Brought out 2024 edge in because the brakes were shaking and windshield was separating and had three scratches on fender. Only drove 1500 miles on this brand new vehicle body doesn t line up and hood shakes like it s about to pop open. Vehicle came back a week later with all of the same issues they said they fixed. Vehicle needs major body work in order to be lined up correctly. We got completely screwed over on this 58k vehicle.They put 3m tape on windshield, instantly peeled apart and looks like a toddler fixed it.

Service desk employee Brooklyn was super helpful and friendly. She made sure I understood all the maintenance they were recommending. The car was done in a reasonable amount of time and when I drove it, wow! I could really tell the difference between prior and after maintenance work. Thank you for taking good care of my car.

Note: This review was originally posted on Kunes Ford, but better reflected the service department so I have separated them.I have been quite disappointed with my service experience recently. Overall, I feel the quality of service has been poor, and the part management on Ford's end is frustrating to deal with. I have had to return many times to have various issues with my car fixed, and once had to return because the car was delivered to me in worse condition than I had left it.Shortly after purchasing a new 2020 Ford EcoSport in July of 2021, I noticed my brakes were squealing very loudly in reverse. I was told this would go away after some time and it was the car's brakes breaking in. This was not true. I returned for this issue and was told that the brakes are loud on the Ford EcoSport, and that it's normal. I looked this up and found others on Reddit complaining of a similar issue, so the issue seems to be with the car. When I asked if the brakes could be replaced under the limited warranty, I was told no. I was never provided a work order documenting this. I will ultimately need to pay to replace the brakes myself to fix this, despite it being an issue from day one.I also have issues with the radio rebooting occasionally, but was unable to reproduce the issue at the service department. I asked if they can review logs from the system, or see why it's rebooting - they said they cannot.On June 29th 2023, I had my passenger visor replaced as it was falling off, and my steering was making a mild clunking sound. The technician who replaced my visor stained my headliner with oil and broke the cap which covers the screw for the visor. I ended up being charged for this part that they broke, though it was only $5.15. When I brought up the billing issue, I was offered $5 off of an oil change, which was frustrating because I assume my visor was "fixed" by the same technician who'd be changing my oil.In an attempt to resolve the clunking, steering rack was replaced but it turns out the issue wasn't caused by the steering rack, so my car was returned to me with the same clunking steering, except now the steering wheel is slightly crooked.In early June, I noticed my car was having an issue with the acceleration being a bit rough. The service advisor said it's probably normal; it took two return visits and a ride along with a techniciam for them to tell me that it is likely a torque converter problem. They said they wouldn't be able to see me until mid-August, which was around a month and a half from when I was picking up my vehicle for the other issue. For this service experience, I felt very dismissed and frustrated.They were able to get me in a bit sooner, as it was getting worse and I no longer felt comfortable with driving the car due to a growing howling noise. The steering column is to be replaced, but was backordered for an indefinite period of time. It ended up arriving in mid-October, though they couldn't see me until Nov. 6th. The main repair regarding the rough acceleration was done well, and the car feels better to drive again. A loaner car was not available for this service either.I was informed the howling noise was caused by a wheel bearing, which I am having repaired at the same time as the steering column.It's now 11/06/23, and my car's steering column and bad wheel bearing have finally been replaced after the steering column arrived. Nobody contacted me when the parts arrived - I had to routinely call and ask for updates. A loaner was still not available according to an employee I spoke with over the phone.My car was returned to me with both issues addressed, but the steering wheel is still as crooked as when I dropped it off. I am not yet sure if I will return to address the slightly crooked steering.Update: They have corrected the crooked steering. My vehicle is finally back to factory condition, and it "only" took a handful of visits. I look forward to not visiting again.

Very amazing customer service, spoke with Michael to get some maintenance done with my car. We cover all the things needed to be done with a newly purchased used car and even went above and beyond installing new lug nuts on my car. Will be definitely going back due to the price and the welcoming community they have as a company.

First service experience went better than my first sales experience so that s a good sign. Oil change and some misc items completed without issue and good communication. Having an issue with my battery on a BRAND NEW truck and we ll need to do more tests before replacing. It s defective and needs to be replaced.

They did a very thorough inspection. I was educated on the quick check of my alignment and shown just how bad it really was. I took the advice had my alignment done and now my vehicle is riding better. Thank you Mike and Steve for such great service.

Kudos to Griffin Ford.. My vehicle would not start. I called and spoke with Ben the service advisor. He had a technician out to my house with in 45 minutes to test my battery. After finding out it wasn't the battery. A tow truck arrived at my home to move the vehicle to their service store for repairs. After the dust settled that day, the diagnostic test resulted in my ABS Sensor was fried so that's why my vehicle wouldn't start.A shout out to Ben the service advisor, Hunter the tow truck driver , the young man that tested my battery. They all worked together as a team. Much appreciated !!!5 Stars to all of you!!

Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in all my 58 years. This is the second time Kunes has sold me a vehicle with major issues. I would not trust their inspection process. First vehicle had been in a major accident with frame damage and the second vehicle ( the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased by the way)only lasted 2 weeks before a complete engine failure. They would not cover the repair and it took them 6 weeks to replace the engine at my expense. So much for their customer satisfaction guarantee. It grieves me to write this but it is all true. I even wrote a personal email to the owner Gregg Kunes with no response at all! Sad:(

Jessica was very honest, helpful and even tried to offer discounts. In the past she recommended Ford pass points which helped lower costs. She reserved a rental car so I could keep my schedule and not inconvenience my family. The repair was done quickly and with official Ford parts:

Typically my vehicle s are taken in with no appointment, which, in my busy life is very much appreciated. I had mechanics check my tire pressure where I knew I was missing valve stem caps. They replaced them without me asking. Very thoughtful and certainly isn t a requirement. Again! Very much appreciated..

Not at all impressed with the Service Department. 1. It started with a email from the Service manager telling me sorry you didn't purchase the car from us but we can Service it for you. We did purchase the car from them. 2. 1st service appointment was made a 7:00 am. When I got there was told the master mechanics don't come in until 8:00. I told them I would be waiting for the car. Luckily I had enough work to keep me busy for 3 hours. 3. No part in stock 2 months to get part. 4. Scheduled Appointment. 5. Received an email a week later telling me that they were going to send back the part unless we Scheduled an appointment. The appointment was scheduled more than a week earlier. Who knows if the part will be installed our appointment is tomorrow.

The representatives at Kunes Ford were very kind and attentive to my problem with my vehicle. Even at 8 yrs old my 2017 had a recall and they had no problem scheduling for it to be taken care of and quickly as well. All involved did a great job. I'd highly recommend them.

Always a pleasant experience with the truck service department when they work on our 7.3L, 6.0L, and 6.7L DIESELS. Get you in and out quickly. $200/hr is a bit steep and now they add a 3% fee to accept credit card was a bit shocking. I didn't notice until I checked my credit card balance a day later. As a former merchant processing salesman, I know you're supposed to include that fee in with your costs or have a sign stating the fee is added. Which I didn't notice. Especially at a large multi state multi brand dealership, it's a bit tacky. It's the little things us customers really notice! I can only imagine what the rates will be in 5 years? Probably as much a my lawyer charges per hour.

Took my f150 in for service for a grinding noise while driving in 2wd. They replaced the IWE, I paid my bill and went on my way. After 1.5 days the truck made the same noise as before I brought it in. I was admittedly unhappy, I went back into the service department very frustrated. I worked with Scott throughout the entire service, Him and the entire staff took my frustration with grace and professionalism. They took the truck back in, did some further diagnostics and repairs, and did not stick me with another bill. I am very pleased with my service and the people at the service desk. While I was very frustrated at first, they made it right. Couldn t ask for anything more!

My toddler son and I were stranded almost 2 hours from home when our minivan suddenly stopped working. The team at Kunes got us in and helped distract my son while we waited for service. We were very grateful for their friendly and efficient service during our panic.

Service was excellent. Thank you.I was disappointed with the final price of the oil change plus. On the Ford app when I made the appointment it says starting at$75 . I didn t expect the price at $113!I was also disappointed that the rear shocks are leaking with only 41000 miles on the Escape and a estimate to replace over $800!

Other than the realization that I can't afford to lease a new Ford Truck, my experience was fantastic. I want to remain a Ford customer but leasing another truck has almost doubled in price. I guess it is time to find a different manufacturer. Thanks for all of the good years.

I was very pleased with the service from Kunes. My battery did not start on a very cold day. They jumpstarted my car and even though it was close to closing time, they invited me to the service station to test the battery to make sure it was still working.The customer service was top-notch, from every person I spoke to on the phone, to the service department, and worker who came out to jumpstart my car. Tom was amazing and made sure I got exactly what I wanted!!! I told him what I was looking at he pulled the car around had me test drive and then showed me all the work they had done to the vehicle. I was sold on the car and I will for sure send anyone looking for a car to Tom!!!!
