I Had an Amazing experience at Kunes Ford of Delavan! This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from them! Their sales team did an amazing job by helping me pick out the vehicle that I wanted while keeping my goals in mind! I Would highly recommend buying from Kunes Ford of Delavan!

Jose and Dave were amazing to work with! Great customer service, kept us laughing the entire time. They worked with my situation and made sure I left with a new car! I love my Mustang Mach E! I definitely recommend Jose for all your car needs!

Just bought my Ford F 350 Tremor Platinum edition from them. Best experience I ever had. Salesprofessional Zachary Combs was the best. Unfortunately I can't give him six stars. He helped us with everything we asked. Will recommend him to everyone who wants not just to buy new car, bu also to have the best service. Thank you everyone who was involved in my buying process. They worked with me to get the best deal. They gave me the amount I asked for my trade-in and the amount I wanted to pay monthly. There was no pressure to buy and when the car I wanted had a slight problem. I was able to get a loaner car until they get my car fixed. I would recommend Kunes to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

Timothy Bies is a great salesman to work with. I ve bought 3-4 trucks from him I use for work. He stays in contact with you, makes the process easy. And for guys ordering trucks, Kunes gets them in faster than most dealers.

I stopped at Kunes to look at this amazing black jeep wrangler sahara with red rims. I fell in love and decided to test drive it. My husband and I liked it, so we decided to sit down and discuss finances. Unfortunately we could not come to an agreement that day. I reached out, expressing my concerns, and the dealership's best helped me OWN this new jeep. Dealing with Dan Kunes and his "right hand" man Eddy was a fantastic experience. Not only did they treat us very well, but they are still available if we have any questions. I would highly recommend this dealership. Their staff and owner's are quite amazing.

Worst experience ever regarding a warranty on a vehicle. Anna in finance is terrible. I believe she s a manager. Anna and Heather, sold me 2 warranties over 5k total under false pretense. When it came time to use BOTH warranties neither or them covered what needed to be repaired during 2 separate instances! Initially, I just requested a phone call to understand the contract but she would not even grant me that request. Very inconsiderate. I bought a very expensive vehicle from this dealership with the most expensive warranties and can t get a simple call back. I contacted the GM before regarding this and still didn t get a response. If they were honest about that information. DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTIES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

We recently purchased our new F150 and it was a seemless, easy process. To top it off, our sales rep, Dane Anderson, was the BEST. He found the truck on another lot of theirs and kept us up to speed on everything until it was on the Delavan lot and ready for us. We will definitely be back when it's time to purchase another vehicle! Thanks Dane for all you did, we are so happy with the truck!

Zach was great and the process from walking in the store to leaving with our car was around 1 hour!! All paperwork was 100% accurate during the signing process and the financial guy was also knowledgeable and kind!! I forgot his name but great guy!!

Zach Combes was extremely helpful. When my local dealership tried overcharging for the same truck I found Kunes online at a better price. Dealing with a remote buyer is always more work but Zach didnt flinch. Not only did he make everything easy but because the paperwork was done ahead of time I was in and out of the dealership very quickly when I flew out to pick up the vehicle. I have purchased a dozen cars and this was by far the best experience I have had. Knowledgeable and no pressure purchase.

I had a great experience buying a new Mustang Mach E GT. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Salesman Krzysztof was very knowledgeable about the car and whole process was seamless. If you are looking to buy a Ford this dealership is one the best.

These guys go above and beyond. Logan and Derek are great guys and the whole dealership was extremely kind and helpful! Definitely recommend these guys to anyone interested in a vehicle. Not too mention the selection of vehicles they get are amazing!

I worked with Cesar. He was able to show me all of my options and I was able to get out of a difficult situation with one of those predatory buy here pay here places. Left in a brand new vehicle at lower payments than I had on an eleven year old vehicle. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They took their time to answer all of my questions and fully understand all of my options. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Never buy a vehicle from here. And especially DON'T bring it in for service. They give you a "lifetime" warranty but service has to be done there. I prepurchased 10 oil changes when I bought my Explorer. On it's 3rd oil change "miraculously" a huge chip of paint was missing from one of the doors, with a nice dent to round it off. They deny that it happened there but I know it was not damaged when I left my house . If I didn't have to keep going there to make sure my warranty stays good I would never go on a Kunes lot again.

Derek Butler is the absolute best!!! Always make sure his customers walk away happy. He goes above and beyond every time for every customer. He's a great guy to deal with cause he ALWAYS gets things done

Want your dream car and your wife won't let you? Go see Jose Cortez, he helped convince mine to go for it.....even though I ended up leaving with 2 brand new vehicles I got mine. He made the whole process easy. I would give 5 stars but their website false advertises and gives people hope who have bad or no credit and their prices are based on someone with a 750 credit score.

I have been talking to Logan for weeks, he was great over the phone. I got to dealership. He had a SUV waiting for me. I tested drove the vehicle and it had a burning smell. I brought that to his attention and asked him. Could he look at the oil not once Did he ever look at the oil. I recently filed bankruptcy, so I know I didn't have many options and I needed a vehicle for me and my children so I took it home anyways. The next day I get a call from the dealership explaining that they forgot to do the safety check. A vehicle should not be sold without a safety check being done they came and picked up the vehicle and gave me a rental. During that time, I felt an edge about the vehicle and I let them know that I did not want the vehicle any longer. I spoke with Derek (Manager) he told me to come in and we can trade out the car. Once I got there, they told me that it was a three day window and I would no longer be able to trade in the car because I did the car with my finance company but I received a text from their finance office telling me I needed to complete the call. I was not able to turn the car in within three days because they had the vehicle. How could I turn in something that I didn't have. I felt judged since the minute that I walked in there, because they kept bringing up the bankruptcy and my credit score. I am not happy with this experience. By law, a car should not be sold until the safety check has been completed. I have contacted a lawyer, and I will not let them get away with this.

I am unable to say enough good things about this dealership and the individuals that I worked with! I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra and couldn't be happier with the overall experience.I'd like to give a special shout-out to Eric Mohr (Sales Rep), Aaron Olson (Sales Manager), and Dave (Finance). These (3) gentlemen were phenomenal to work with throughout the entire sales process!! These guys treated me right and were fair and transparent throughout the transaction!I will definitely be recommending Kunes Ford of Delavan to any of my family and friends who are in the market for a new vehicle!Thank you again Kunes Team!

I ordered a Ford Maverick and Jesus (Chuy) made it such an easy process.Once my truck was in, he paired me with Mike and I was driving away in no time.Additionally I came prepared to have my financing through my lending institution, but they even found a better rate than I had.Great Job Kunes Ford of Delavan!!!

This was a terrific dealership to do business with. From the first test drive to the negotiation to the finance, purchase and delivery was completely seamless. John, the manager and Antonio the salesman did everything right! Thank you so much for making my car buying experience such an easy process. I m grateful for the ceramic coat and the extended warranty which gives me peace of mind. This dealership got it right! You will not find a better group of people to deal with.

Can t rave enough about our experience here. Antonio Deleon was amazing from the moment we arrived. Very personable, not pushy and all around helpful with every step of the process. Dave Marquardt in finance was very helpful and had us in and out with keys in our hand within 30 minutes. We love our Ford Explorer and will shop with Kunes for the years to come! Definitely ask for Antonio!!

The salespeople were excellent! I was so happy to drive away in my car. I had to take it back the next day, due to some issues, but they were more than happy to keep the vehicle to fix it at they're expense, and gave me a loner car. This definitely the place to go if you need a car.
