I found these folks to be very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil and filter change but we looked at other lube changes and a torn rear windshield wiper. I thought the explanations were reasonable and went ahead with their recommendations. They did not pressure me on any way. I intend to keep this car for a long time so I felt this was money well spent.

After purchasing my car, I brought it in for a simple emissions test. It passed, got the paperwork, and assumed that was the end. Turns out I was wrong, because they never actually submitted my paperwork to the dmv. I only found out today when I was pulled over on the way to work today, and ended up being late because of it. 5 months ago I had this test done, and a simple call to the dmv resolved my issue, but it should have never happened. Be weary of this place for emissions tests. I ve been driving around with suspended registration unknowingly for 5 months because of their mess up. If the officer didn t tell me about it, I would have continued to drive illegally. Thanks! If I didn t have proof that I passed in my car I would have gotten fined!

Reliable place to go for an oil change. I went here because both kwik trips tire pumps were OOO & I could not keep driving on my tire, Jake was very kind & got my tires filled up. Much appreciated help in a stressful situation.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EMISSIONS TESTING! They will continually tell you the machine is broken, the guy that does it is sick, come back next Wednesday , after 4 weeks of the run around found somewhere that actually DOES emissions testing.

This place was mediocre, I rolled up for an oil change and they were unable to assist because they didn't have an oil filter for a 2021 Toyota Camry. How in the world can they be out of a common car's oil filter? I think what was more frustrating is the attendant just shrugged about the issue, and said they've been turning cars away all day. Not sure that's any way to run a business, but what do I know. Seems like that sort of problem would be a big one for a business like this.Service: Oil change

Too bad after my last two trips with a coupon that neither could be honored. I accept their reasons for denial but to have no latitude to make exceptions shows no interest in ensuring a customer will return. I assure you that following my oil change and as the garage door closed behind me when I left I knew that this was the last time I would be in Delafield for an oil change.

Well.. I had some issues here. Came in to get an oil change and to test my emissions. Got my oil change, but the kid forgot my sticker, forgot to check my air filter and forgot to tell the other tech that I needed an emission test. So I waited until he got back from lunch.. 35 mins later we were back on track. Spoke to the manager another kid. He gave me a sorry we're busy. No discount for wasting over an hour. Doubt I'll be coming back.. Can anybody recommend a good oil change place in this area?Once summer comes I'll just do it myself....Customer service is lost...

Pricing seems a little high. Staff is friendly and oil change in about 20 mins.

Got plenty of oil changes at this place but would never go back. After leaving I noticed an oil spot from my car in the garage. Turns out the oil housing was cracked. Only way that would happen is from over torquing the oil filter. I would stay away from this place. Training of employees must not be the best.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went for an oil change and arrived at 6:15. They close at 7. When I pulled up, the workers were already scrubbing both Bay floors. One of the workers hastily came out and I asked if they were closing. He replied no, we're just scrubbing the floors. He then told me how they are out of some of their Ford filters. He asked me to pop my hood and he could tell me there on the spot if they had it or not. Sadly, I already knew the answer was going to be they didn't have it, although the oil filter is underneath and is not visible from the hood. They never inended to take me as a customer because they chose to clean up early so they could sit around on the clock. Terrible business, and I would give zero stars if I could....

I have been here a few times and they are always incredibly professional, honest and helpful. Last weekend I was there and had my oil changed and tires rotated. Literally minutes after I left, one of my tires went totally flat. I called them and they sent someone to look. It turned out to be an absolutely weird coincidence that was not related to their work, but I greatly appreciate their help.Services: Tires, Oil change

Called in ahead of my visit to see if they had an oil filter in stock for my bmw. Then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't go to them because they don't know how to work on bmws. I'm not bringing a Ferrari or something exotic, it's a freaking bmw.

They bumped off the serpentine belt while changing the oil filter on a basic procedure. Slipped off completely on I-94. Never go to this place if you value your car and life.

Some young trainees but they are learning and want to do a good job. A great value when using Groupon. Decent and conscience. Call ahead to ensure that they have what you need in stock.

Oil cap not tightened after service. Window washer fluid lid not closed (not a huge deal). Oily have prints all over hood. The employees there didn't seem to know what they were doing (couldn't find the oil filter at first). I've been there a lot before this for both our vehicles, don't think I'll be back. They have checked my tires in the past and this time they did not. Oil in my engine bay from the loose cap. Tried to call, they are closed and no one answered.Service: Oil change

Three guys were all working on my oil change, as there were no other cars there, very professional. I had them check and change my air filter, along with an oil change. Very pleased with service. In and out within 20 minutes.

I've stopped randomly at this particular location 2x in the last year... both times I've had a wonderful experience. No pressure to add things. Quick and quality service. The only thing I wish was a bit different was just the cost - but I switched my car to synthetic a few years ago and I understand why that costs a bit more than conventional. I appreciate that they showed me all of the filters and were honest about the fact that one had recently been replaced elsewhere and the other just needed a little shaking and it was fine. The same guy has helped me both times and I hope I get lucky enough to catch him on shift again next time - but I've seen his coworkers work with him and just as hard as he does. They have a wonderful work ethic. They're "hiding" behind Target in Delafield off 83. I recommend stopping by and giving them a chance if you haven't already, whether you work, play or live in the area.

My hubby and I visit this Valvoline quite frequently for oil changes. Last night, Jan. 8 we pulled in and were informed that they were extremely short handed, due to call ins, but they would do their best to get to us quickly. The wait ended up being really short and everyone was extremely friendly! We ended up getting our battery replaced due to the cold weather too. Overall we were extremely impressed with how they handled being short staffed, this is a wonderful group of co-workers! We will definitely be back!
