Great family owned dealer group only half hour from West Madison. Avoid the big dealers in Madison & get A+ Customer Service while getting top dollar for your vehicle! Highly recommended sales and service.

Conducted the deal from out of state and flew in to finish the paperwork and drive the vehicle back. In my dealings with Kyle, Adam, and Nick they were nothing short of professional and accommodating. Any time I had a question, concern, or request they were on top of it immediately. If you re in the area or they have a vehicle in stock that you re looking for and willing to travel for, I can t recommend these guys enough. One of the best dealership experiences I ve ever had, if not the best.

Great experience all around. Kyle, our sales person was excellent. He made the experience very enjoyable. Usually buying a car is stressful, but he took away all of the pressure we have felt when purchasing a vehicle in the past. Listened to what we wanted and did not push us to something else. He explained everything very clearly regarding shortages of the model we wanted and was honest & fun to work with. Finance Kyle was also a pleasure to work with. He made us comfortable and made the financing process easy. They made us feel like part of the Hallada family and for the first time, were excited about buying a vehicle!

Had my car towed into their facility with three oil leaks. Car had no other issues besides that. Had it towed in knowing it would do more damage if I drove it in. They fixed the leaks and said it was running fine. It died on the way back to my place. started having idling issues, I put a reader on it. they gave me back my car with 10 issues they did not tell me about. Would not recommend taking it there.

My husband and I are from central Nebraska. We were traveling for the holidays when we had some major repairs that needed to be done on our vehicle. Hallada got us in and fixed up so quickly. It was amazing and so nice of them to get us in right before the holiday. We are extremely grateful and appreciative. We ll never forget their kindness.

purchased a car in Jan from out of state, was told it would take about 30 days to get the title for plates, 7/7/23 still dont have the title. its a 50k paper weight, called and they were no help at all. should of provided me with a dealer tag until things were fixed.

We purchased our first used vehicle from a car lot with the help of Kyle. Kyle was great and he really put the effort in to satisfy us as customers. He was laid back and we enjoyed dealing with him. We purchased a used vehicle and it wasn't a expensive used vehicle and he still stood strong with us for hours until late at night when we finally agreed. We all know that they really dont need to waist their time on a vehicle for only a few grand. Not once did he makes us feel like we were less than someone buying a brand new vehicle. Happy with our vehicle and happy with the help.

I choose to drive 50 miles to receive all service for my vehicle at Hallada. I have trust in their service managers and technicians. They are up front and honest with what s needed and what it will cost. They accommodate my scheduling needs and provide loaner vehicles as needed. Always a good experience at Hallada!

I had a low tire, added air but the symbol did not go away. I was heading to Madison and drove to Hallada Motors GM to see if anyone was still at the repair shop. Jeff was still at work. He added more air and suggested that I not drive to Madison. Jeff told me that the repair shop was open at 7:30 am on Tuesday. I called Hallada Motors GM on Tuesday morning at 7:17 am Roger answered the phone and said if I could be there by 7:30am he could get my tire looked at. Tire fixed and all done by 8am. Thank you Jeff, Roger and whoever fixed my tire. Living in a small town is the best!!!!! Excellent Customer Service, thank you

If I could give zero stars I would. I originally came here to get a coolant leak fixed on my Cruze they replaced my thermostat and housing then told me it s all fixed. Then I drive it down the road and overheats yet again. Then they have me come back and replace all the coolant lines and the water pump and outlet all fixed. It wasn t then they told me that it was my reservoir that I had already purchased and had laying around for a year because they told me that wasn t the problem. Well they slap it in and try to charge me 170$ for a part I already had ... because they had to pressure test it FOR THE 5th TIME. Every time I drive away they tell me the problem was fixed and every time I end up on the side of the road out nearly 1500$ and the issue is not resolved. These guys don t know what they are doing or are just scamming people do not bring your vehicle here.

I would have bought a car today but they told me if I bought it they were going to undercoat it and scotch guard the interior whether I wanted it done or not and I was going to pay for it. They "only had 17 cars on their lots so they had to make money somewhere". Wouldn't recommend them to anyone
