are the times you can say they were tolerable let alone enjoyable. In the words of Scharf himself in regards to potential state re-registration issues (dealer to private owner) we could have had "My name is the only thing I've got and I'm not going to tarnish it. I'll take the car back if it doesn't work out."Who in the WORLD sells a 100% money back guarantee car?! Someone who's as honest as the day is long. What a pleasure Mr. Scharf is. We've had the car for over a year now and besides never being able to make a quick break from a gas station due to all the questions and photos people take, this thing has been nothing but a peach (an aggressive peach, but a peach nonetheless).Paul - If you're reading this, your old steed has been the cherry on top of a great car buying experience! The girl looks good and still brakes necks!

I scrapped some metal and bought some parts. One of the best salvage yards I've ever been too. Employees are very good at what they do and i could tell they enjoyed doing it. I instantly felt comfortable them and their prices can't be beat. Thanks!!

Absolutely top-notch service! Grade A used parts for 2005 Chevy Colorado. Mounting brackets an hardware came with it. Top quality used parts in great shape! Excellent customer service! Definitely worth the trip!

I needed a front control module for my 2007 Charger, which was nearly impossible to find for any price. I'd been warned that the business of used auto parts had a lot of seedy and unreputable players, and the two places I called first tried to high-pressure me into buying. One of them even called and texted me nearly a dozen times. Luckily I found the part here for less than a third of what the other places wanted, and it came in the mail two days later! Top notch parts, excellent service! Recently purchased some color matched front parts for a car we are repairing and they shipped them reasonably. The parts were also packed extremely well on a pallet. Good sales people, we've used them a number of times.

The sales in sheriff automotive is great PJ is more giving than what I see a salesperson usually is I think he's one of the best ones they got Paul's good I didn't never had a problem with him and so is his wife very nice people I like

I love Don Scharf Automotive Inc because they're local and they have all the parts I need to keep my Dodge Viper running like new. They also had a spring for a newer pickup that I couldn't find anywhere else. Very convenient.

I live 6 hours south of them and they had a motor I needed. Made the drive up and everything went flawless! Amazing staff who are very dedicated to helping the customers! Motor ran great just as they said it would. Thanks again, Adam (ADM Automotive)

Doesn't pay fair prices. Over charges for salvage parts. Makes back what he gave you for car on first part he sells. Any part $50.00 minimum listed on the wall. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!! Bring your own lube, thats not free either.

Ryan was not interested in helping me get the part that I needed. Acted like I was bothering him. Insulted me by saying they have a 45$ minimum. Good job Ryan I would have paid 200$ for the brackets I needed.
