Service was very detailed oriented. I ve always stayed way from the oil change places that don t have the hometown feel. Dylan was awesome to work with. Very welcoming and cares about you and your vehicle.

Super friendly and knowledgeable technicians! Honestly it had been a day with vehicle issues for us, and they went out of their way to make sure they could do everything they could for us. I believe it was Richie that worked with me for the most part, he was so kind and patient while I rambled on about all my car issues. Honestly I don t trust a lot of maintenance places to not try to sell me things I don t need, but they were completely honest and straightforward about what I needed, what I could hold off on and what I didn t need. They fixed Walmarts mistake, and we will be taking our vehicle there for maintenance from now on. Oh and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes which was a huge bonus for me.

The service was knowledgeable and attentive- from the person who greeted me immediately upon my arrival to the technician who explained what he was doing and answered my questions to the manager who was involved throughout. They made helpful suggestions without me feeling like they were trying to sell me. Well done.

Vehicle: 2022 Kia SorentoVisit date: 1/25/2024The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience comforting. I initially made this a 1-star review because I thought they had broken a part of my vehicle that I forgot I had actually done myself over a year ago. Tim, the district manager was promptly ready and willing to resolve the issue before I had the realization the broken part was my fault. Excellent customer service.

I'm very disappointed with my service. I was there for an oil change about a month ago. My truck requires 8 quarts of full synthetic 0W20. I was leaving on a trip and didn't have time to do it myself so brought it to them assuming they could handle a basic straight forward service. By the time I got home 20 minutes away my low oil light came on. Checked the dipstick, no oil in the full range..I added 2 quarts of oil of my own oil. Now, a month later, low oil light is on again. I checked under the truck sure enough my oil filter is leaking. So now I have to deal with this after spending $180 bucks on a routine oil change. Will not be returning unless it's for them to make amends.

I came in unsure of what was causing a vibration in my steering wheel and Dylan, one of their Service Technicians did an amazing job finding my problem and saving me a lot of trouble. Overall amazing service and I will definitely be coming back to this jiffy lube in future.

Showed up 11/17 around 4pm to get my tires changed and was told there would be a wait (they don t close until 6), Josh suggested we come back 11/18 in the morning, and if no one is able to do it when we arrive, to have someone call him and he would come in a do it himself (he also made sure to let us know he s not scheduled until 12, but he ll come in early to do the tires). Well, we arrived at 10 am and they were fairly busy, but he said to have someone call him. No one calls him, but they let us know he ll be here at 11; we come back at 11,and now he s going to be more late because of an accident. Ended up leaving around 11:15 , Josh still nowhere to be seen, without the tires, and time wasted. Definitely Will not be back.

Tightened my oil drain plug WAY past specs and when I called to see if they d do anything for me, they told me I could pay for another oil change. Seems a bit ridiculous to pay for a service that was already done incorrectly. I ll never go to this jiffy lube, or any for that matter, ever again.

I took my company truck in to have the oil changed and tire rotation because they are on the approved fleet maintenance list of service locations. One person was running the office and doing the work when I arrived at 8:30. At 9am another person showed up an hour late for work, after an hour of me being there I got the oil changed and tires rotated but only 2 of the 4 tires were topped off with air, and nobody reset my oil life button on the dash so I went home and finished the job myself. I would expect better service from a professional shop specializing in this type of work.

Interior floors, not cleaned they claimed it was completed.Did I clean interior windows they claim it was completed.Check and fill windshield wiper washer, fluids they claim they added they did not. They claim they checked my tires fronts 35 rears 35 not true. My tires are all at 45 pounds.

Above and beyond spectacular assistance!!!!!!! My father went to get Jiffy Lube for an oil change and there was no one there who spoke Spanish Mark went above and beyond and found someone to translate to my father to make sure he understood what my father needed as well as what Mark would be providing. I would go there again and recommend my fellow associates and family to go to see Mark at Jiffy Lube. Thank you, Mark. You did a great job. Thank you for making my father feel welcome.

First come first serve which is nice. I pulled up on a Friday am and it wasn't busy. I got my oil changed and tires rotated in a reasonable time. The employees are super friendly, have a nice waiting area with free coffee, water and a charging station for phones. They were also reasonably priced.

The entire Jiffy Lube staff went out of their way to take excellent care of me. I had a fantastic all around experience. The waiting facility is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend this location for a fast, friendly, and affordable oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was in direr straights 100 mi.away from home with a tire going flat and couldn't find a tire store open.I drove to the Jiffy lube and asked if they could fix my tire and they said yes wow but the best part was it was 10 after 6:00 pm and they were closed for 10 minutes, the young man said he would do it for me and I would be on my way .Fantastic service guys and a bigThank You again...

I had the best experience getting an oil change I've ever had in my life! I was pleasantly surprised the amount of care that goes into a vehicle. They really go out of their way to make sure your car is safe and performs well. Aaliyah was just amazing with her knowledge and care. This has happened for the 2nd times. My vehicle doesn t leak. Maybe a drop or 2 but this is some serious leaking in less than 24 hours after I had oil change there.I will joy be going back there again and ever.

The staff of Jiffy Lube in Delavan WI are friendly and professional. The level of customer service is of the highest quality. They listened to what I said and repeated it back to ensure they understood me. The facility was very clean and well organized. Service was faster than I expected. Even though I only asked for an oil change, they visually inspected other things to ensure the safety when driving. For example, a tire appeared low so they made sure all 4 tires were at the proper pressure. They gave me a full report of what they did and inspected. When I got in my car to leave, it was clean and didn't smell of oil or solvents. We have a white car and there were no oily finger prints on the body or inside the car. There is a saying, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care". The quality of service and customer relation of Jiffy Lube clearly shows they care.Services: Tires, Oil change

There was only one person in front of us and it took over an hour to get our oil changed. Not only that but it was more expensive than a typical oil change.

When I first walked in I was greeted with a smile. They didn t have my tire but were willing to order it. I went to another business and brought the tire back and they mounted and balanced the tire for free. Amazing customer service and even better people.Service: TiresService: Tires
