I can t thank Ryan and the team at Advance Auto Clinic enough. I was heading up from Illinois to Green Bay Wisconsin for a fishing trip with my boys when our truck broke down unexpectedly. Ryan was able to diagnose and fix our truck in just a few short hours to get us back on the road. Without his top-notch customer service we wouldn t have been able to make the trip or the memories that we made. Thanks again to Ryan and Advance Auto Clinic for coming to our rescue.

First time to AAA for an oil change and tire rotation. Highly recommended by a customer of mine. A After taking my car a man came out and showed me my cabin filter which was very dirty. He quoted me $80 for filter for a total of est $170. Dummy me agreed. After getting a $25 quote from Auto zone for same filter I was not feeling comfortable for what he was charging. First of all why was he in my car taking my glove box out??? I also looked how to replace it myself. I presented a $30 gift card at the time I brought the car in. So I was there 1 hr and 45 minutes with an appt. When I got the bill it was $179.00 including the gift card. So of course I questioned it. So the filter was actually $30 with an installation of $45 that was actually a few clips to install. But again why was he in my glove box and at this point was the dirty filter even mine? So he definitely lied. He heard me talking to the young girl at the counter but never addressed it. She was nice enough to give me the installation fee off but I never got the $30 gift card off from the original quote. I was looking for a mechanic that I could trust but it definitely won t be AAA. I walked away feeling good about me questioning this kind of service to a brand new customer. So no I will not be back. Sad how people are these days!! When I got back in my car the front seat covers were not even put back on the seats

Fantastic job, guys! My 2001 Ford Mustang was right at home amongst the professionals at Advanced Auto Clinic on Hwy 50. I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change, rear differential seal, and full real brake service. All three of said services are in wonderful order. Thank you again for the fantastic job!

I have taken my car here several times and they are fantastic! Their customer service is the best I've ever seen, even better than some retail stores. Brandon went out of his way to make sure I had a loaner car. Brandon made a follow up call to me this morning to ask how my car was running and to make sure everything was running well! Do not hesitate to take your car to their facility on Ann St. or their new, beautiful facility on Hwy 50 in Delavan.

I'm new to the area and needed to find a new place to take my car for service. I was greeted with a friendly smile and called by name as they took in my car for an oil change. Their waiting room was comfortable and sunny. They treated me like a friend instead of someone new who just walked in. Definitely would recommend them for great service.

Recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Rav4 that I wanted looked at. Rob, Brandon, and staff did an amazing job of taking care of my vehicle. I did need some repairs which was expected. I was communicated with, a usable evaluation of my specific car and what to look to do in the future was provided to me. The facility is new, really nice, and convenient. Most of all, and most importantly, I feel safe driving this older vehicle. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer. Super accommodating. .

Just moved to the area and found this site for auto service. I made an appointment for my 40K service and told them I would need to wait for the car. When I arrived they were ready to work on the car without delay. The service on the car was excellent. The car was clean when completed and they discussed the service done and future service needs.Also, you could not find a more pleasant group that assisted me behind the desk. They were polite, told me about future events and were very pleasant to work with. I was considering driving 60+ miles to bring my car back to the place I was using for 20 years but Advanced auto will be a place I will come back to.

Needed short notice work on my 2009 Honda fit. Staff was super friendly very thorough and kept me in the loop the entire time. Also really appreciate the after hours lockbox pickup and great they left in my car made my day! Thanks again!

Advanced auto. Clinic did an excellent job computer diagnostic my car and accommodating to my needs, I recommend Advanced Auto Clinic for your automobile needs. They check everything for you, I was having problems with leaking from my water pump, they replaced it. By far one of the best shops I have taken my vehicle to. They were very thorough. I went in for an oil change and they did a complimentary full inspection. With photos and details on items that need attention now or in the future. The customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly. What I really liked was the electronic report that was sent to me for review. At the time of pick up they left a cup with snacks and a card as a thank you for trusty in them to service my vehicle. I'm quite impressed! We took our old Hyundai over to Advanced Auto Clinic due to several issues it was having. I asked them to go over it thoroughly and list in order of urgency the problems that needed to be fixed. They sent me a checklist of the issues that allowed me to literally check the boxes and see the price. They also provided us with a loner car at no extra cost. Our vehicle was ready the next day. It ran so much better and they even took the time to clean the interior and leave a Thank You treat.Friendly, professional, personalized service. I will be taking my vehicle to them from now on.Tj

My routine service was done in timely manner while still inspecting the entire vehicle. They give me a list of items that will need attention in the future and some that need to be done sooner. After quickly resetting the check engine light and a test drive, other lights also reset (yellow 4Lo and TRAC lights). Because of mileage (111k+), I asked them to replace transmission fluid, transfer case oil, coolant and front and rear differential fluids. It was expensive (however, 33+ units of fluid and oil changed in all - and I didn t watch what they did). So, while evidence of their work is not visible, their reputation, the staff s professionalism, the cleanliness of the shop and quality checks of my vehicle (with photos!) all indicate I will not have any problems. I recommend Advanced Auto in Delavan and will bring my vehicles back to them with confidence.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

ADVANCED AUTO Clinic is amazing!! The service is first rate from start to finish. They diagnosed my car s issues, let me know what needed to be done to make it safe, and what could wait to be done if I chose. They kept me up to date by text, and let me know when to pick it up. And they even came in under the quote!! They are truly the most professional auto shop I ve ever dealt with. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the service provided by Advanced Auto Clinic. They went above and beyond in assisting my 93-year-old grandpa with his car issues, and their kindness and dedication truly touched our hearts.What really set them apart, however, was their compassion. When it was discovered the car should be serviced at the dealership, due to it being under warranty, Brandon, a member of their team, offered to drive the car to the out-of-town dealership and back, so my grandpa didn't have to. I felt very comfortable with all the service personal, Nolan did the oil change and rotation. Was impressed with his work especially the torquing of the lug nuts after the rotation. Advance Auto Clinic is great! I will be keeping their number in my phone book as a go to for my vehicles. My service was awesome. they fixed it very quickly and it was done perfectly. I also really enjoyed the online diagnostic views that they sent to my phone for me to see the areas that needed work on my car and what they look like. It included the reason why it was bad and how quickly it would need to be worked on. That was a very special feature that I really enjoyed.

Full review to follow after work is completed but I can say that what this place stands for is exemplary !!! The service team was on top of everything including letting me know any updated progress. In the end the bill was actually 100 dollars less than the estimate. The warranty on services was not expected to be as good as it is at 3yr/36,000. What this company stands for is what counts before all else as it speaks volumes !!! It also is like driving a new car now. Very noticeable difference !!! I could add alot more specifics but to the owner and entire team, God is with you always !!! Acts 4:12Headlamp and side light needed replaced recently and again the professionalism shown through even for something so seemingly simple. My wife and I are having to move to Mukwonago in April and I must add that I will still be bringing our vehicle to AAC in Delavan in the future. I've been a customer here for over 15 yrs. The service and quality of work has always been excellent. The front desk staff is always friendly and courteous. The repair tech have proven to be knowledgeable and neat. The owner (Tony) is on premises, and responsive. I always feel like family whenever I go there. Highly recommend using these guys. I recently had a repair need that required attention "ASAP". I was told "not to worry" we will fix your car and, poof it was done no questions asked. The fact that the service crew is virtually the same over the years, goes a long way to add to the family feel. I will take my repair work nowhere else.
